在资源受限的多智能体系统中,智能体通常需要与其他智能体协作并获取资源,从而实现增加总体收益或完成复杂任务的目的。而开放系统中资源需求和供应的不确定性导致了信息不对称和竞争加剧,从而增加了资源分配的复杂性和协作成本。因此,构建时空约束下的柔性重叠组织框架。该框架一方面融合时空约束提升信息的时效性及资源分配的合理性,另一方面支持柔性重叠组织使智能体能够同时订阅多个资源,进一步缓解资源受限的问题。此外,提出了时空约束下的资源选择算法解决资源的不均衡使用;同时提出了协作策略生成算法来降低资源竞争。最后,在开放的多智能体系统仿真环境中对所提方法进行评估,在不同资源需求、智能体流动性的情况下对任务完成数量、任务成功率和资源利用率进行分析。实验结果表明,使用时空约束下的柔性重叠组织框架可以有效缓解资源受限问题并提高任务成功率和资源利用率。

Path PPI: an integrated dataset of human pathways and protein-protein interactions

Integration of pathway and protein-protein interaction(PPI) data can provide more information that could lead to new biological insights. PPIs are usually represented by a simple binary model, whereas pathways are represented by more complicated models. We developed a series of rules for transforming protein interactions from pathway to binary model, and the protein interactions from seven pathway databases, including PID, Bio Carta, Reactome, Net Path, INOH, SPIKE and KEGG, were transformed based on these rules. These pathway-derived binary protein interactions were integrated with PPIs from other five PPI databases including HPRD, Int Act, Bio GRID, MINT and DIP, to develop integrated dataset(named Path PPI). More detailed interaction type and modification information on protein interactions can be preserved in Path PPI than other existing datasets. Comparison analysis results indicate that most of the interaction overlaps values(OAB) among these pathway databases were less than 5%, and these databases must be used conjunctively. The co-aromatization of methane with higher hydrocarbons represents a promising route to valorize methane, an abundant but underexploited carbon resource. In this study, we elucidate a novel approach to enhance the catalytic co-aromatization of hexane and methane by confining Pt within zeolite catalysts and modulating its electron density. Our findings show that encapsulating Pt within MFI structure is pivotal for activating the feedstock and fostering the formation of aromatic products. Interaction between K atoms and the silanol nest forms siloxy groups which are critical for the stabilization of Pt species. Tuning the K content in PtSn@MFI catalysts adeptly alters the electronic configuration of Pt clusters. This modification is corroborated by infrared and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis, and density functional theory calculations. Remarkably, the catalyst with 0.8 wt% K exhibits an optimal Pt electron density, driving its superior efficacy in the co-aromatization reaction, converting 0.78 mol of methane for each mole of hexane processed. By employing ~(13)C isotopic labeling and solid-state NMR studies, we demonstrate the participation of methane in the adsorbed species inside the zeolite channel and its incorporation to the benzyl site of the substitute group and phenyl rings in aromatic compounds, underscoring the importance of Pt encapsulation.

为了实现设计要求的啮合性能,采用数控磨齿方式加工弧齿锥齿轮副。加工小轮时的机床位置设置和小轮与摇台之间的相对运动关系是数控磨齿的关键。为此,借助局部综合法实现齿面参考点处指定啮合性能的磨齿参数的主动设计,并通过优化小轮的各阶变性系数改变小轮与摇台之间的相对运动关系,以保证齿面接触印痕和传动误差曲线均满足设计要求。对某航空弧齿锥齿轮进行了齿面主动优化设计,证明了上述方法是有效的。

目的探讨多模态影像资料分析在烟雾病(MMD)脑血运重建术后并发症中的评估作用。方法回顾性分析2020年1月—2023年12月安徽医科大学第一附属医院神经外科收治的缺血型MMD患者的临床资料,共计行64例次搭桥手术,总结其中15例次术后1~2周内发生并发症的患者影像资料,结合相关文献进行复习。结果共64例次缺血型MMD脑血管搭桥,直接搭桥组40例次,其中25例双侧大脑前动脉闭塞;间接搭桥24例次,其中双侧大脑前动脉闭塞11例;直接搭桥组11例出现并发症的患者中,5例为重型并发症,6例为轻型并发症;间接搭桥组4例均为轻型并发症。影像学资料显示,5例重型并发症患者中,4例为双侧大脑前动脉闭塞,头颅计算机断层扫描灌注(CTP)成像提示脑灌注减低最大层面超过该层面大脑半球面积的2/3。6例轻型并发症中,有4例术前脑血管造影为双侧大脑前动脉闭塞;间接搭桥的4例轻型并发症患者中,1例为双侧大脑前动脉闭塞。结论术前全脑血管造影提示双侧大脑前动脉闭塞及头颅CTP提示灌注减低面积超过同一层面大脑半球2/3可能是脑血管直接搭桥术后发生并发症的高危因素之一。因此,结合术前全脑血管造影和头颅CTP结果,评判MMD搭桥术后并发症发生的风险,选择合适的术式,可以改善手术效果。

Mathematical Model and Experiment Validation of Fluid Torque by Shear Stress under Influence of Fluid Temperature in Hydro-viscous Clutch

The current design of hydro-viscous clutch（HVC） in tracked vehicle fan transmission mainly focuses on high-speed and high power. However, the fluid torque under the influence of fluid temperature can not be predicted accurately by conventional mathematical model or experimental research. In order to validate the fluid torque of HVC by taking the viscosity-temperature characteristic of fluid into account, the test rig is designed. The outlet oil temperature is measured and fitted with different rotation speed, oil film thickness, oil flow rate, and inlet oil temperature. Meanwhile, the film torque can be obtained. Based on Navier-Stokes equations and the continuity equation, the mathematical model of fluid torque is proposed in cylindrical coordinate. Iterative method is employed to solve the equations. The radial and tangential speed distribution, radial pressure distribution and theoretical flow rate are determined and analyzed. The models of equivalent radius and fluid torque of friction pairs are introduced. The experimental and theoretical results indicate that tangential speed distribution is mainly determined by the relative rotating speed between the friction plate and the separator disc. However, the radial speed distribution and pressure distribution are dominated by pressure difference at the lower rotating speed. The oil film fills the clearance and the film torque increases with increasing rotating speed. However, when the speed reaches a certain value, the centrifugal force will play an important role on the fluid distribution. The pressure is negative at the outer radius when inlet flow rate is less than theoretical flow, so the film starts to shrink which decreases the film torque sharply. The theoretical fluid torque has good agreement with the experimental data. This research proposes a new fluid torque mathematical model which may predict the film torque under the influence of temperature more accurately.
