阿伦特通过对公共空间行动结果的不可预测性进行反思,并在海德格尔理论的影响下将行动者的死亡看作其本质的获得方式。阿伦特理论中借助死亡达到对行动者生活全部意义的理解隐含着强烈的悲剧形而上学色彩。阿伦特将公共空间的言说视为克服悲剧形而上学的方式,言说的戏剧性也将悲剧形而上学转向了悲剧经验。悲剧经验成为理解现代政治事件和政治经验的一种框架,其中布莱希特悲剧中的同情问题成为了阿伦特对当代政治经验的理解的关键例证。同时,阿伦特也将古希腊悲剧以视域融合的方式进行阐释,从而使其反过来成为理解当下政治现实的另一种经验性框架。

Robust ZnS interphase for stable Zn metal anode of high-performance aqueous secondary batteries

Although Zn metal is an ideal anode candidate for aqueous batteries owing to its high theoretical capacity,lower cost,and safety,its service life and efficiency are damaged by severe hydrogen evolution reaction,self-corrosion,and dendrite ***,a thickness-controlled ZnS passivation layer was fabricated on the Zn metal surface to obtain Zn@ZnS electrode through oxidation–orientation sulfuration by the liquid-and vapor-phase hydrothermal *** from the chemical inertness of the ZnS interphase,the as-prepared Zn@ZnS electrode presents an excellent anti-corrosion and undesirable hydrogen evolution ***,the thickness-optimized ZnS layer with an unbalanced charge distribution represses dendrite growth by guiding Zn plating/stripping,leading to long service ***,the Zn@Zn S presented 300 cycles in the symmetric cells with a 42 mV overpotential,200 cycles in half cells with a 78 mV overpotential,and superb rate performance in Zn||NH;V;O;full cells.

The practical applications of aqueous Zn metal batteries are currently restricted by the inherent drawbacks of Zn such as the hydrogen evolution reaction,sluggish kinetics,and dendrite *** address these problems,herein,a limitedly Zn-doped MgF_(2)interphase comprising an upper region of pure,porous MgF_(2)and a lower region of gradient Zn-doped MgF_(2)is achieved via radio frequency sputtering *** porous MgF_(2)region is a polar insulator whose high corrosion resistance facilitates the de-solvation of the solvated Zn ions and suppression of hydrogen evolution,resulting in Zn metal electrodes with a low interfacial *** Zn-doped MgF_(2)region facilitates fast transfer kinetics and homogeneous deposition of Zn ions owing to the interfacial polarization between the Zn dopant and MgF_(2)matrix,and the high concentration of the Zn dopant on the surface of the metal substrate as fine ***,a symmetric cell incorporating the proposed Zn metal exhibits low overpotentials of~27.2 and~99.7 mV without Zn dendrites over 250 to 8000 cycles at current densities of 1.0 and 10.0 mA cm−2,*** developed Zn/MnO2 full cell exhibits superior capacity retentions of 97.5%and 84.0%with average Coulombic efficiencies of 99.96%after 1000 and 3000 cycles,respectively.

Li_(1.3)Al_(0.3)Ti_(1.7)(PO_(4))_(3)(LATP),of much interest owing to its high ionic conductivity,superior air stability,and low cost,has been regarded as one of the most promising solid-state electrolytes for next-generation solid-state lithium batteries(SSLBs).Unfortunately,the commercialization of SSLBs is still impeded by severe interfacial issues,such as high interfacial impedance and poor chemical ***,we proposed a simple and convenient in-situ approach to constructing a tight and robust interface between the Li anode and LATP electrolyte via a SnO_(2)gradient buffer *** is firmly attached to the surface of LATP pellets due to the volume expansion of SnO_(2)when in-situ reacting with Li metal,and thus effectively alleviates the physical contact loosening during cycling,as confirmed by the mitigated impedance ***,the as-formed SnO_(2)/Sn/LixSn gradient buffer layer with low electronic conductivity successfully protects the LATP electrolyte surface from erosion by the Li metal ***,the LixSn alloy formed at the Li surface can effectively regulate uniform lithium deposition and suppress Li dendrite ***,this work paves a new way to simultaneously address the chemical instability and poor physical contact of LATP with Li metal in developing low-cost and highly stable SSLBs.

Electrochemical heterogeneous catalytic ozonation(E-catazone) is a promising and advanced oxidation technology that uses a titanium dioxide nanoflower(TiO_(2-NF))-coated porous Ti gas diffuser as an anode *** previous study has highlighted that the importance of the TiO_(2-NF)coating layer in enhancing*OH production and rapidly degrading O_(3)-resistant *** is well known that the properties of TiO_(2-NF)are closely related to its sintering ***,to date,related research has not been conducted in E-catazone ***,this study evaluated the effect of the sintering temperature on the degradation of the O_(3)-resistant drug para-chlorobenzoic acid(p-CBA) using both experimental and kinetic modeling and revealed its influence *** results indicated that the TiO_(2-NF)sintering temperature could influence p-CBA degradation and*OH ***_(2-NF)prepared at 450 C showcased the highest p-CBA removal efficiency(98.5% in 5 min) at a rate of 0.82 min^(-1),and an*OH exposure of 8.41 x 10^(-10) mol L^(-1) *** modeling results and interface characterization data revealed that the sintering temperature could alter the TiO_(2) crystallized phase and the content of surfaceadsorbed oxygen,thus affecting the two key limiting reactions in the E-catazone *** is,≡TiO_(2) surface reacted with H_(2) O to form TiO_(2)-(OH)_(2),which then heterogeneously catalyzed O_(3) to form ****,E-catazone with a TiO_(2-NF)anode prepared at 450°C generated the highest surface reaction rate(5.00 x 10^(-1) s^(-1) and 4.00 x 10^(-3) L mol^(-1) s^(-1),respectively),owing to its higher anatase content and adsorbed ***,a rapid O_(3)-TiO_(2) reaction was achieved,resulting in an enhanced*OH formation and a highly effective p-CBA ***,this study provides novel baseline data to improve the application of E-catazone technology.

Nitrogen-doped carbon-coated transition-metal sulfides(TMS@NCs)have been considered as efficient anodes for sodium-ion ***,the uncontrollable morphology and weak core-shell binding forces significantly limit the sodium storage performance and ***,based on the reversible ring-opening reaction of the epoxy group of the tertiary amino group-rich epoxide cationic polyacrylamide(ECP)at the beginning of hydrothermal process(acidic environment)and the irreversible ring-opening(cross-linking reactions)at the late hydrothermal period(alkaline environment),47 nm-sized ZnS@NCs were prepared via a one-pot hydrothermal *** this process,the covalent bonds formed between the ZnS core and elastic carbon shell significantly improved the mechanical and chemical stabilities of ZnS@*** from the nanosize,fast ion/electron transfer,and high stability,ZnS@NC exhibited a high reversible capacity of 421.9 mAh g^(−1) at a current density of 0.1 A g^(−1) after 1000 cycles and a superior rate capability of 273.8 mAh g^(−1) at a current density of 5 A g^(−1).Moreover,via this universal synthesis strategy,a series of TMS@NCs,such as MoS_(2)@NC,NiS@NC,and CuS@NC were developed with excellent capacity and cyclability.

Commercialization of Zn-metal anodes with low cost and high theoretical capacity is hindered by the poor reversibility caused by dendrites growth,side reactions,and the slow Zn^(2+)-transport and reaction ***,a reversible heterogeneous electrode of Zn-nanocrystallites/polyvinylphosphonic acrylamide(Zn/PPAm)with fast electrochemical kinetics is designed for the first time:phosphonic acid groups with strong polarity and chelation effect ensure structural reversibility and stability of the threedimensional Zn-storage-host PPAm network and the Zn/PPAm hybrid;hydrophobic carbon chains suppress side reactions such as hydrogen evolution and corrosion;weak electron-donating amide groups constitute Zn^(2+)-transport channels and promote“desolvation”and“solvation”effects of Zn^(2+)by dragging the PPAm network on the Zn-metal surface to compress/stretch during Zn plating/stripping,respectively;and the heterostructure and Zn nanocrystallites suppress dendrite growth and enhance electrochemical reactivity,***,the Zn/PPAm electrode shows cycle reversibility of over 6000 h with a hysteresis voltage as low as 31 mV in symmetrical cells and excellent durability and flexibility in fiber-shaped batteries.

The Hydrobios in Dongping Lake, Shandong Province, mainly includes phytoplankton, zooplankton, benthic animals, fishes and hydrophytic vascular plants. Nitrogen and phosphorus are the restrictive factors for the growth and propagation of hydrophyta, therefore the key to the prevention and control of eutrophication in lakes lies in the control of the contents of the two elements in the water. Artificial fishing of algae can reduce the concentrations of trophic substances such as nitrogen and phosphorus in the water bodies, and biological measures may decrease the contents of these trophic substances in the bottom sediments and the water bodies, thereby playing an active role in modifying the eutrophication of the lake.

New insight on correlation between the electrochemical stability and the thermal stability of high nickel cathode materials

Cycle stability and thermal safety are critical to the commercialization of nickel-rich layered materials,yet whether there is a potential correlation between these two factors is still controversial. Herein, the relationship between the cycle stability and thermal stability of nickel-rich cathode materials have been systematically studied through five different calcination temperatures of Li[NiCoMn]O(NCM83) cathode materials. The research results confirm that the cycle stability and thermal safety of nickel-rich cathode materials do not necessarily show a positive correlation. Actually, with the calcination temperature elevated, the thermal stability of the NCM83 is enhanced, while the cycle stability is degraded. This opposite correlation is not commonly reported in previous literatures. In this work, systematical characterizations demonstrate that under the experimental conditions, the capacity retention of NCM83 is mainly determined by the Li/Ni cation disorder and H2-H3 irreversible phase transition,which is optimal at lower calcination temperature. Meanwhile, the thermal stability is mainly impacted by thermal expansion characteristics and interfacial stability of cathode material, and it is dramatically improved by the mechanical strength of the secondary particles reinforced at high calcinated temperature. This study provides some new insights on understanding and designing of the high-energy cathode materials with long cycle-life and superior safety.
