The continuous destruction and frauds prevailing due to phishing URLs make it an indispensable area for *** techniques are adopted in the detection process,including neural networks,machine learning,or hybrid techniques.A novel detection model is proposed that uses data mining with the Particle Swarm Optimization technique(PSO)to increase and empower the method of detecting phishing *** selection based on various techniques to identify the phishing candidates from the URL is *** this approach,the features mined from the URL are extracted using data mining *** features are selected on the basis of URL *** classification of these features identified by the data mining rules is done using PSO *** selection of features with PSO optimization makes it possible to identify phishing *** a large number of rule identifiers,the true positive rate for the identification of phishing URLs is maximized in this *** experiments show that feature selection using data mining and particle swarm optimization helps tremendously identify the phishing URLs based on the structure of the URL ***,it can minimize processing time for identifying the phishing website ***,the approach can be beneficial to identify suchURLs over the existing contemporary detecting models proposed before.

Biological Effect Studies of Norfloxacin Complexes on Tetrahymena and Escherichia Coli by microcalorimetry

Norfloxacin complexes Co（nor）2.8H2O （nor=norfloxaein） and [Co（nor）（phen）]NO3.2H2O （phen=1,10-phenanthroline） were synthesized and their biological activity on Tetrahymena and Escherichia coli （***） was assayed by means of microcalorimetry. massive experimental parameters such as the growth constant k, inhibitory ratio I, half inhibition concentration IC5o and generation time TG were obtained. Data showed that with the increase of exposing complex concentration, both complexes exhibited strong inhibition during the growth of organisms. While toxic degrees were quite different on Tetrahymena and ***, due to various toxic mechanisms. And complex molecular volume and the ability of the complex penetrating into cells may be the keys.

席夫碱是一类含有有亚胺或甲亚胺基团的有机化合物,由于其良好的催化活性和生物性能,已被广泛应用于催化、分析以及医药等领域;Cu2+具有可变化合价,能参与电子的转移及氧化还原过程。席夫碱-铜配合物在医药和催化方面起着重要作用,例如检测AA、DA和UA。本论文研究了席夫碱-铜配合物[Cu(Sal-β-Ala)(3,5-DmPz)2]的合成,初步探讨了该配合物对大肠杆菌和四膜虫的生物效应,并利用该配合物修饰玻碳电极,制备了[Cu(Sal-β-Ala)(3,5-DmPz)2]/单壁碳纳米管玻碳电极,运用电化学方法检测生物小分子(AA, DA, UA)及有机污染物苯二酚。论文主主要内容如下： 1.用微量热法研究[Cu(Sal-β-Ala)(3,5-DmPz)2]对大肠杆菌和四膜虫的生物效应,分析微量热曲线,得到一系列热力学数据如生长速率常数k,抑制率1以及半抑制浓度IC50。实验结果表明：[Cu(Sal-β-Ala)(3,5-DmPz)2]对受试生物的生长代谢均有抑制作用,并且毒性随着配合物浓度的增加而增大。其中大肠杆菌的IC50为0.3mmol·L-1，四膜虫的IC50为0.11mmol·L-1。 2.利用循环伏安电沉积法制备了[Cu(Sal-β-Ala)(3,5-DmPz)2]/SWCNTs/GCE。该修饰电极能有效地检测AA、DA和UA。在最优条件下,利用计时安培法检测生物小分子AA、DA和UA,得到以下结论：(a)修饰电极对于AA的线性检测范围为5～535μmol·L-1,检测限为1.66μmol·L-1。(b)修饰电极对于DA的线性检测范围为10～390mmol·L-1,检测限为1.69μmol·L-1。(c)修饰电极对于UA的线性检测范围为1～86μmol·L-1,检测限为1.5μmol·L-1。(d)运用微分脉冲伏安法同步检测DA和UA,其氧化峰电流与浓度呈现良好的线性关系。综上所述,在检测生物小分子AA、DA和UA时,[Cu(sal-β-Ala)(3,5-DmP2)]/SWCNTs/GCE具有灵敏度高、线性检测范围宽等优点。 3.运用[Cu(Sal-β-Ala)(3,5-DmPz)2]/SWCNTs/GCE检测邻苯二酚和对苯二酚;在最优实验条件下,利用微分脉冲伏安法实现对邻苯二酚和对苯二酚的同步检测。实验结果：(a)修饰电极对于邻苯二酚的线性检测范围为5～215μmol·L-1,检测限为3.5μmol·L-1。(b)修饰电极对于对苯二酚的线性检测范围为5-70和160～370μmol·L-1,检测限为146μmol·L-1。(c)修饰电极同步检测邻苯二酚和对苯二酚时,其氧化峰电流与浓度呈现良好的线性关系。综上所述,在检测有机污染物邻苯二酚和对苯二酚时,[Cu(sal-β-Ala)(3,5-DmP2)]/SWCNTs/GCE具有灵敏度高、线性检测范围宽等优点。

Perceptions of emergency medicine residents on the quality of residency training in the United States and Saudi Arabia

BACKGROUND: We compare educational environments(i.e. physical, emotional and intellectual experiences) of emergency medicine(Em) residents training in the United States of America(USA) and Saudi Arabia(SA).mETHODS: A cross-sectional survey study was conducted using an adapted version of the validated Postgraduate Hospital Educational Environment measure(PHEEm) survey instrument from April 2015 through June 2016 to compare educational environments in all emergency medicine residency programs in SA and three selected programs in the USA with a history of training Saudi physicians. Overall scores were compared across programs, and for subscales(autonomy, teaching, and social Support), using chi-squared, t-tests, and analysis of ***: A total of 219 surveys were returned for 260 residents across six programs(3 SA, 3 USA), with a response rate of 84%. Program-specific response rates varied from 79%–100%. All six residencies were qualitatively rated as "more positive than negative but room for improvement". Quantitative PHEEm scores for the USA programs were significantly higher: 118.7 compared to 109.9 for SA, P=0.001. In subscales, perceptions of social support were not different between the two countries(P=0.243); however, role autonomy(Pms. There were no significant differences by post-graduate training ***: Em residents in all three emergency medicine residency programs in SA and the three USA programs studied perceive their training as high quality in general, but with room for improvements. USA residency programs scored higher in overall quality. This was driven by more favorable perceptions of role autonomy and teaching. Understanding how residents perceive their programs may help drive targeted quality improvement efforts.
