The efficient energy conversion of fuel cells is greatly constrained by the slow oxygen reduction reac tion(ORR)kinetics,which necessitates the use of highly active metal catalysts such as platinum(Pt).The critical challenge limiting large-scale usage of Pt is the capital cost that can be addressed through a pro totypical approach by embedding metal nanoparticles(NPs),e.g.,Pt NPs,in the conductive framework However,previously reported embedding approaches are sophisticated and suffer from limited yields leading to higher chemical process costs and remaining distant from commercial ***,we re port a facile,cost-effective and time-efficient structural tuning approach to synthesizing ultrafine Pt NP impregnated within a conductive and highly porous carbon framework via a microwave-assisted polyo reduction *** NPs with a uniform size of~2.27 nm can be successfully integrated within the pore of the carbon framework,enabling homogeneous *** from these highly dispersed and ultrafine Pt NPs,the electrochemical surface area(ECSA)is improved to 1.2.98 m^(2)/gPt,2.25 times highe than that of the commercial counterpart(63.52 m^(2)/gPt).Furthermore,our structurally optimized catalys composite features a remarkably catalytic activity with a high half-wave potential(E_(1.2))of 0.895 V and an improved mass activity(MA)of 0.2289 A/mgPt,2.39-fold improvement compared to the commercia *** addition,orthogonal experiments were designed to identify the key process parameter for fabricating Pt/C catalysts,offering insights for scaled-up and industrial production.

The global physical and biogeochemical environment has been substantially altered in response to increased atmospheric greenhouse gases from human *** 2023,the sea surface temperature(SST)and upper 2000 m ocean heat content(OHC)reached record *** 0–2000 m OHC in 2023 exceeded that of 2022 by 1.±1. ZJ(1.Zetta Joules=1.21.Joules)(updated IAP/CAS data);9±5 ZJ(NCEI/NOAA data).The Tropical Atlantic Ocean,the Mediterranean Sea,and southern oceans recorded their highest OHC observed since the *** with the onset of a strong El Niño,the global SST reached its record high in 2023 with an annual mean of~0.23℃ higher than 2022 and an astounding>0.3℃ above 2022 values for the second half of *** density stratification and spatial temperature inhomogeneity indexes reached their highest values in 2023.

全球构造与地球大尺度地形特征之间的关系研究重新成为一个地学研究热点。在国内,夷平面研究的'回春'是其一个主要的表现形式。但在研究中,一些基本的理论与问题有待明确、探讨和解决。在夷平面理论的研究中,地貌演化的历史研究和演化的机制研究仍是最基本的问题。'夷平面'定义的混乱严重阻碍了相关研究的发展。不同气候和构造环境下,夷平面的形成和演化过程仍需科学地概括和抽象。在研究实践中,时间和空间尺度的精确解释成为关键的问题。一方面,不同类型夷平面的地貌特征(海拔高度、地面坡度、相对高度和面积)仍待明确或半定量、定量表示;而另一方面,夷平面的定年仍是一个棘手的问题。在夷平面的确认过程中,一些地貌学原则和规律应当遵循,如齐一山顶面地貌学成因的不确定性;以及同一地貌单元内,准平原型夷平面的出露具有唯一性等。夷平面的相关堆积是夷平面定年和古地貌重建的基础,但是我们必须明确相关堆积与夷平面的关系,如夷平面的原地相关堆积———风化壳的年龄只能够对夷平面的形成时代给予约束,而不能指示其确切的形成时间。更为困难的是,在古地貌的重建过程中,起始时刻某一区域的地貌特征参数仍然无法精确的确定。

蚯蚓活动对土壤氮素矿化的影响

通过室内培养试验和田间长期定位试验,探讨了蚯蚓活动对土壤矿质氮的影响。发现蚯蚓对NH4+-N、NO3--N,以及矿质总氮(NH4+-N+NO3--N)均有显著影响,且加速了土壤氮素矿化。小区试验中,在2001.稻季和2003年麦季,蚯蚓活动显著提高了NO3--N和矿质总氮(p<0.05*),但在其他时期,未有显著影响。室内培养试验中,蚯蚓活动明显加速了氮素矿化。尤其在未施用秸秆时,蚯蚓处理后的硝态氮和矿质总氮明显增加,且累积净矿化量和净矿化率也有显著提高。

The Yangtze River is the mother river of *** promote the aquatic ecosystem protection of the great river,the Project of Yangtze Fisheries Resources and Environment Investigation(201.-2021.supported by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs,*** carried out by 24 institutes and universities that located in the Yangtze River basin surveys the status of(1.fish species composition and spatial distribution,(2)current fish abundance,(3)endangered fishes,(4)Yangtze finless porpoise,(5)aquatic eco-environments,(6)water-level fluctuation areas,(7)capture fisheries and recreational fisheries of the Yangtze River mainstream and 1. of its main tributaries,including Yalong River,Heng River,Min River(including Dadu River),Chishui River,Tuo River,Jialing River,Wu River,Han River,Dongting Lake and Poyang *** results showed that there were 443 fish species(belonging to 1.3 genus,37 families,and 1. orders)before 201.,but only 323 fish species(including 1. new recorded exotic species)were recorded in the project of *** them,Cyprinus carpio,Carassius auratus,Hypophthalmichthys molitrix,Pelteobagrus fulvidraco,Coilia brachygnathus,Silurus asotus,Saurogobio dabryi,Ctenopharyngodon idellus,Pelteobagrus nitidus,Hemiculter leucisculus,Siniperca chuatsi,Coreius heterodon,Culter alburnus,Parabramis pekinensis,and Aristichthys nobilis were the dominant species across the whole Yangtze River *** is estimated that there were 886 million individuals weighing 1.4.8 million kg,merely equivalent to 27.3%of the resources in 1.50s,30.9%of the resources in 1.60s,or 58.7%of the resources in *** the new list of protected fishes that recorded in the Yangtze River system,only 1. of 29 were collected in this project of *** gladius has been affirmed to be Extinct by International Union for Conservation of Nature(IUCN).The wild individuals of Tenualosa reevesii and Luciobrama macrocephalus have disappeared for many years and maybe have been extinct

纤维素是自然界中一种可再生能源物质,纤维素酶将纤维素降解为简单可用的小分子单糖或寡糖且转化过程绿色、低碳,被认为是纤维素资源化利用的可持续方法.实际工程应用中纤维素酶存在成本高、活性低等问题,因此,越来越多的研究致力于探索纤维素酶产生的机制、促进和优化纤维素酶的生产.对提高纤维素酶活性和促进纤维素酶生产的一些最新基因工程技术及研究进展进行综述.借助启动子强化与转录因子调控、密码子优化、CRISPR基因编辑技术等分子生物学手段改善或提高纤维素酶活性,通过将多种纤维素酶或是与其他酶建立共表达系统,将纤维素酶进行异源表达或过表达进行酶活性强化,拓宽纤维素酶的应用范围.现阶段,在优化纤维素酶的生产与活性研究方面已取得较大成就,但仍存在纤维素酶优化效率不高、难以工业化生产等不足.未来关于纤维素酶的研究在致力于开发优化纤维素酶基因的新技术的同时,可重点关注纤维素酶的协同作用与双/多功能纤维素酶系统的潜在优势,并借助荧光标记系统简化纤维素酶的测定,从而为实现纤维素酶的高效资源化利用提供方向指引.(图1.2参53)

土壤微生物量及其碳氮磷化学计量比(C:N:P)受到植被类型的影响.为探讨川滇高山栎灌丛不同林型对土壤微生物量及其碳氮磷化学计量比的影响,以米亚罗林区川滇高山栎灌丛4种类型[川滇高山栎-粉背黄栌灌丛(QC)、川滇高山栎-华山松灌丛(QM)、川滇高山栎-云杉灌丛(QP)、川滇高山栎-陕甘花楸灌丛(QS)和杜鹃灌丛(CK)]为研究对象,分析灌丛林下表层(0-20 cm)土壤微生物量碳(MBC)、氮(MBN)和磷(MBP)含量及微生物熵(qMB)与微生物化学计量比(MBC:MBN:MBP)的变化特征.结果表明:(1.不同灌丛类型的土壤微生物量差异显著,MBC和MBN含量及其储量高低在川滇高山栎灌丛中表现为QC>QS>QM>QP,MBP及其储量则表现为QC>QM>QS>QP,其中MBC和MBP含量均显著低于CK.(2)MBC:MBN在不同灌丛植被类型中表现为CK>QM>QC>QS>QP(PQS>QP>QM>CK(PQM>QS>CK>QP(PQC>QS>QP(P<0.05),CK的qMBN和qMBP分别低于和高于川滇高山栎灌丛.冗余分析表明,SOC和TP是影响土壤微生物量及其化学计量比和微生物熵的主要因素,说明土壤碳、磷含量是影响亚高山灌丛土壤微生物活性的主导因素.综上,不同灌丛植被类型具有不同的土壤微生物量和化学计量比,该研究区域土壤微生物量储量主要受到土壤有机碳、磷元素的影响.(图4表3参56)

Aims:Surveys and research on the applications of the hepatic venous pressure gradient(HVPG)are important for understanding the current status and future development of this technology in *** article aimed to investigate the status of hepatic venous pressure gradient measurement in china in ***:We investigated the overall status of HVPG technology in china-including hospital distribution,hospital level,annual number of cases,catheters used,average cost,indications,and current challenges by using online *** counting the number and percentages of cases of these results,we hope to clarify the current status of HVPG measurements in ***:According to the survey,85 hospitals in china used HVPG technology in 2022 distributed across 29 provinces.A total of 4989 HVPG measurements were performed in all of the surveyed hospitals in 2022,of which 281. cases(56.4%)were measured *** average cost of HVPG measurement was 5646.8±2327.9 *** the clinical teams who performed the measurements(sometimes multiple per hospital),94.3%(82/87)used the balloon method,and the majority of the teams(72.4%,63/87)used embolectomy ***:This survey clarified the clinical application status of HVPG in china and confirmed that some medical institutions in china have established a foundation for this *** is still necessary to continue promoting and popularizing this technology in the future.
