The sequence of the rice genome holds fundamental information for its biology, including physiology, genetics, development, and evolution, as well as information on many beneficial phenotypes of economic significance. Using a "whole genome shotgun" approach, we have pro-duced a draft rice genome sequence of Oryza sativa ssp. in-dica, the major crop rice subspecies in china and many other regions of Asia. The draft genome sequence is constructed from over 4.3 million successful sequencing traces with an accumulative total length of 221..9 Mb. The initial assembly of the non-redundant sequences reached 409.76 Mb in length, based on 3.30 million successful sequencing traces with a total length of 1.97.4 Mb from an indica variant cultivar 93-1., giving an estimated coverage of 95.29% of the rice genome with an average base accuracy of higher than 99%. The coverage of the draft sequence, the randomness of the sequence distribution, and the consistency of BIG-ASSEM-BLER, a custom-designed software package

Magnetism and Magnetocaloric Properties of Mn_3Zn_(1.x)Sn_xC and Mn_(3-x)Cr_xZnC Compounds

Upon substitution of Sn for Zn, the Curie temperature of Mn3ZnC is lowered from 380 to 375 K for *** and to 305 K for Mn3Zno.75Sno.25C. In accordance with the second-order ferromagnetic-paramagnetic transition, a room-temperature magnetocaloric effect without thermal and magnetic hysteresis is observed over a wide temperature range. The maximum value of the magnetic-entropy change ABM for a magnetic-field change from 0 to 5 T is 2.42 ***^-1.-K^-1.at 386 K for *** and 1.70 J·kg^-1.K^-1.at 308 K for Mn3Zn0.75Sno.25C. Meanwhile, substitution of Cr for Mn lowers the temperature of ferromagnetic-ferrimagnetic transition from 233 K for Mn3ZnC to 230 K for *** and to 1.5 K for ***. An inverse magnetocaloric effect with △Bu equal to 0.28 J·kg^-1.K^-1.at 223 K for a field change from 0 to 1.47 T is observed for ***.

检测和估算化石燃料生产活动中的甲烷泄漏有助于甲烷减排。星载高光谱成像仪是甲烷排放点源遥感监测的重要技术手段。本研究利用国产高分五号02星(GF-5 02)获取的高光谱成像仪(AHSI)与欧空局哨兵五号星(Sentinal-5P)的对流层观测仪(TROPOMI)遥感数据,基于优化的甲烷柱浓度反演算法和中尺度气象模式,开展了对中美两国煤矿和油气设施的甲烷排放点源检测、量化以及不确定性评估。实验结果表明:(1. GF-5 02星AHSI载荷在中美两国甲烷排放热点区域内探测到了4处显著的甲烷点源泄漏排放,排放速率均大于0.5 t/h。其中,在二叠纪盆地监测到一处超级排放源,甲烷排放量高达1..7±4.4 t/h;(2)甲烷点源排放通量速率的估算会受到背景气象场的影响,点源处风速的不确定性贡献最大。研究结果表明,GF-5 02星高光谱成像仪在全球甲烷点源遥感识别和排放量估算中的应用潜力,可以为未来全球能源行业的甲烷泄漏检测工作提供重要数据支撑。

Background:The initial randomized,double-blinded,actively controlled,phase III ANEAS study(NCT03849768)demonstrated that aumolertinib showed superior efficacy relative to gefitinib as first-line therapy in epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)-mutated advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Metastatic disease in the central nervous system(CNS)remains a challenge in the management of *** study aimed to compare the efficacy of aumolertinib versus gefitinib among patients with baseline CNS metastases in the ANEAS ***:Eligible patients were enrolled and randomly assigned in a 1.1.ratio to orally receive either aumolertinib or gefitinib in a double-blinded *** with asymptomatic,stable CNS metastases were ***-up imaging of the same modality as the initial CNS imaging was performed every 6 weeks for 1. months,then every *** responsewas assessed by a neuroradiological blinded,independent central review(neuroradiological-BICR).The primary endpoint for this subgroup analysis was CNS progression-free survival(PFS).Results:Of the 429 patients enrolled and randomized in the ANEAS study,1.6 patients were found to have CNS metastases(CNS Full Analysis Set,cFAS)at baseline by neuroradiological-BICR,and 60 of them had CNS target lesions(CNS Evaluable for Response,cEFR).Treatment with aumolertinib significantly prolonged median CNS PFS compared with gefitinib in both cFAS(29.0 vs.8.3 months;hazard ratio[HR]=0.31.95%confidence interval[CI],0.1.-0.56;P1.and cEFR(29.0 vs.8.3 months;HR=0.26;95%CI,0.1.-0.57;P1..The confirmed CNS overall response rate in cEFRwas 85.7%and 75.0%in patients treated with aumolertinib and gefitinib,*** risk analysis showed that the estimated probability of CNS progression without prior non-CNS progression or death was consistently lower with aumolertinib than with gefitinib in patients with and without CNSmetastases at *** new safety findings were ***:The

作者研究了黑曲霉孢子和菌丝吸附2 4 1.m的可行性及各种反应条件对吸附的影响 .结果表明 :用黑曲霉孢子和菌丝处理2 4 1.m ,在起始浓度C0 为 5 .6～ 1.1.Bq/L的范围内 ,吸附量W分别为 7.2～ 1.2 .4MBq/ g和 5 .2～ 1. 6 .4MBq/ g(均为干重 ) ,两者的平均吸附率均高达96 % ,说明用黑曲霉孢子和菌丝处理2 4 1.m是可行的 .吸附反应在 1.左右达到平衡 ,反应温度1.～ 4 5℃ ,最适吸附酸度分别为 pH 1. 3和 pH 2～ 3,2 4 1.m浓度与吸附量均呈指数关系 ,符合Freundlich经验公式 .在高于2 4 1.m 2 0 0 0多倍的金、银存在下 ,对黑曲霉孢子和菌丝吸附2 4 1.m无明显影响 .黑曲霉孢子和菌丝对2 4

Ultrasensitive Mechanical Sensor Using Tunable Ordered Array of Metallic and Insulating States in Vanadium Dioxide

Detecting tiny deformations or vibrations, particularly those associated with strains below 1., is essential in various technological applications. Traditional intrinsic materials, including metals and semiconductors, face challenges in simultaneously achieving initial metallic state and strain-induced insulating state, hindering the development of highly sensitive mechanical sensors. Here we report an ultrasensitive mechanical sensor based on a strain-induced tunable ordered array of metallic and insulating states in the single-crystal bronze-phase vanadium dioxide [VO_(2)(B)] quantum material. It is shown that the initial metallic state in the VO_(2)(B) flake can be tuned to the insulating state by applying a weak uniaxial tensile strain. Such a unique property gives rise to a record-high gauge factor of above 607970, surpassing previous values by an order of magnitude, with excellent linearity and mechanical resilience as well as durability. As a proof-of-concept application, we use our proposed mechanical sensor to demonstrate precise sensing of the micro piece, gentle airflows and water droplets. We attribute the superior performance of the sensor to the strain-induced continuous metal-insulator transition in the single-crystal VO_(2)(B) flake, evidenced by experimental and simulation results. Our findings highlight the potential of exploiting correlated quantum materials for next-generation ultrasensitive flexible mechanical sensors, addressing critical limitations in traditional materials.
