JrATHB-12 mediates JrMYB113 and JrMYB27 to control the anthocyanin levels in different types of red walnut

Red walnut has broad market prospects because it is richer in anthocyanins than ordinary ***,the mechanism driving anthocyanin biosynthesis in red walnut is still *** studied two types of red walnut,called red walnut 1(R1),with a red pericarp and seed coat,and red walnut 2(R2),with a red seed coat only.R1 mostly contained cyanidin-3-O-galactoside,while R2 contained a various amounts of cyanidin-3-Ogalactoside,cyanidin-3-O-arabinoside,and *** LDOX-2(LOC109007163)and LDOX-3(LOC109010746)genes,which encode leucoanthocyanidin dioxygenase/anthocyanidin synthase(LDOX/ANS),were preliminarily indicated as the crucial genes for anthocyanin biosynthesis in R1 and R2,*** MYB differential genes analysis showed that MYB27 and MYB113 are specifically expressed in the red parts of R1 and R2,respectively,and they are regarded as candidate regulatory *** expression in Arabidopsis and transient injection in walnut showed that both MYB27 and MYB113 were located in the nucleus and promoted anthocyanin accumulation,while MYB27 promoted the expression of LDOX-2,and MYB113 promoted the expression of LDOX-3and *** one-hybrid and electrophoretic mobility shift assays showed that MYB27 could only bind to the LDOX-2 promoter,while MYB113 could bind to the promoters of both LDOX-3 and *** addition,we also identified an HD-Zip transcription factor,ATHB-12,which is specifically expressed in the *** silencing the expression of ATHB-12,the R2 pericarp turned red,and MYB113 expression *** experiments showed that ATHB-12 could specifically interact with MYB113 and bind to its *** suggests that MYB27controls R1 coloration by regulating LDOX-2,while MYB113 controls R2 coloration by regulating LDOX-3 and UAGT-3,but ATHB-12 can specifically bind to and inhibit the MYB113 of the R2 pericarp so that it becomes *** study reveals the anthocyanin biosynthetic mechanisms in two differ

The evolution of ablative Rayleigh–Taylor instability(ARTI)induced by single-mode stationary and time-varying perturbations in heat flux is studied numerically in two *** with the stationary case,time-varying heat-flux perturbation mitigates ARTI growth because of the enhanced thermal smoothing induced by the wave-like traveling heat flux.A resonance is found to form when the phase velocity of the heat-flux perturbation matches the average sound speed in the ablation *** the resonant regime,the coherent density and temperature fluctuations enhance the electron thermal conduction in the ablation region and lead to larger ablation pressure and effective acceleration,which consequently yield higher linear growth rate and saturated bubble *** enhanced effective acceleration offers increased implosion velocity but can also compromise the integrity of inertial confinement fusion shells by causing faster ARTI growth.

Post-disaster reconstruction is a topic of global concern,and traditional villages have special heritage attributes and need to face more requirements and obstacles in post-disaster *** paper summarizes four concepts based on the research on post-disaster reconstruction both domestically and internationally,as well as the recovery and reconstruction of cultural *** a field survey of traditional villages in the Ms 6.8 Luding earthquake-stricken area,it is found that there are problems such as insufficient awareness of heritage value,misalignment of scientific reconstruction technology,and insufficient protection of reconstruction elements during the reconstruction *** villages face the risk of declining or even loss of heritage *** order to effectively protect traditional villages and inherit the carrier of regional culture,four targeted reconstruction response strategies are proposed,i.e.,to"establish special planning for traditional village preservation","emphasize recovery of the authenticity of village heritage","ensure elements for village heritage recovery"and"promote the activation and utilization of village heritage",based on the problems discovered during the survey and the four concepts summarized in the research on post-disaster reconstruction of traditional *** research results hope to provide useful reference for ancient cultural areas affected by earthquakes on how to protect cultural heritage during the post-disaster reconstruction process.

Part-Whole Relational Few-Shot 3D Point Cloud Semantic Segmentation

This paper focuses on the task of few-shot 3D point cloud semantic *** some progress,this task still encounters many issues due to the insufficient samples given,e.g.,incomplete object segmentation and inaccurate semantic *** tackle these issues,we first leverage part-whole relationships into the task of 3D point cloud semantic segmentation to capture semantic integrity,which is empowered by the dynamic capsule routing with the module of 3D Capsule Networks(CapsNets)in the embedding ***,the dynamic routing amalgamates geometric information of the 3D point cloud data to construct higher-level feature representations,which capture the relationships between object parts and their ***,we designed a multi-prototype enhancement module to enhance the prototype ***,the single-prototype enhancement mechanism is expanded to the multi-prototype enhancement version for capturing rich ***,the shot-correlation within the category is calculated via the interaction of different samples to enhance the intra-category *** studies prove that the involved part-whole relations and proposed multi-prototype enhancement module help to achieve complete object segmentation and improve semantic ***,under the integration of these two modules,quantitative and qualitative experiments on two public benchmarks,including S3DIS and ScanNet,indicate the superior performance of the proposed framework on the task of 3D point cloud semantic segmentation,compared to some state-of-the-art methods.

Lattice strain induced by trace Pt single atoms in nickel for accelerating industrial hydrogen evolution

Strategically designing the electrocatalytic system and cleverly inducing strain is an effective approach to balance the cost and activity of Pt-based electrocatalysts for industrial-scale hydrogen ***,we present a unipolar pulsed electrodeposition（UPED） strategy to induce strain in the Ni lattice by introducing trace amounts of Pt single atoms（SAs）(0.22 wt%).The overpotential decreased by 183 mV at 10 mA cm-2in 1.0 M KOH after introducing trace amounts of *** industrial electrolyzer,assembled with PtSAsNi cathode and a commercial NiFeOxanode,requires a cell voltage of 1.90 V to attain 1 A cm-2of current density and remains stable for 280 h,demonstrating significant potential for practical *** aberration corrected scanning transmission electron microscopy（AC-STEM）,X-ray absorption（XAS）,and geometric phase analysis（GPA） indicate that the introduction of trace amounts of Pt SAs induces tensile strain in the Ni lattice,thereby altering the local electronic structure and coordination environment around cubic Ni for enhancing the water decomposition kinetics and fundamentally changing the reaction *** doping-strain strategy showcases conformational relationships that could offer new ideas to construct efficient hydrogen evolution reaction（HER） electrocatalysts for industrial hydrogen production in the future.

INTRODUCTION Surface waves propagating along the seafloor are general ly called Scholte waves,and were first discovered and studied in the early 1950s(Kugler et al.,2005;Buchen and Ben-Hador,1996).Scholte waves exhibit a dispersion phenomenon,which implies that their velocity varies with ***-frequency Scholte waves can propagate over long distances on the seabed with little attenuation(Bohlen et al.,2004).The particle mo tion of Scholte waves in a solid medium changes from a retro grade to a prograde ellipse(Klein et al.,2005;McMechan and Yedlin,1981).

Essential Players in Cooperative Games with Graph Communication Structure

A class of cooperative games with graph communication structure is studied in this paper by considering some important players,namely essential *** the assumption that only connected coalitions containing essential players are able to cooperate and obtain their worths,the class of graph games with essential players is proposed as well as an allocation *** proposed value follows the spirit of the Myerson value defined by applying the Shapley value on a modified *** properties,feasible component efficiency,the inessential component property,and fairness,are provided to fully characterize this value,where feasible component efficiency and fairness follows the same ideas of component efficiency and fairness for classical graph games,and the inessential component property says that the total payoffs of the players in a non-feasible component is ***,some computational aspects of the proposed value and comparisons with disjunctive permission value for games with permission structure are also studied,respectively.

Evolution of High-energy Electron Distribution in Pulsar Wind Nebulae

In this paper,we analyze the spectral energy distributions of 17 powerful(with a spin-down luminosity greater than10~(35)erg s~(-1))young(with an age less than 15,000 yr)pulsar wind nebulae(PWNe)using a simple timein-dependent one-zone emission *** aim is to investigate correlations between model parameters and the ages of the corresponding PWNe,thereby revealing the evolution of high-energy electron distributions within *** findings are as follows:(1)The electron distributions in PWNe can be characterized by a double power-law with a super-exponential cutoff.(2)As PWNe evolve,the high-energy end of the electron distribution spectrum becomes harder with the index decreasing from approximately 3.5 to 2.5,while the low-energy end spectrum index remains constant near 1.5.(3)There is no apparent correlation between the break energy or cutoff energy and the age of PWNe.(4)The average magnetic field within PWNe decreases with age,leading to a positive correlation between the energy loss timescale of electrons at the break energy or the high-energy cutoff and the age of the PWN.(5)The total electron energy within PWNe remains constant near 2×10~(48)erg,while the total magnetic energy decreases with age.
