The cultivar Ganoderma lucidum Hunong 5 was obtained using cross-breeding. Hunong 5 has high commercial value due to its high polysaccharide and triterpene content, This is the first report of using a DNA pooling method to develop a stable sequence characterized amplified region （SCAR） marker for rapid identification of the G. lucidum Hunong 5 cultivar. The SCAR marker was developed by first generating and sequencing a distinctive inter simple sequence repeat （ISSR） fragment （882 bp） from G. lucidum Hunong 5 cultivar. A stable SCAR primer pair GLH5F/GLH5R were obtained to identify the cultivar and the SCAR marker is a DNA fragment of 773 bp.

In vehicle Ad-hoc netwok （VANET）, traffic load is often unevenly distributed among access points （APs）. Such load imbalance hampers the network from fully utilizing the network capacity. To alleviate such imbalance, the paper introduces a novel pricing game model. The research scene is at the intersection when the traffic light is green. As vehicles are highly mobile and the network typology changes dynamically, the paper divides the green light time into equal slots and calculates APs＇ prices with the presented pricing game in each time slot. The whole process is a repeated game model. The final equilibrium solution set is APs＇ pricing strategy, and the paper claim that this equilibrium solution set can affect vehicles＇ selection and ensure APs＇ load-balancing. Simulation results based on a realistic vehicular traffic model demonstrate the effectiveness of the game method.

We calculate the light field in metal-coated optical fiber probes under illumination of femtosecond laser pulses with the three-dimensional finite-difference time-domain method. By choosing the maximum of the calculated light field data in the time period of one light wave cycle at each spatial point, we obtain the amplitude distributions instead of the conventional light field distribution of a time instant. It is found that with an incident plane wave pulse of y-polarization, the output amplitude distributions of y-polarization have roughly a circled-cross-like pattern with two arc-like zero-amplitude zones. By analyzing the y-polarized waveforms versus time at the points near the arc-like zero-amplitude zones, we find that waveform distortions appear at points in the neighborhood of the zero amplitude lines and in the time intervals when two wave-packets overlap.

The gas-liquid two-phase homogenous flow has been extensively investigated without the effect of gas ***,the dissolved gas will release when internal water pressure drops below saturation pressure during hydraulic *** results in inaccuracy or even invalidity of the existing model for homogenous flows,especially for the reproduction of two-phase mass transfer *** address this problem,this paper couples the gas release model with conservation equations of homogenous flows,which are numerically solved by the second-order Godunov-type scheme(GTS).Specifically,a virtual-cell method is adopted at system boundaries to achieve the same second-order accuracy as interior cells,which is realized by the monotonic upwind scheme for conservation laws(MUSCL-Hancock scheme).Simulated pressure curves by the proposed model are compared with a series of analytical,numerical and experimental *** indicates that the proposed model with gas release effects reproduces actual pressure responses most accurately,with minimum relative error and root mean squared error compared with experimental ***,the gas release leads to dynamic synchronous fluctuations of void fraction,wave speed and pressure head,including the opposite trends of void fraction and pressure,and higher void fraction leading to greater wave speed ***,sensitivity analysis is concluded with recommended Courant number,and different gas release effects in different initial void *** research increases the basic understanding of two-phase mass transfer processes and their implications for hydraulic transients.

The novel jet self-priming centrifugal pump,as important modern irrigation equipment,is widely used in large-scale irrigation,mine drainage and so *** order to improve the profile streamline of blade,the inlet shape of impeller was designed as distorted and the outlet shape as cylindrical,which can not only improve the pump efficiency,but also shorten the self-priming ***,the novel jet self-priming system was proposed,by employing the jet nozzle and check valve to improve the velocity of ***,nine different structure jet nozzles were designed based on the orthogonal design method,and the relevant self-priming experiments were performed on I level accuracy test bench in Jiangsu *** to the greycorrelational analysis,the influence of the nozzle geometry parameters on the self-priming performance was *** relationship between self-priming time and self-priming height was *** test results showed that the hydraulic design of jet self-priming centrifugal pump was reasonable;all indicators met the Chinese national standard;the head reached 21.04 m and efficiency was 72.8%under the design flow *** is more,the self-priming performance was obviously improved by adjusting the geometrical parameters of *** the height of the self-priming process was 5.3 m,the self-priming time reached 62 s,which was much shorter than the national ***,this research could provide reference for designing the structure of jet self-priming centrifugal pump.

Although drug delivery systems(DDS)are efficient in brain delivery,they face failure in clinical settings due to their potential toxicity to the central nervous *** is known about where the DDS will go after brain delivery,and no specific elimination route that shares a passage with DDS has been ***,identifying harmless DDS for brain delivery and determining their fate there would strongly contribute to their clinical *** this study,we investigated nonreactive gold nanoclusters,which can deliver into the brain,to determine the elimination route of ***,nanoclusters in the brain were systemically tracked and were found to be critically drained by the glymphatic system from the blood vessel basement membrane to periphery circulations(77.8±23.2%and 43.7±23.4%contribution).Furthermore,the nanoclusters could be actively transported across the blood-brain barrier(BBB)by exosomes(30.5±27.3%and 29.2±7.1%contribution).In addition,microglia promoted glymphatic drainage and passage across the *** simultaneous work of the glymphatic system,BBB,and microglia revealed the fate of gold nanoclusters for brain delivery and provided a basis for further braindelivery DDS.

Depression is a prevalent mental disorder that is associated with aging and contributes to increased mortality and *** overall prevalence of geriatric depression with clinically significant symptoms is currently on the *** studies have demonstrated that altered expressions of long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)in the brain affect neurodevelopment and manifest modulating functions during the ***,most lncRNAs have not yet been ***,we analyzed the transcriptome of dysregulated lncRNAs to reveal their expressions in a mouse model exhibiting depressive-like behaviors,as well as their corresponding response following antidepressant fluoxetine treatment.A chronic unpredictable mild stress(CUMS)mouse model was applied.A sixweek fluoxetine intervention in CUMS-induced mice attenuated depressive-like *** addition,differential expression analysis of lncRNAs was performed following RNA-sequencing.A total of 282 lncRNAs(134 up-regulated and 148 down-regulated)were differentially expressed in CUMS-induced mice relative to non-stressed counterparts(P<0.05).Moreover,370 differentially expressed lncRNAs were identified in CUMS-induced mice after fluoxetine *** Ontology(GO)analyses showed an association between significantly dysregulated lncRNAs and protein binding,oxygen binding,and transport activity,while the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)analysis indicated that these dysregulated lncRNAs might be involved in inflammatory response *** effectively ameliorated the symptoms of depression in CUMS-induced mice by regulating the expression of lncRNAs in the *** findings herein provide valuable insights into the potential mechanism underlying depression in elderly people.
