AIM:To investigate the expressions of type I collagen, α2 integrin and β1 integrin in the posterior sclera of guinea pigs with defocus myopia and whether basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) injection inhibits the formation and development of myopia by upregulating the expression of type I collagen, α2 integrin and β1 integrin. METHODS:After 14 days of treatment, the refractive state and axial length were measured and the levels of type I collagen, α2 integrin and β1 integrin were assayed in the posterior sclerae of groups of guinea pigs that wore a monocular-7D polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) lens or had -7D lens wear followed by the peribulbar injection of Phosphate Buffer Solution (PBS) or bFGF. The untreated fellow eye served as a control. Guinea pigs with no treatment served as normal group. ·RESULTS:The results showed that 14 days of monocular defocus increased axial eye length and refraction, while bFGF delivery inhibited them markedly. Further, it was also found that the monocular-7D lens could decrease the levels of type I collagen, α2 integrin and β1 integrin expressions, while, unlike PBS, bFGF increased them significantly in comparison to contralateral control eyes and normal eyes. CONCLUSION:bFGF can prevent the formation anddevelopment of defocus myopia by upregulating the expressions of type I collagen, α2 integrin and β1 integrin. Taken together, our results demonstrate that bFGF promotes sclera remodeling to prevent myopia in guinea pigs.

Pseudo-bulk heterojunction(BHJ)fabricated by sequential casting of donor and acceptor layers has been recently demonstrated as a superior structure to prepare organic solar cells(OSCs)with enhanced efficiency compared to the conventional BHJ OSCs cast from a common solution of donors and ***,molecular diffusion and aggregation within the pseudo-BHJ layer bring great challenges to fully realize the advantage of pseudo-BHJ ***,a solution-incubated pre-aggregation strategy is employed to tune the nanoscale aggregates of non-fullerene acceptor(NFA)BTP-e C11 and N3 to substantially enhance device power-conversion efficiency(PCE).NFA pre-aggregates are incubated in solutions via aging or adding antisolvent,and then sequentially cast onto D18 fibrillar network,which then penetrate to form a pseudo-BHJ structure with appropriate domain sizes to ensure superior charge *** the conventional pseudo-BHJ OSCs obtain inferior PCEs below 17%compared with normal BHJ OSCs,NFA pre-aggregates help to achieve remarkable PCEs of 17.7%and 17.5%for D18/BTP-e C11 and D18/N3 pseudo-BHJ *** work demonstrates that the solution-incubated nanoscale pre-aggregation is an efficient approach to regulate molecular diffusion and aggregation to guarantee high performance pseudo-BHJ OSCs.

Objective:To analyze the efficacy of Biejiajian Pill(BJJP)on intestinal microbiota in patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis/liver fibrosis,and explore its relationship with liver ***:This was a prospective,randomized double-blind controlled *** the stratified block randomization method,35 patients with hepatitis B liver cirrhosis/liver fibrosis were randomly assigned(1:1)to receive entecavir(0.5 mg/d)combined with BJJP(3 g/time,3 times a day)or placebo(simulator as control,SC group,simulator 3 g/time,3 times a day)for 48 *** and stool samples were collected from patients at baseline and week 48 of treatment,*** and renal functions as well as hematological indices were *** samples were analyzed by 16S rDNA V3-V4 high-throughput sequencing,and intestinal microbiota changes in both groups before and after treatment were compared,and their correlations with liver fibrosis were ***:Compared with the SC group,there was no significant difference in liver function,renal function and hematology indices in the BJJP group,however,the improvement rate of liver fibrosis was higher in the BJJP group(94.4%vs.64.7%,P=0.041).Principal coordinate analysis(PCoA)based on weighted Unifrac distance showed significant differences in intestinal microbiota community diversity before and after BJJP treatment(Pdance levels of beneficial bacteria(Bifidobacteria,Lactobacillus,Faecalibacterium and Blautia)increased,whereas the abundance levels of potential pathogenic bacteria,including Escherichia coli,Bacteroides,Ruminococcus,Parabacteroides and Prevotella decreased,among which Ruminococcus and Parabacteroides were significantly positively correlated with degree of liver fibrosis(r=0.34,P=0.04;r=0.38,P=0.02),*** microbiota in the SC group did not change significantly throughout the whole process of ***:BJJP had a certain regulatory effe

目的:探讨重度子痫前期(SPE)患者胎盘早剥的危影响因素,并探讨胎盘生长因子(PLGF)、血管生成素-2(Ang2)联合应激诱导蛋白2(Sestrin2)对重度子痫前期并发胎盘早剥的预测价值。方法:选取2019年4月至2022年4月长沙市第四医院收治的SPE患者348例。根据患者是否发生胎盘早剥分组,分为胎盘早剥组(n=75)和无胎盘早剥组(n=273)。检测并对比两组血清PLGF、Ang2及Sestrin2水平。采用单因素及多因素Logistic回归模型分析SPE患者并发胎盘早剥的影响因素;采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析PLGF、Ang2联合Sestrin2对SPE患者并发胎盘早剥的预测价值。结果:胎盘早剥组的PLGF、Ang2低于无胎盘早剥组,Sestrin2高于无胎盘早剥组(P<0.05)。SPE并发胎盘早剥与剖宫产史、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、血小板、尿素氮、纤维蛋白原、血肌酐有关(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归模型分析结果显示:SBP偏高、DBP偏高、纤维蛋白原偏低、血肌酐偏高是SPE并发胎盘早剥的危险因素。Sestrin2水平下降,PLGF、Ang2水平升高则是SPE并发胎盘早剥的保护因素(P<0.05)。血清PLGF、Ang2联合Sestrin2检测对SPE并发胎盘早剥的预测价值优于各指标单独检测(P<0.05)。结论:SPE并发胎盘早剥患者中Sestrin2水平升高,PLGF、Ang2水平下降,联合检测可以辅助预测SPE并发胎盘早剥的发生。SBP偏高、DBP偏高、纤维蛋白原偏低、血肌酐偏高是SPE并发胎盘早剥的危险因素。Sestrin2水平下降,PLGF、Ang2水平升高是SPE患者并发胎盘早剥的保护因素。

The aggregation and morphology within the photoactive layer is of considerable significance to boost the power-conversion efficiency(PCE)of organic solar cells(OSCs).Herein,heating-induced aggregation control of nonfullerene acceptor BTPeC7 during sequential casting was *** large aggregates of BTP-eC7 can be significantly reduced by sequential casting of BTP-eC7 hot solution on the D18 fibrillar layer,and further eliminated by sequential casting of BTP-eC7 hot solution on the D18 fibrillar layer heated on hot substrate,leading to stronger faceonπ–πstacking and appropriate phase separation within the photoactive layer to promote exciton dissociation and charge *** maximum PCE of D18/BTPeC7 solar cells can be enhanced from 8.1%of room temperature casting to 15.9%of hot solution,hot-substrate casting,therefore demonstrates that heating-induced aggregation and sequential-casting strategies are a promising approach in improving the performance of OSCs employing nonfullerene acceptors with limited solubility or strong crystallization ability.

The Stern-Geary constant(B value)is indispensable to measure the corrosion rate in the microbiologically influenced corrosion(MIC)*** polarization resistance(LPR)and weight loss methods were used to study the variation of B values for X80 pipeline steel in the presence of Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Acetobacter aceti and Desulfovibrio *** results showed that B values in the presence of three different bacteria were 35.60±0.55 mV,33.00±1.00 mV and 58.60±0.55 mV,respectively,suggesting that the change of corrosion system significantly affected the B values of X80 pipeline *** work further indicated that the determination of B values is necessary to accurately measure the MIC rate by LPR method.

Most resistance-type humidity sensors exhibit negative humidity sensitivity,i.e.,their resistance decreases with a corresponding increase in *** is primarily attributed to the dominant role of ionic conduction in adsorbed *** this work,a humidity sensor based on a p-type reduced graphene oxide(p-rGO)with positive humidity sensitivity is ***,its positive humidity sensing response is further enhanced by n-type WS_(2) nanoparticles *** results show that both rGO and r GO/WS_(2) humidity sensors have good linear response in the relative humidity(RH)range of0%-91.5%.The sensitivity of the rGO/WS_(2) humidity sensor is 1.87 times that of rGO humidity sensor,which is mainly attributed to p-n heterojunction between rGO and WS_(2).Besides,the r GO/WS_(2) humidity sensor has small humidity hysteresis(-3%RH)and good *** work demonstrates a humidity sensor based on rGO/WS_(2) composite film and provides a facile route for fabricating humidity sensor with positive humidity sensing properties.
