TC4表面激光熔覆硬质复合涂层组织与性能

TC4凭借比强度高、耐腐蚀性好、质量轻等一系列优点,被广泛应用于航空航天领域,但其摩擦系数大、耐磨性差等缺点极大地限制了其应用范围,针对TC4硬度低、耐磨性差等缺点,采用4 kW大功率Laser4000半导体激光器,选用过渡族难熔碳化物HfC、TaC和ZrC作为增强相,以H13钢基粉末作为基粉,利用激光熔覆技术在TC4表面制备了不同比例的钢基金属-陶瓷硬质涂层。之后利用扫描电镜(SEM)、EDS能谱仪、D/max-2500/PC型X射线衍射仪(XDR)等试验手段对不同比例涂层的宏观形貌、显微组织、物相组成和涂层元素分布等进行对比分析,利用Qness型号维氏显微硬度计测试涂层硬度并分析熔覆试样截面微观硬度变化规律,利用MMU-5G型端面摩擦磨损试验机研究了不同材料组分涂层的摩擦磨损性能,研究结果表明:试件熔覆层与基材形成了良好的冶金结合,熔覆层组织形态主要以枝晶组织以及块状组织为主,各熔覆层的主要物相中均含有TiC,随着三元陶瓷粉末含量的增加,MC的含量也随之增加,当碳化物混合粉末添加量为15%(质量分数)时,熔覆层中检测到Hf_(0.8)Ta_(0.2)Fe_(2)三元合金相。当三元陶瓷粉添含量为10%(质量分数)时,熔覆层晶粒最为细小,涂层平均硬度最高,平均硬度约为763.43 HV,是基材硬度的2.29倍,当三元陶瓷粉末含量为5%(质量分数)时涂层的耐磨性最好,相对耐磨性为25%。

飞秒激光三维(3D)打印具有无掩模、高精度、高分辨率、真三维制造等特点,在复杂微纳3D结构制造上难以替代,基于双光子聚合打印技术,已经在微机电、微纳光电、微纳光子等复杂器件制备上展现出巨大的应用前景。随着共混掺杂技术及新型无机光敏材料的发展,高无机功能材料占比的飞秒激光3D打印为高性能器件制备提供了更多的可能性,极大拓展了微纳3D制造的应用能力。围绕近年来基于无机材料体系的飞秒激光3D打印方法,从无机组分工艺、激光打印能力、无机功能材料体系及应用等方面总结现有飞秒激光3D打印微纳器件应用、发展前景及面临的挑战,并展望飞秒激光打印无机3D微纳结构的新材料、新方法、新应用。

The Dabie orogen underwent deep continental subduction, rapid exhumation, and the huge amount of erosion during the Mesozoic. Its tectonic evolution, especially how its evolution was recorded by sedimentary basins at the flanks of the Dabie orogen is one of the most important issues of the world's attention. These years, newly studies of basin sedimentology, combined with structural geology, have shown a fundamental progress. The overall distribution of different basin types in the orogen indicates that shortening and thrusting at the margins of the orogen from the Late Triassic to the Early Cretaceous controlled the foreland basins, and extension, doming and rifting were initiated in the core of the orogen from the Jurassic to the Early Cretaceous and were expanded to the whole orogen after the Late Cretaceous. Therefore, The Dabie orogen records gradual transition from overall shortening and thrusting to dominantly extension and rift basin formation expanded from its core to its margins, although these shortening and extension overlapped in time from the Jurassic through Early Cretaceous at crustal levels. The unroofing ages of the ultra-high pressure (UHP) metamorphic rocks in the Dabie orogen change from Early Jurassic to Late Jurassic westward. The depth of exhumation increases eastwards. The sediment sources for the Hefei basin are mostly composed of the deeply exhumed, axial Dabie metamorphic complex, and the sediment sources for the Middle Yangtze basin are mostly from cover strata in the southern orogen and related strata with subjacent (i.e. subsequently overthrusted) Mianlue suture belt. In the transitional period between the Middle and the Late Triassic, the Indochina orogeny caused two tectonic events in South China:(1) the formation and uplift of the Qinling-Dabie orogenic belt along the northern margin of the South China Plate, due to its collision with the North China Plate; and 2) the development of a 1300-km-wide intra-continental orogen in the southeastern part of the South China Plate, which led to a northwestward movement of the foreland thrust-fold zone. These tectonic events resulted in the ending of the Yangtze Platform, and were a stable paleogeographic factor from the Eidacaran to the end of the Middle Triassic. This platform was characterized by the widespread development of shallow-water carbonates. After the end of the Yangtze Platform, the upper Yangtze foreland basin(or Sichuan foreland basin) was formed during the Late Triassic and became a accumulation site of fluvial deposits that are composed of related strata of the Xujiahe Formation. In western Sichuan Province, the Xujiahe Formation overlies the Maantang Formation shallow-water carbonate rocks of the Xiaotangzi Formation siliciclastic rocks(from shelf shales to littoral facies). The sequence-stratigraphic framework of the Upper Triassic in the upper Yangtze foreland basin indicates a particular alluvial architecture, characterized by sequences composed of(1) successions of low-energy fluvial deposits of high-accommodation phases, including coal seams, and(2) high-energy fluvial deposits of low-accommodation phases, including amalgamated river-channel sandstones. The spatial distribution of these fluvial deposits belonging to the Xujiahe Formation and its relative strata is characterized by gradual thinning-out, overlapping, and pinching-out toward both the east and south. This sedimentary record therefore expresses a particular sequence-stratigraphic succession of fluvial deposits within the filling succession of the foreland basin. Iron oxide copper-gold （IOCG） deposits are a research focus of the current ore deposit geology, and have attracted much attention among the worldwide geologists and exploration experts due to their shallow depth, a wide variety of mineral species and large scale. This paper presents a review of the present IOCG deposits research, which includes the definition of IOCG deposits, temporal and spatial distribution, ore-forming environments, ore-forming magmatic rocks, their geological features, ore-controlling structures and ore-bearing rocks, mineralized alteration zoning, and their genesis and ore-forming process. This work also proposed the ore prospecting direction of IOCG deposits from a trinity model of metaUogenic geological bodies, metallogenic structure surface and metailogenic information signs, and discussed the existing problems of the IOCG deposits research.

The timing of the "Yanshanian Movement" and the tectonic setting that controlled the Yanshan fold-and-thrust belt during Jurassic time in China are still matters of controversy. Sediments that filled the intramontane basins in the Yanshan belt perfectly record the history of "Yanshanian Movement" and the tectonic background of these basins. Recognizing syn-tectonic sedimentation, clarifying its relationship with structures, and accurately defining strata ages to build up a correct chronostratigraphic framework are the key points to further reveal the timing and kinematics of tectonic deformation in the Yanshan belt from the Jurassic to the Early Cretaceous. This paper applies both tectonic and sedimentary methods on the fold-and-thrust belt and intramontane basins in the Zhangjiakou area, which is located at the intersection between the western Yanshan and northern Taihangshan. Our work suggests that the pre-defined "Jurassic strata" should be re-dated and sub-divided into three strata units: a Late Triassic to Early Jurassic unit, a Middle Jurassic unit, and a Late Jurassic to early Early Cretaceous unit. Under the control of growth fold-and-thrust structures, five types of growth strata developed in different growth structures: fold-belt foredeep type,thrust-belt foredeep type, fault-propagation fold-thrust structure type, fault-bend fold-thrust structure type, and fault-bend foldthrust plus fault-propagation fold composite type. The reconstructed "source-to-sink" systems of Late Triassic to Early Jurassic,Middle Jurassic and Late Jurassic to early Early Cretaceous times, which are composed of a fold-and-thrust belt and flexure basins, imply that the "Yanshanian Movement" in our study area started in the Middle Jurassic. According to the vibration characteristics of the organ of Corti （OC）, seven hypotheses are made to simplify the structure of the model, and a mechanical OC model is established. Using the variational principle, a displacement analytical expression is solved under a certain pressure. The results are in good agreement with experimental data, showing the validity of the formula. Combined with the damage caused by noise in clinic, it is found that the hardening of outer hair cells and outer stereocilia can lead to loss of hearing and generation of threshold shift. In addition, the results show that high frequency resonance occurs at the bottom of the basilar membrane （BM）, and low frequency resonance occurs at the top of the BM. This confirms the frequency selective characteristics of the BM. Further, using this formula can avoid interference of the envi- ronment and the technical level of the test personnel, and can evaluate performance of the OC objectively.

In this paper, the effect of fluid in a tunnel of Corti （TC） on organ of Corti （OC） is studied. A three-dimensional OC model including basilar membrane （BM）, tectorial membrane （TM）, inner and outer hair cells （OHCs）, and reticular lamina （RL） is established by COMSOL. An initial pressure is applied to the fluid in the TC. The frequency response of the structure is analyzed, and the displacement of the BM is achieved. The results are in good agreement with the experimental data, confirming validity of the finite element model. Based on the model, the effect of fluid in the TC on the OC is studied. The results show that, when the pressure gradient is absent in the fluid, with the increase of the initial fluid pressure, the displacement of the BM increases. However, when the initial fluid pressure increases to a certain value, the increase rate of the displacement of the BM becomes very slow. The movement of the fluid amplifies the BM movement. Furthermore, the movement of the fluid can strengthen the movement of the OHCs and the shear movement of the stereocilia, especially in the vicinity of the characteristic frequency at which the amplification effect reaches a peak. Nevertheless, a pressure gradient in the fluid affects the BM movement.

The northwestward subduction of the Izanagi Plate beneath the eastern Eurasian Plate during the Late Mesozoic caused a series of compressional deformation events in the Yanshan fold and thrust belt(YFTB), but the tectonic deformation timing, tectonic properties and relationship between tectonic uplift and sediment accumulation in the intermontane basins continue to be debated. For this reason, the sedimentology, sediment provenance, and basin structure of the Qianjiadian Basin(QJB) in the northern Beijing region during the Late Jurassic and Early Cretaceous were studied in detail. The results suggest that a fault-propagation fold-type(FPFT) growth structure and growth strata developed on the western edge of the QJB and that the top part of Member 2 and Member 3 of the Tuchengzi Formation are growth strata controlled by the limb rotation mechanism. In two small thrust faults in the QJB, the Mesoproterozoic Xiamaling Formation is thrust over the Tuchengzi Formation, and these faults may have controlled the development of the fault-bend fold-type growth strata. An analysis of the "source-to-sink" process suggests that the hanging wall succession of the Shangyi-Pingquan fault(SPF) was the main source area of the Late Jurassic to early Early Cretaceous strata in the QJB. A zircon206 Pb/238 U age of 140.8±2.4 Ma for the volcanic rocks at the bottom of the FPFT growth strata represents the timing of the initiation of FPFT growth structure development. The discovery of the FPFT growth structure and growth strata in the QJB indicate that the QJB was an intermontane flexural basin controlled by fold and thrust structures during the early Early Cretaceous. Near the E-W-trending SPF, the NE-SW-trending Qianjiadian thrust fault(QJTF) and two small intrabasinal thrust faults may constitute a unified right-lateral strike-slip system that formed in response to the northwestward flat subduction of the Izanagi Plate beneath the East Asian continent during the Jurassic-Early Cretaceou
