First-arrival seismic traveltime tomography(FAST)is a well-established technique to estimate subsurface velocity structures.Although several existing open-source packages are available for first-arrival traveltime tomography,most were written in compiled languages and lack sufficient extendibility for new algorithms and functionalities.In this work,we develop an open-source,selfcontained FAST package based on MATLAB,one of the most popular interpreted scientific programming languages,with a focus on ocean bottom seismometer refraction traveltime tomography.Our package contains a complete traveltime tomography workflow,including ray-tracing-based first-arrival traveltime computation,linearized inversion,quality control,and high-quality visualization.We design the package as a modular toolbox,making it convenient to integrate new algorithms and functionalities as needed.At the current stage,our package is most efficient for performing FAST for two-dimensional ocean bottom seismometer surveys.We demonstrate the efficacy and accuracy of our package by using a synthetic data example based on a modified Marmousi model.

Disordered flexible linkers(DFLs)are the functional disordered regions in proteins,which are the sub-regions of intrinsically disordered regions(IDRs)and play important roles in connecting domains and maintaining inter-domain interactions.Trained with the limited available DFLs,the existing DFL predictors based on the machine learning techniques tend to predict the ordered residues as DFLs,leading to a high false positive rate(FPR)and low prediction accuracy.Previous studies have shown that DFLs are extremely flexible disordered regions,which are usually predicted as disordered residues with high confidence[P(D)>0.9]by an IDR predictor.Therefore,transferring an IDR predictor to an accurate DFL predictor is of great significance for understanding the functions of IDRs.In this study,we proposed a new predictor called TransDFL for identifying DFLs by transferring the RFPR-IDP predictor for IDR identification to the DFL prediction.The RFPR-IDP was pre-trained with IDR sequences to learn the general features between IDRs and DFLs,which is helpful to reduce the false positives in the ordered regions.RFPR-IDP was fine-tuned with the DFL sequences to capture the specific features of DFLs so as to be transferred into the TransDFL.Experimental results of two application scenarios(prediction of DFLs only in IDRs or prediction of DFLs in entire proteins)showed that TransDFL consistently outperformed other existing DFL predictors with higher accuracy.

Flavor-specific scalar bosons exist in various Standard Model extensions and couple to a single generation of fermions via a global flavor symmetry breaking mechanism. Given this strategy, we propose a Me V flavor-specific scalar model in dimension-5 operator series, which explains the muon g-2 anomaly and proton radius puzzle by coupling with the muon and down-quark at the same time. The framework is consistent with the null result of high-intensity searches. Specifically, the supernova constraints for muon couplings become weakened by including the contribution of down-quark interaction. The parameter space for explaining muon g-2 discrepancy is available when 10% energy deposition is required in the energy explosion process in the supernova,but this is ruled out by the 1% energy deposition requirement. We also investigate the searches for mediator and dark matter and the resulting constraints on viable parameter space such as nuclear physics constraints, direct detection for light boosted dark matter, and possible CMB constraints. When compared with conventional dark matter production, light dark matter production has two additional modifications: bound state formation and early kinetic equilibrium decoupling. We are now looking into the implications of these effects on the relic density of light dark matter.

This paper investigates the networked flight control system for a laboratory 3 degrees of freedom (3-DOF) helicopter,and presents a novel networked guaranteed cost proportion-integration-differentiation (PID) attitude tracking control method with consideration of time-varying delay and packet dropouts.As the 3-DOF helicopter characteristics of multi-input multi-output (MIMO),channel coupling,and nonlinearity,a genera linear time delay system is modeled by analyzing the motions on elevation,pitch,and travel axis.By using the reciprocal convex approach,the free weight matrix,and the cone complementarity linearization (CCL) method,the PID tracking controller parameters can be designed if the related linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) are feasible.Finally,a practical experiment of laboratory 3-DOF helicopter is given,and the experimental results show that the proposed method is effective.

We study a supply chain consisted of a supplier and both retailers,and the supplier sells a single product through a dominant retailer and a weak retailer.The aggressive bargaining behavior of the dominant retailer brings the supplier much concern and two feasible strategies are presented to respond to that:difference-setting wholesale pricing contract and integration with the weak retailer.We investigate the decisions of supply chain members under each solution and find that,compared to the traditional form,the supplier always benefits from announcing the difference-setting wholesale pricing contract for it not only raises the marginal wholesale profits of both channels but also reduces the market share of the dominant retailer,thus potentially weakening its channel power.In addition,we show that combining with the weak retailer is not a wise choice for suppliers when the dominant retailer with relatively little bargaining power enjoys a large market share.Finally,by comparing the equilibria of these two solutions,we find that the optimal choice for suppliers depends not only on the difference in market share but also on the dominant retailer's bargaining power in the negotiation.

在温病经典著作中,斑疹作为一种温热病伴随的特殊体征出现,随着温病的不同进展阶段有着不同的表现,提示了在此皮疹存在的病机转归。临床和文献学习慢性皮肤病的过程中,可发现温病经典卫气营血理论和银屑病的病因、病机、尤其是皮损临床表现有诸多相符之处。温病中有许多针对斑疹的方剂和药对,虽然病机不完全相同,但在寻常型银屑病治疗上也有一定的参考价值。文章对刘彬从温病治疗银屑病经验学习总结,附验案1例,并对相关研究进行综述学习。

In this work,the Gd^(3+)/Eu^(3+) activated Ba_(3)Y_(4)O_(9)(BYO)phosphors were successfully synthesized via coprecipitation method at 1400℃.The precursor composition,crystal structure stability,microscopic morphology,photoluminescence(PL)/photoluminescence excitation(PLE)spectra and fluorescence attenuation analysis of the phosphors are discussed in detail.The chemical composition of the precursor was determined by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and thermogravimetry(TG)analysis;According to field emission-scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM)analysis,it is found that the particle size of phosphor is uniform and the agglomeration is few.According to PL/PLE spectra analysis,Ba_(3)Y_(3.28)Eu_(0.6)Gd_(0.12)O_(9) phosphors has the strongest excitation band at 260 nm and the strongest emission band at 614 nm,and the fluorescence intensity of Ba_(3)Y_(3.28)Eu_(0.6)Gd_(0.12)O_(9) is higher than that of Ba_(3)Y^(3.4)Eu^(0.6)O_(9).The quenching concentration of Eu^(3+)in Ba_(3)Y_(3.88–4x)Eu_(4x)Gd_(0.12)O_(9) phosphors is x=0.15 and the mechanism of quenching concentration of Eu^(3+)is electric dipole-quadrupole type interactions.The lifetime value of Ba_(3)Y_(3.88–4x)Eu_(4x)Gd_(0.12)O_(9)(x=0.15)phosphors is 0.686 ms and decreases with the increase of Eu^(3+)content.In addition,the CIE chromaticity diagram of Ba_(3)Y_(3.28)Eu_(0.6)Gd_(0.12)O_(9) phosphors is(0.66,0.34).Finally,the lamp beads assembled with Ba_(3)Y_(3.28)Eu_(0.6)Gd_(0.12)O_(9) phosphors have an ideal luminous effect.Therefore,the Ba_(3)Y_(3.88–4x)Eu_(4x)Gd_(0.12)O_(9) phosphors designed in this work may hopefully meet the requirements of various lighting and optical display applications.
