Our previous study has demonstrated that procyanidin A1(A1) and its simulated digestive product (D-A1) can prevent acrylamide （ACR）-induced cytotoxicity in small intestine cells. However， the potential mechanism remains poorly understood. In this study， ACR treatment was found to increase the levels of 8-hydroxy-deoxyguanine （8-OHdG） and phosphorated histone H2AX (γH2AX)， two DNA damage markers， thereby resulting in cell cycle arrest in the G2/M phase; whereas both A1and D-A1could prevent the phosphorylation of ataxia telangiectasia mutated （ATM） and checkpoint kinase 2 （Chk2）， and then regulate the expression of G2/M phase-related proteins， finally maintaining normal cell cycle progression. Moreover， A1and D-A1could increase the B cell lymphoma 2 （Bcl-2）/Bcl2-associated X （Bax） ratio and decrease the expression of cleaved caspase-3 and cleaved caspase-9 proteins to alleviate ACR-induced cell apoptosis， which might be related to the inhibition of the mitogen-activated protein kinase （MAPK） pathway. More importantly， A1showed no remarkable variation in inhibitory effect before and after digestion， indicating that it can endure gastrointestinal digestion and may be a promising phytochemical to alleviate ACR-induced intestinal cell damage.

Human activities and industrialization have signiﬁcantly increased soil nutrients,such as nitrogen(N)and phos-phorus(P),profoundly impacting the composition and structure of plant community,as well as the ecosystem functions,especially in nutrient-limited ***,as the key propagule pool of perennial grasslands,how belowground bud bank and its relationship with aboveground vegetation respond to short-term changes in soil nutrients was still *** this study,we conducted a short-term(2021–2022)soil fertilization experiment with N addition(10 g N m^(-2) yr^(-1))and P addition(5 g N m^(-2) yr^(-1))in the meadow steppe of Inner Mongolia,China,to explore the responses of belowground bud bank,aboveground shoot population and their relationships(represented by the ratio of bud to shoot density-meristem limitation index(MLI))for the whole community and three plant functional groups(perennial rhizomatous grasses-PR,perennial bunchgrasses-PB,and perennial forbs-PF)to nutrient *** short-term nutrient addition had no signiﬁcant inﬂuences on belowground bud density,aboveground shoot density,and MLI of the whole plant *** functional groups showed different responses to soil ***ﬁcally,N addition signiﬁcantly increased the bud density and shoot density of PR,especially in combination with P addition.N addition reduced the shoot density of PF but had no inﬂuence on its bud density and *** addition had signiﬁcant effects on the three indicators of *** study indicates that the belowground bud bank and its relationship with aboveground vegetation in temperate meadow steppe are insensitive to short-term soil fertilization,but plant functional groups exhibit speciﬁc responses in terms of population regeneration,which implies that plant community composition and ecosystem functions will be changed under the ongoing global change.

Pampus argenteus and Pampus chinensis form the high-value demersal Pomfret fishery of ***,due to a monotonic decline in catches over the last five years,it is essential to explore the current stock status concerning the removal rate to ensure the sustainability of this ***,given the reliability and minimal data requirements,this study employed an extended Bayesian State-Space Surplus Production Model,JABBA(Just Another Bayesian Biomass Assessment),to assess the stock *** results revealed that the stock biomass of the Pomfret fishery in the final year of the time series is significantly lower than BMSY,the biomass required to produce ***,this study recommends a yearly catch limit(TAC)of 10,000 metric tons to prevent further depletion of the stock ***,to avoid growth overfishing by allowing all immature fishes to reproduce at least once before being caught,this study also calculated the optimum length(Lopt)for catch for both species at which biologically maximum yield and revenue can be *** estimated Lopt is 25 cm for *** and 30 cm for ***,and not to capture fishes with lengths lower than these limits,this study further calculated the minimum mesh size limits for gill and set bag nets is 7.5 *** the mesh size regulation was estimated using length-based reference points derived from an empirical equation,this regulation can be used as an associate reference point when TAC is applied to assure the sustainability of this fishery.

Hyperoside and quercetin are similar in molecular *** this study,the antioxidant regulatory targets of hyperoside and quercetin are mainly in the nuclear factor(erythroid-2-derived)-related factor 2(Nrf2)pathway predicted by network *** the antioxidant effect and mechanism of hyperoside and quercetin were measured and compared in H_(2)O_(2)-induced Hep G2 cells and Caenorhabditis *** findings indicated that quercetin was more effective than hyperoside in reducing oxidative damage,which was proved by improved cell viability,decreased reactive oxygen species(ROS)production,decreased cellular apoptosis,and alleviated mitochondrial *** addition,quercetin was more efficient than hyperoside in enhancing the expression of Nrf2-associated m RNAs,increasing the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),and catalase(CAT),and reducing the cellular malondialdehyde(Mda)*** was superior to hyperoside in prolonging the lifespan of worms,decreasing the accumulation of lipofuscin,inhibiting ROS production,and increasing the proportion of skn-1 in the *** the Nrf2 inhibitor ML385,we verified that quercetin and hyperoside primarily protected the cells against oxidative damage via the Nrf2 signalling ***,molecular docking and dynamics simulations demonstrated that the quercetin-Kelch-like ECH-associated protein 1(Keap1)complex was more stable than the hyperoside-Keap1 *** stable structure of the complex might hinder the binding of Nrf2 and Keap1 to release Nrf2 and facilitate its entry into the nucleus to play an antioxidant ***,quercetin had a better antioxidant than hyperoside.

The utilization of arsenic-containing gold dressing tailings is an urgent issue faced by gold production companies *** thermodynamic analysis results indicate that ferrous arsenate(FeAsO_(4)),pyrite(FeS_(2))and sodium cyanide(NaCN)in the arsenic-containing gold metallurgical tailings can be effectively removed using straight grate process,and the removal of pyrite and sodium cyanide is basically completed during the preheating stage,while the removal of ferrous arsenate requires the roasting *** pellets undergo a transformation from magnetite to hematite during the preheating process,and are solidified through micro-crystalline bonding and high-temperature recrystallization of hematite(Fe_(2)O_(3))during the roasting ***,pellets with removal rates of 80.77% for arsenic,88.78% for sulfur,and 99.88% for cyanide are obtained,as well as the iron content is 61.1% and the compressive strength is 3071 N,meeting the requirements for blast furnace *** study provides an industrially feasible method for treating arsenic-containing gold smelting tailings,benefiting gold production enterprises.

【目的】解析温室条件下玫瑰黄链霉菌Men-myco-93-63活性代谢产物Roflamycoin和Men-myco-A(简称R&M)诱导烟草灰霉病抗性的作用机制,为利用R&M绿色防控烟草灰霉病提供理论依据。【方法】通过80 mg/L R&M注射4~5叶期本生烟草叶片后过敏反应(HR)染色验证及100 mg/L R&M注射4~5叶期本生烟草叶片后抗病标志基因hsr203J的表达验证R&M的诱抗作用;采用相关试剂盒检测烟草处理(分别为80 mg/L R&M喷雾处理和清水处理)后非药剂接触烟叶内过氧化氢酶(CAT)和脂氧合酶(LOX)的活性变化,以及防御相关物质过氧化氢(H_(2)O_(2))的含量变化。采用实时荧光定量PCR(qRT-PCR)检测烟草处理(处理1,用80 mg/L R&M溶液灌根处理4~5叶期本生烟草2 d后,于上部第3片叶采用灰霉菌孢子悬浮液摩擦接种;处理2,清水灌根处理4~5叶期本生烟草2 d后,于上部第3片叶采用清水摩擦接种)后烟草叶片木质素合成基因PAL及病程相关蛋白(PR)基因PR1、PR5相对表达量的变化。【结果】80 mg/L R&M诱导处理后,烟叶中CAT活性2 d后逐步提高;LOX活性第3 d后显著提高(P<0.05,下同),第7 d达最高值;H_(2)O_(2)含量在第1 d迅速增加后降低;PAL基因相对表达量在24 h后显著上调,为清水对照的25.37倍;病程相关蛋白基因PR1、PR5相对表达量分别在24和72 h达最高值,分别为清水对照的11.23和11.17倍。【结论】R&M通过提高烟叶中相关防御酶活性、协调活性氧水平及增强抗病相关基因的表达等提高烟草植株的抗病性。玫瑰黄链霉菌Men-myco 93-63产生的活性代谢产物R&M具有作为植物病害诱抗剂的潜力,有望应用于植物灰霉病等重要病害的绿色防控。
