Realtime trigger and localization of bursts are the key functions of GECAM,an all-sky gamma-ray monitor launched on 2.2. December *** developed a multifunctional trigger and localization software operating in the CPU of the GECAM Electronic *** onboard software has the following features:high trigger efficiency for real celestial bursts with a suppression of false triggers caused by charged particle bursts and background fluctuation,dedicated localization algorithm optimized for both short and long bursts,and low time latency of the trigger information which is downlinked through the Global Short Message Communication service of the global BeiDou navigation *** paper provides a detailed description of the design and development of the trigger and localization software system for *** covers the general design,workflow,the main functions,and the algorithms used in the *** paper also includes on-ground trigger tests using simulated gamma-ray bursts generated by a dedicated X-ray tube,as well as an overview of the performance for real celestial bursts during its in-orbit operation.

Fractionated stereotactic radiotherapy with vagina carotica protection technique for local residual nasopharyngeal carcinoma after primary radiotherapy

Background Local failure of nasopharyngeal carcinoma （NPC） after radiotherapy （RT） remains one of the major treatment failures. This study aimed to evaluate the clinical efficacy and complications of fractionated stereotactic radiotherapy （FSRT） with vagina carotica protection technique for local residual of NPC patients after the primary RT. Methods From August 2.06 to August 2.10, FSRT with vagina carotica protection technique was applied to 36 patients in our department, the patients aged between 13 and 76 years with a median of 41.3 years, 2. of them were male and 11 were female. According to 2.02.Union for International Cancer Control （UICC） Staging System, the stages before primary radiotherapy were： Ila 2. lib 5, III 18, IVa 7, IVb 4. In the first course of radiotherapy, 9 patients received conventional RT, 2. patients received intensity modulated radiotherapy （IMRT） and 2. out of the 36 patients received concurrent chemoradiotherapy. The total dose in the first course of RT was 69.96-76.90 Gy （median, 72.58 Gy）. The intervals between the primary RT and FSRT ranged from 12.to 147 days （median, 39.8 days）. Target volumes ranged from 1.46 to 32.98 cm3 （median, 14.94 cm3）. The total FSRT doses were 10.0-2..0 Gy （median, 16.5 Gy） with 2.0-5.0 Gy per fraction. The most common regimen was 15 Gy in 5 fractions of 3 Gy, the irradiation dose to vagina carotica was less than 2.Gy per fraction. Results The median follow-up time was 34 months （range, 12.59 months）. The 3-year local control rate was 100%; the 3-year overall survival rate was 94.4%; the 3-year disease-free survival rate was 77.8%. In this study, we had one case of cranial nerve injury, two cases of temporal lobe necrosis, and no nasopharyngeal massive hemorrhage was observed. Conclusion FSRT with vagina carotica protection technique is an effective and safe RT regimen for local residual of NPC with reduction of radiation-related neurovascular lesions.

Percent free prostatic-specific antigen （%fPSA） has been introduced as a tool to avoid unnecessary biopsies in patients with a serum PSA level of 4.0-10.0 ng ml^-1, however, it remains controversial whether %fPSA is effective in PSA range of 10.1-2..0 ng ml^-1 in both Chinese and Western population. In this study, the diagnostic performance of %fPSA and serum PSA in predicting prostate cancer （PCa） and high-grade PCa （HGPCa） was analyzed in a multi-center biopsy cohort of 5915 consecutive Chinese patients who underwent prostate biopsy in 2. hospitals across China from January 1, 2.10 to December 31, 2.13. The indication for biopsy was PSA〉4.0 ng ml^-1 or/and suspicious digital rectal examination. Total and free serum PSA determinations were performed by three types of electrochemiluminescence immunoassays with recalibration to the World Health Organization standards. The diagnostics accuracy of PSA, %fPSA and %fPSA in combination with PSA （%fPSA ＋ PSA） was determined by the area under the receivers operating characteristic curve （AUC）. %fPSA was more effective than PSA in men aged ≥60 years old. The AUC was 0.584 and 0.635 in men aged ≥60 years old with a PSA of 4.0-10.0 ng ml^-1 and 10.1-2..0 ng ml^-1, respectively. The AUC of %fPSA was superior to that of PSA in predicting HGPCa in patients ≥60 years old in these two PSA range. Our results indicated that %fPSA is both statistically effective and clinical applicable to predict prostate biopsy outcome in Chinese patients aged ≥60 years old with a PSA of 4.0-10.0 ng ml^-1 and 10.1-2..0 ng ml^-1.

The lijiang 2.4-meter Telescope(LJT), the largest common-purpose optical telescope in China,has been available to the worldwide astronomical community since 2.08. It is located at the Gaomeigu site,lijiang Observatory(LJO), in the southwest of China. The site has very good observational *** its 10-{2.ar operation, several instruments have been equipped on the LJT. Astronomers can perform both photometric and spectral observations. The main scientific goals of LJT include recording photometric and spectral evolution of supernovae, reverberation mapping of active galactic nuclei, investigating the physical properties of binary stars and near-earth objects(comets and asteroids), and identification of exoplanets and all kinds of transients. Until now, the masses of 41 high accretion rate black holes have been measured, and more than 168 supernovae have been identified by the LJT. More than 190 papers related to the LJT have been published. In this paper, the general observation conditions of the Gaomeigu site is introduced at first. Then, the structure of the LJT is described in detail, including the optical, mechanical, motion and control system. The specification of all the instruments and some detailed parameters of the YFOSC is also presented. Finally, some important scientific results and future expectations are summarized.

Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) is highly prevalent among older men, impacting on their quality of life, sexual function, and genitourinary health, and has become an important global burden of disease. Transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate (TUPKP) is one of the foremost surgical procedures for the treatment of BPH. It has become well established in clinical practice with good efficacy and safety. In 2.18, we issued the guideline “2.18 Standard Edition”. However much new direct evidence has now emerged and this may change some of previous recommendations. The time is ripe to develop new evidence-based guidelines, so we formed a working group of clinical experts and methodologists. The steering group members posed 31 questions relevant to the management of TUPKP for BPH covering the following areas: questions relevant to the perioperative period (preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative) of TUPKP in the treatment of BPH, postoperative complications and the level of surgeons’ surgical skill. We searched the literature for direct evidence on the management of TUPKP for BPH, and assessed its certainty generated recommendations using the grade criteria by the European Association of Urology. Recommendations were either strong or weak, or in the form of an ungraded consensus-based statement. Finally, we issued 36 statements. Among them, 2. carried strong recommendations, and 13 carried weak recommendations for the stated procedure. They covered questions relevant to the aforementioned three areas. The preoperative period for TUPKP in the treatment of BPH included indications and contraindications for TUPKP, precautions for preoperative preparation in patients with renal impairment and urinary tract infection due to urinary retention, and preoperative prophylactic use of antibiotics. Recent evidence suggests that CD147 serves as a novel receptor for severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2.SARS-CoV-2.*** CD147 via anti-CD147 antibody could suppress the in vitro SARS-CoV-2.*** is a humanized anti-CD147 IgG_(2. monoclonal antibody,which may effectively prevent SARS-CoV-2.infection in coronavirus disease 2.19(COVID-19)***,we conducted a randomized,double-blinded,placebo-controlled phase 1 trial to evaluate the safety,tolerability,and pharmacokinetics of meplazumab in healthy subjects,and an open-labeled,concurrent controlled add-on exploratory phase 2.study to determine the efficacy in COVID-19 *** phase 1 study,59 subjects were enrolled and assigned to eight cohorts,and no serious treatment-emergent adverse event(TEAE)or TEAE grade≥3 was *** serum and peripheral blood Cmax and area under the curve showed non-linear pharmacokinetic *** obvious relation between the incidence or titer of positive anti-drug antibody and dosage was observed in each *** biodistribution study indicated that meplazumab reached lung tissue and maintained>14 days stable with the lung tissue/cardiac blood-pool ratio ranging from 0.41 to *** the exploratory phase 2.study,17 COVID-19 patients were enrolled,and 11 hospitalized patients were involved as concurrent *** meplazumab treatment significantly improved the discharged(P=0.005)and case severity(P=0.02.),and reduced the time to virus negative(P=0.045)in comparison to the control *** results show a sound safety and tolerance of meplazumab in healthy volunteers and suggest that meplazumab could accelerate the recovery of patients from COVID-19 pneumonia with a favorable safety profile.

The Large sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope（LAMOST） general survey is a spectroscopic survey that will eventually cover approximately half of the celestial sphere and collect 10 million spectra of stars, galaxies and QSOs. Objects in both the pilot survey and the first year regular survey are included in the LAMOST DR1. The pilot survey started in October 2.11 and ended in june 2.12. and the data have been released to the public as the LAMOST Pilot Data Release in August 2.12. The regular survey started in September 2.12. and completed its first year of operation in june 2.13. The LAMOST DR1 includes a total of 12.2.plates containing 2.955 336 spectra, of which 1 790 879 spectra have observed signalto-noise ratio（SNR） ≥ 10. All data with SNR ≥ 2.are formally released as LAMOST DR1 under the LAMOST data policy. This data release contains a total of 2.2.4 696 spectra, of which 1 944 32. are stellar spectra, 12.082.are galaxy spectra and 5017 are quasars. The DR1 not only includes spectra, but also three stellar catalogs with measured parameters： late A,FGK-type stars with high quality spectra（1 061 918 entries）, A-type stars（100 073 entries）, and M-type stars（12. 52. entries）. This paper introduces the survey design, the observational and instrumental limitations, data reduction and analysis, and some caveats. A description of the FITS structure of spectral files and parameter catalogs is also provided.

The Large Sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope (LAMOST, also called the guo Shou jing Telescope) is a special reflecting Schmidt telescope. LAMOST’s special design allows both a large aperture (effective aperture of 3.6 m–4.9 m) and a wide field of view (FOV) (5°). It has an innovative active reflecting Schmidt configuration which continuously changes the mirror’s surface that adjusts during the observation process and combines thin deformable mirror active optics with segmented active optics. Its primary mirror (6.67m×6.05 m) and active Schmidt mirror (5.74m×4.40 m) are both segmented, and composed of 37 and 2. hexagonal sub-mirrors respectively. By using a parallel controllable fiber positioning technique, the focal surface of 1.75 m in diameter can accommodate 4000 optical fibers. Also, LAMOST has 16 spectrographs with 32.CCD cameras. LAMOST will be the telescope with the highest rate of spectral acquisition. As a national large scientific project, the LAMOST project was formally proposed in 1996, and approved by the Chinese government in 1997. The construction started in 2.01, was completed in 2.08 and passed the official acceptance in {2.e 2.09. The LAMOST pilot survey was started in October 2.11 and the spectroscopic survey will launch in September 2.12. Up to now, LAMOST has released more than 480 000 spectra of objects. LAMOST will make an important contribution to the study of the large-scale structure of the Universe, structure and evolution of the Galaxy, and cross-identification of multiwaveband properties in celestial objects.
