Personalized treatment of well-differentiated gastric neuroendocrine tumors based on clinicopathological classification and grading:A multicenter retrospective study

Background:The incidence of well-differentiated gastric neuroendocrine tumors(G-NET)is increasing annually,and while they have a good prognosis and low mortality rate,their high recurrence rate makes treatment options *** study aims to determine the relationship between individualized treatment plans and the recurrence of ***:We performed a multicenter,retrospective study of 94 patients with highly differentiated G-NET and treated at Peking Union Medical College Hospital,Yantai Yuhuangding Hospital,and Beijing Zhong-Neng-Jian Hospital from November 2015 to September *** factors for recurrence of G-NETs were investigated using chi-squared test and multifactorial logistic regression ***:After a median follow-up of 49 months,the overall recurrence rate among the 94 G-NET patients was 14%(13/94).The recurrence rates of endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR),endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD),somatostatin analog(SSA)therapy,and surgery were 43%(6/14),10%(5/49),5%(1/22),and 11%(1/9),***-treatment recurrence rates were significantly different(P=0.014)among four treatments(EMR,ESD,SSA,and surgery),and further subgroup comparisons revealed lower recurrence rates in the ESD and SSA groups than in the EMR *** the second month onward,SSA therapy considerably reduced the gastrin levels from 1081.0(571.5,2472.8)pg/mL to 461.5(255.3,795.0)pg/mL(Z=-3.521,P<0.001).Both chi-squared test and multifactorial logistic regression analysis suggested that among the clinicopathological parameters studied,only the pre-treatment gastrin level(P=0.018 and 0.005)and the type of treatment(P=0.014 and 0.017)were significantly associated with G-NET ***:Individualized treatment strategies may reduce the risk of relapse after G-NET ***-term SSA therapy may be a secure and efficacious treatment option for type 1 G-NET with more than six lesions,and it substantially decreases the incidence of post-treatment rec

Apricot has a long history of cultivation and has many varieties and types. The traditional variety identification methods are timeconsuming and labor-consuming, posing grand challenges to apricot resource management. Tool development in this regard will help researchers quickly identify variety information. This study photographed apricot fruits outdoors and indoors and constructed a dataset that can precisely classify the fruits using a U-net model (F-score:99%), which helps to obtain the fruit's size, shape, and color features. Meanwhile, a variety search engine was constructed, which can search and identify variety from the database according to the above features. Besides, a mobile and web application (ApricotView) was developed, and the construction mode can be also applied to other varieties of fruit ***, we have collected four difficult-to-identify seed datasets and used the VGG16 model for training, with an accuracy of 97%, which provided an important basis for ApricotView. To address the difficulties in data collection bottlenecking apricot phenomics research, we developed the first apricot database platform of its kind (ApricotDIAP, http://***/) to accumulate, manage, and publicize scientific data of apricot.

Liver regeneration following injury aids the restoration of liver mass and the recovery of liver *** the present study we investigated the contribution of megakaryocytic leukemia 1(MKL1),a transcriptional modulator,to liver *** report that both MKL1 expression and its nuclear translocation correlated with hepatocyte proliferation in cell and animal models of liver regeneration and in liver failure *** with MKL1 deletion exhibited defective regenerative response in the *** analysis revealed that MKL1 interacted with E2F1 to program pro-regenerative ***2 mediated phosphorylation primed MKL1 for its interaction with *** interest,phospholipase d2 promoted MKL1 nuclear accumulation and liver regeneration by catalyzing production of phosphatidic acid(PA).PA administration stimulated hepatocyte proliferation and enhanced survival in a MKL1-dependent manner in a pre-clinical model of liver ***,PA levels was detected to be positively correlated with expression of pro-regenerative genes and inversely correlated with liver injury in liver failure *** conclusion,our data reveal a novel mechanism whereby MKL1 contributes to liver *** for small-molecule compounds boosting MKL1 activity may be considered as a reasonable approach to treat acute liver failure.

TiN/Fe2N/C composite with stable and broadband high-temperature microwave absorption

Facing the complex variable high-temperature environment, electromagnetic wave（EMW） absorbing materials maintaining high stability and satisfying absorbing properties is essential. This study focused on the synthesis and EMW absorbing performance evaluation of TiN/Fe2N/C composite materials, which were prepared using electrostatic spinning followed by a high-temperature nitridation process. The TiN/Fe2N/C fibers constructed a well-developed conductive network that generates considerable conduction loss. The heterogeneous interfaces between different components generated a significant level of interfacial polarization. Thanks to the synergistic effect of stable dielectric loss and optimized impedance matching, the TiN/Fe2N/C composite materials demonstrated excellent and stable absorption performance across a wide temperature range（293–453 K）. Moreover, TiN/Fe2N/C-15 achieved a minimum reflection loss（RL） of-48.01 dB and an effective absorption bandwidth（EAB） of 3.64 GHz at 2.1 mm and 373 K. This work provides new insights into the development of high-efficiency and stabile EMW absorbing materials under complex variable high-temperature conditions.

胜利油田“十四五”勘探形势与发展战略

经历60余年的勘探开发,作为胜利探区增储主体的济阳坳陷富油凹陷中浅层及准噶尔盆地西缘超剥带的常规油气已处于成熟勘探阶段,勘探目标日趋复杂隐蔽,规模增储难度持续增加,亟需加强勘探形势研判与资源潜力评价,制定针对性勘探发展战略,保障胜利油田勘探可持续发展。通过开展胜利探区东西部勘探状况与勘探形势梳理,资源潜力及增储领域分析,明确了其剩余资源潜力与有利勘探方向,认为胜利探区仍具有可持续发展的资源基础,其中深层-超深层具有规模增储的资源潜力,外围低勘探程度区具有较大的勘探潜力,非常规油气是现实的资源接替领域;提出了实施“类型上由常规为主向常非并重转变、层系上由中浅层向深层-超深层转变、区域上由老油区向全探区综合勘探转变”的“三大勘探战略转变”,制定了“立足全区、决胜深层、常非并重、统筹推进”的勘探发展思路;提出了“坚持低勘探程度区攻坚实现新突破、坚持深层-超深层探索形成规模增储新阵地、坚持常非并重实现稳定增储、坚持高效管理推进勘探高质量发展”的发展路径,为胜利油田勘探高质量发展指明了方向,也为渤海湾盆地、准噶尔盆地类似探区的勘探提供了思路和方向借鉴。

Assessment of ECMWF’s Precipitation Forecasting Performance for China from 2017 to 2022

This study used the China Meteorological Administration(CMA)three-source fusion gridded precipitation analysis data as a reference to evaluate the precipitation forecast performance of the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts(ECMWF)model for China from 2017 to *** main conclusions are as *** precipitation forecast capability of the ECMWF model for China has gradually improved from 2017 to *** scores such as bias,equitable threat score(ETS),and Fractions Skill Score(FSS)showed improvements for different categories of *** bias of light rain forecasts overall adjusted towards smaller values,and the increase in forecast scores was greater in the warm season than in the cold *** ETS for torrential rain more intense categories significantly increased,although there were large fluctuations in bias across different *** model exhibited higher precipitation bias in most areas of North China,indicating overprediction,while it showed lower bias in South China,indicating *** ETSs indicate that the model performed better in forecasting precipitation in the northeastern part of China without the influence of climatic background *** of the differences between the first period and the second period of the forecast shows that the precipitation amplitude in the ECMWF forecast shifted from slight underestimation to overestimation compared to that of CMPAS05,reducing the likelihood of missing extreme precipitation *** improvement in ETS is mainly due to the reduction in bias and false alarm rates and,more importantly,an increase in the hit *** 2017 to 2022,the area coverage error of model precipitation forecast relative to observations showed a decreasing trend at different scales,while the FSS showed an increasing trend,with the highest FSS observed in *** ETS followed a parabolic trend with increasing neighborhood radius,with the better ETS neighborhood radius generally

目的:探讨橙皮苷诱导慢性髓性白血病细胞系K562细胞发生铁死亡的作用及分子机制。方法:通过CCK-8、EDU-594、Transwell法检测橙皮苷对K562细胞活力、增殖和迁移的影响。采用流式细胞术检测K562细胞的凋亡率。采用C11-BODIPY和FerroOrange检测细胞中脂质过氧化和Fe^(2+)水平。通过Western blot法检测细胞中铁死亡相关蛋白溶质载体家族7成员11(SLC7A11)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶4(GPX4)表达水平。采用SLC7A11过表达质粒转染细胞后,同样检测脂质过氧化及Fe^(2+)水平。结果:橙皮苷可呈剂量依赖性降低K562细胞活力,IC_(50)值为0.544μmol/L,选取0.4、0.8μmol/L的橙皮苷行后续实验。EDU-594、Transwell法和流式细胞术检测显示,0.4、0.8μmol/L橙皮苷作用24 h后K562细胞增殖和迁移率明显降低,细胞凋亡率明显提高,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。同时Western blot法检测显示,抗凋亡蛋白Bcl-2表达下调,促凋亡蛋白Bax及Caspase-3表达升高。与对照组比较,橙皮苷可以提高细胞内脂质过氧化和Fe^(2+)水平(P值均<0.05)。铁死亡抑制剂(Fer-1)与橙皮苷联合给药可以逆转橙皮苷对K562细胞的作用。0.8μmol/L橙皮苷作用组铁死亡相关基因SLC7A11、GPX4 mRNA及蛋白水平明显降低(P值均<0.05)。SLC7A11过表达可以抑制橙皮苷作用,减轻铁死亡。结论:橙皮苷可通过调控SLC7A11/GPX4轴,促进K562细胞铁死亡。

东营凹陷北带西段王庄潜山油藏的发现,揭示了太古宙基岩储层极大的油气勘探潜力。本文基于露头、岩心、薄片、测井、成像测井、孔渗数据以及试油资料,对东营凹陷北带太古宙基岩风化壳储层发育特征进行了总结,对其主控因素进行了深入探索,取得了以下主要认识:(1)太古宙基岩主要为二长花岗岩和花岗闪长岩,局部发育花岗片麻岩,岩石脆性较强,容易产生裂缝,具备形成优质储层的岩性基础。(2)基岩风化壳储层纵向上可划分为崩解型储层、溶蚀崩解型储层以及残积崩解型储层三类。(3)崩解型储层主要以构造缝、溶蚀缝和节理缝为主,储层物性较差,平均孔隙度为2.2%,平均渗透率为0.25 mD,主要分布在构造高部位;溶蚀崩解型储层表现为明显的双层结构,上覆溶蚀层发育厚度为50~150 m,储层物性好,平均孔隙度为4.7%,平均渗透率为1.3 mD,储集空间以溶蚀孔、溶蚀增强缝为主,下伏的崩解层物性差,储集空间以裂缝为主,主要分布在构造中低部位;残积崩解型储层表现为上薄下厚特点,上覆残积层厚度分布在10~43 m,岩体松散破碎,储集空间以溶蚀孔为主,平均孔隙度为4.5%,平均渗透率为1.7 mD,下伏崩解层致密,块状结构明显,储集空间以各种成因的裂缝为主,主要分布在研究区临近构造高部位的缓坡带。(4)基岩风化壳储层物性及分布主要受控于4个因素:富含高脆性矿物含量的岩石影响裂缝的发育程度,构造应力控制裂缝的形成及产状分布,发达的断裂体系加速了基岩风化壳有效储层的形成,古海拔高程最终控制了基岩风化壳储层分布。研究成果对于东营凹陷以及其他断陷盆地基岩风化壳储层评价和油气勘探具有重要的借鉴意义。
