Objective To investigate whether Naoxueshu Oral Liquid(NXS)could promote hematoma absorption in post-craniotomy hematoma(PCH)*** This is an open-label,multicenter,and randomized controlled trial conducted at 9 hospitals in *** aged 18–80 years with post-craniotomy supratentorial hematoma volume ranging from 10 to 30 mL or post-craniotomy infratentorial hematoma volume less than 10 mL,or intraventricular hemorrhage following cranial surgery were *** were randomly assigned at a 1:1 ratio to the NXS(10 mL thrice daily for 15 days)or control groups using a randomization code *** medical care was administered in both *** primary outcome was the percentage reduction in hematoma volume from day 1 to day *** secondary outcomes included the percentage reduction in hematoma volume from day 1 to day 7,the absolute reduction in hematoma volume from day 1 to day 7 and 15,and the change in neurological function from day 1 to day 7 and *** safety was closely monitored throughout the ***,subgroup analysis was performed based on age,gender,history of diabetes,and etiology of intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH).Results A total of 120 patients were enrolled and randomly assigned between March 30,2018 and April 15,*** patient was lost to follow-up in the control ***,there were 119 patients(60 in the NXS group and 59 in the control group)included in the *** the full analysis set(FAS)analysis,the NXS group had a greater percentage reduction in hematoma volume from day 1 to day 15 than the control group[median(Q1,Q3):85%(71%,97%)vs.76%(53%,93%),P0.05).Furthermore,no adverse events were reported during the *** the FAS analysis,the NXS group exhibited a higher percentage reduction in hematoma volume on day 15 in the following subgroups:male patients,patients younger than 65 yea

为提高蒙古族家具纹样图像的全局对比度、颜色和精细细节,提出了一种基于改进的多尺度融合和USM的图像增强算法。首先对图像采用非锐化掩模技术增强纹样的细节区域,在此基础上进行白平衡处理,然后根据对比度的需求定义权重,最后进行多尺度融合能更好地体现出图像中有价值的信息和样式。结果表明:该算法能突出纹样的细节部位,图像颜色更加自然直观,有效地增强了蒙古族家具纹样的图片;该方法可为缺失纹路的蒙古族家具纹样复原提供技术支撑,同时对蒙古族家具纹样的保护具有重要意义。

Combined monitoring of evoked potentials during microsurgery for lesions adjacent to the brainstem and intracranial aneurysms

Background Neurophysiologic monitoring during surgery is to prevent permanent neurological injury resulting from surgical manipulation. To improve the accuracy and sensitivity of intraoperative neuromonitoring, combined monitoring of transcranial electrical stimulation motor evoked potentials （TES-MEPs）, somatosensory evoked potentials （SSEPs） and brainstem auditory evoked potentials （BAEPs） was attempted in microsurgery for lesions adjacent to the brainstem and intracranial aneurysms. Methods Monitoring of combined TES-MEPs with SSEPs was attempted in 68 consecutive patients with lesions adjacent to the brainstem as well as intracranial aneurysms. Among them, 31 patients （31 operations, 28 of posterior cranial fossa tumors, 3 of posterior circulation aneurysms） were also subjected to monitoring of BAEPs. The correlation of monitoring results and clinical outcome was studied prospectively. Results Combined monitoring of evoked potentials （EPs） was done in 64 （94.1%） of the 68 patients. MEPs monitoring was impossible for 4 patients （5.9%）. No complication was observed during the combined monitoring in all the patients. In 45 （66.2%） of the 68 patients, EPs were stable, and they were neurologically intact. Motor dysfunction was detected by MEPs in 8 patients, SSEPs in 5, and BAEPs in 4, respectively. Conclusions A close relationship exists between postoperative motor function and the results of TES-MEPs monitoring TES-MEPs are superior to SSEPs and BAEPs in detecting motor dysfunction, but combined EPs serve as a safe, effective and invasive method for intraoperative monitoring of the function of the motor nervous system. Monitoring of combined EPs during microsurgery for lesions adjacent to the brainstem and intracranial aneurysms may detect potentially hazardous maneuvers and improve the safety of subsequent procedures.

The classification of intracranial aneurysm neck: a single center research experience

There is associating with incidence of unfavorable outcomes compared to microsurgical clippings. We are in order to investigate the outcomes of microsurgical clipping for intracranial aneurysms and determine the ideal clipping methods for different aneurysm subtypes. Method: Retrospectively analyzed the clinical characteristics and follow-up data (completely recorded) of 123 patients with 128 aneurysms were treated. 20 cases were treated as control group from October 2013 to December 2013. Since January 2014, aneurysms were classified base on the 20 cases of aneurysm imaging data. 103 patients were treated as experimental group, the classification of aneurysms previously proposed was used to estimate the way of surgery, and the guiding value of the genotype was verified according to the intraoperative findings. The proposed aneurysm classification is based on the virtual surface of the aneurysm and the parent artery, the aneurysm neck was classified as follows: subtype I, the curved surface of the neck is a single curved surface;subtype II, the neck is hyperboloid;subtype III, neck is a three-curved surface. Aneurysms were divided into further subtypes according to the ratio of the width of the aneurysm neck surface and the length of the artery circumference: subtype A, the ratio of the aneurysm neck surface to the parent artery was not more than 0.5;subtype B, more than 0.5. There are some clamping methods include simple, sliding, interlocking and hybrid. Results: In the control group, patients did not undergo a suitable clipping scheme without classification of aneurysm neck (unclassed clipping). Background:Although a variety of risk factors of pneumonia after clipping or coiling of the aneurysm(post-operative pneumonia[POP])in patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage(aSAH)have been studied,the predictive model of POP after aSAH has still not been well ***,the aim of this study was to assess the feasibility of using admission neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR)to predict the occurrence of POP in aSAH ***:We evaluated 711 aSAH patients who were enrolled in a prospective observational study and collected admission blood cell counts *** analyzed available demographics and baseline variables for these patients and analyzed the correlation of these factors with POP using Cox *** screening out the prognosis-related factors,the predictive value of these factors for POP was further ***:POP occurred in 219 patients(30.4%)in this *** with POP had significantly higher NLR than those without(14.11±8.90vs.8.80±5.82,P10 had significantly worse POP survival rate than patients having NLR≤*** at admission might be helpful as a predictor of POP in aSAH patients.

Ballistic performance of spaced multi-ply soft fabrics: Experimental and numerical investigation

It has been reported that the ply gap influences the ballistic resistance of spaced multi-ply fabric systems,but its working mechanism was not well-understood. This paper reports the experimental and numerical approaches and results of an investigation on the mechanisms that enable the improved ballistic performance of spaced multi-ply systems. Penetration tests were performed over a range of impact velocities ranging from 200 m/s to 400 m/s. The results confirmed that the ply gap is beneficial to the energy absorption capability of the systems. This is because the front plies tend to absorb more energy when they are not immediately constrained by the rear plies. During a ballistic event, the gap relieves the reflection of the compressive pulse, prolonging the projectile engagement time with the front plies;on the other hand, the rear plies become increasingly less active in dissipating energy as the gap *** the gap is sufficiently widened to avoid any interference between the plies before the failure of the front ply, the responses of the whole system no longer vary. It was also found that the ballistic performance of the spaced systems is influenced by ply thickness, impact velocity, and the stacking order of the ply gap.
