论我国建立地方政府债务的风险控制机制

Trimethylation of histone H3K4(H3K4me3)is widely distributed at numerous actively transcribed protein-coding genes throughout the ***,the interplay between H3K4me3 and other chromatin modifications in plants remains poorly *** this study,we show that the Arabidopsis thaliana ALFIN-LIKE(AL)proteins contain a C-terminal PHD finger capable of binding to H3K4me3 and a PHD-associated AL(PAL)domain that interacts with components of the Polycomb repressive complex 1,thereby facilitating H2A ubiquitination(H2Aub)at H3K4me3-enriched genes throughout the ***,we demonstrate that loss of function of SDG2,encoding a key histone H3K4 methyltransferase,leads to a reduction in H3K4me3 level,which subsequently causes a genome-wide decrease in H2Aub,revealing a strong association between H3K4me3 and ***,we discover that the PAL domain of AL proteins interacts with various other chromatin-related proteins or complexes,including those involved in regulating H2A.Z deposition,H3K27me3 demethylation,histone deacetylation,and chromatin *** genome-wide analysis suggests that the AL proteins play a crucial role in coordinating H3K4me3 with multiple other chromatin modifications across the genome.

The importance of porewater exchange process on carbon lateral export from saltmarsh creek to coastal sea

Saltmarsh is one of the blue carbon ecosystems for the highest carbon burial ***,the buried carbon in saltmarsh may still be exported to coastal water through porewater exchange,a process that has often been overlooked in previous studies.A typical tidal creek of the Dongtan saltmarsh wetland in Chongming Island,Shanghai,China,was ***224Ra and223Ra activities were measured and the hydrological parameters such as water flow were determined,from which the porewater exchange rate in the tidal creek was estimated to be 1.78±1.73 cm/***,the carbon concentrations in porewater were determined,based on which the fluxes of dissolved inorganic carbon(DIC),dissolved organic carbon(DOC),CH_(4),and CO_(2)exported from porewater exchange were derived to be 60±17,6.6±4.0,0.082±0.079,and 16±11 mmol/(m^(2)·d),*** addition,analysis on different species of carbon in the creek water showed that,the fluxes of DIC,DOC,CH_(4),and CO_(2)exported laterally from tidal creek to coastal sea were 58±14,7.6±2.3,0.0011±0.00063,and 1.5±0.68 mmol/(m^(2)·d),respectively,indicating that the porewater exchange-derived carbon fluxes accounted for a large portion of the lateral carbon outwelling,and even much higher than those in CH_(4)and CO_(2)***,the carbon exported from porewater exchange accounted for 50%of the carbon burial in the tidal creek system,of which DIC accounted for 73%of the total carbon flux transported by porewater ***,this study indicated that the porewater exchange-derived carbon fluxes to the tidal creek water may cause an overestimation in the carbon sequestration capacity of saltmarsh wetlands,and revealed the importance of porewater exchange for the carbon cycle of tidal creek system of saltmarsh wetlands.

The rapid development of communication technology and high-frequency electronic devices has created a need for more advanced electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding *** response to this demand,a study has been conducted to develop multifunctional carbon nanofibers(CNFs)/polyaniline(PANI)aerogels with excellent electromagnetic interference shielding,flame retardancy,and thermal insulation *** process involved freeze-drying of electrospun CNFs and PANI nanoparticles followed by in situ growth PANI to coat the CNFs,creating the core-shell structured CNFs/PANI composite fiber and its hybrid aerogels(CP-3@PANI).The interaction between PANI and aniline(ANI)provides attachment sites,allowing additional ANI adsorption into the aerogel for in situ *** results in PANI uniformly covering the surface of the CNFs,creating a core-shell composite fiber with a flexible CNF core and PANI *** process enhances the utilization rate of the ANI monomer and increases the PANI content loaded onto the ***,effective connections are established between the CNFs,forming a stable,conductive three-dimensional network *** prepared CP-3@PANI aerogels exhibit excellent EMI shielding efficiency(SE)of 85.4 dB and specific EMI SE(SE d^(-1))of 791.2 dB cm^(3)g^(-1)in the *** to the synergistic flame-retardant effect of CNFs,PANI,and the dopant(phytic acid),the CP-3@PANI aerogels demonstrate outstanding flame-retardant and thermal insulation properties,with a peak heat release rate(PHRR)as low as 7.8 W g^(-1)and a total heat release of only 0.58 kJ g^(-1).This study provides an effective strategy for preparing multifunctional integrated EMI shielding materials.

The stability of matrix graphite under neutron irradiation and in corrosive environments is crucial for the safe operation of molten salt reactors(MSRs).Raman spectroscopy and a slow positron beam were employed to investigate the effects of He ion irradiation fluences and subsequent annealing on the microstructure and defects of the matrix *** ions with 500 keV energy and fluences ranging from 1.1×10^(15)ions∕cm^(2)to 3.5×10^(17)ions∕cm^(2)were used to simulate neutron irradiation at 300 *** samples with an irradiation fluence of 3.5×10^(16)ions∕cm^(2)were subjected to isochronal annealing at different temperatures(573 K,873 K and 1173 K)for 3 *** Raman results revealed that the D peak gradually increased,whereas the intrinsic G peak decreased with increasing irradiation *** the same irradiation fluence,the D peak gradually decreased,whereas the intrinsic G peak increased with increasing annealing *** positron beam analysis demonstrated that the density or size of irradiation defects(vacancy type)increased with higher irradiation fluence,but decreased rapidly with increasing annealing *** Raman spectral analysis of sample cross sections subjected to high irradiation fluences revealed the emergence of amorphization precisely at the depth where ion damage was most pronounced,whereas the surface retained its crystalline *** and positron annihilation analyses indicated that the matrix graphite exhibited good irradiation resistance to He ions at 300 ***,vacancy-type defects induced by He ion irradiation exhibit poor thermal stability and can be easily removed during annealing.

Impact of Energy Transition on CO2 Emissions in China's Cities

Reducing global carbon dioxide（CO2） emissions is essential for meeting climate change mitigation goals, especially in urban areas. In this regard, this study used CO2emissions and energy transition data from 296 China's cities in 2020 and the extended Stochastic Impacts by Regression on Population, Affluence, and Technology（STIRPAT） model to explore the relationship between energy transition and CO2emissions at the city-scale. The findings indicate a spatial distribution of energy transition magnitude that is high in the west and low in the east, which does not align with economic status and total CO2emissions, posing significant challenges for China's energy transition and urban CO2reduction. The STIRPAT model reveals that urban CO2emissions are significantly driven by increases in population size, levels of economic development, and the expansion of transportation infrastructure. Conversely, investments in science and education, the expansion of the tertiary sector, and the disruptive effects of the COVID-19（Coronavirus Disease 2019） pandemic are associated with notable reductions in CO2emissions. Specifically, the analysis estimates that a 1.00% increase in the energy transition degree is associated witha 0.90% decrease in urban CO2emissions. However, regional assessments underscore considerable spatial heterogeneity in the energy transition effect, with CO2reduction benefits being less pronounced in central and western cities. These findings suggest that future clean energy initiatives should be strategically concentrated in eastern China, where the demand and potential for CO2mitigation are greater. This study deepens the understanding of the complex relationship between energy transition and urban CO2emissions, offering valuable insights to inform targeted policy interventions for carbon reduction at the city level.

BACKGROUND Traumatic subdural effusion is a common complication of traumatic brain injury,especially after decompressive craniectomy(DC).For neurosurgeons,early diagnosis and timely treatment are particularly important,which can help improve patient prognosis and enhance quality of *** SUMMARY A 47 year old male underwent DC for traumatic brain *** surgery,he developed stubborn subdural effusion(SDE)on the contralateral side and underwent multiple subdural drilling and drainage surgeries,but only temporarily improved the patient’s *** the final cranioplasty,the contralateral SDE completely *** patient did not experience any new contralateral neurological dysfunction,and the Glasgow prognostic score was 11 points(E4V1M6).CONCLUSION For neurosurgeons,accurate assessment of the condition is necessary when treating patients with stubborn SDE after DC surgery,and timely cranioplasty can be performed to avoid multiple *** is a safe and effective surgical method for treating traumatic subdural effusion.

Lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)have dominated the portable electronic and electrochemical energy markets since their commercialisation,whose high cost and lithium scarcity have prompted the development of other alkali-ion batteries(AIBs)including sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)and potassium-ion batteries(PIBs).Owing to larger ion sizes of Na^(+)and K^(+)compared with Li^(+),nanocomposites with excellent crystallinity orientation and well-developed porosity show unprecedented potential for advanced lithium/sodium/potassium *** enticing open rigid framework structures,Prussian blue analogues(PBAs)remain promising self-sacrificial templates for the preparation of various nanocomposites,whose appeal originates from the well-retained porous structures and exceptional electrochemical activities after thermal *** review focuses on the recent progress of PBA-derived nanocomposites from their fabrication,lithium/sodium/potassium storage mechanism,and applications in AIBs(LIBs,SIBs,and PIBs).To distinguish various PBA derivatives,the working mechanism and applications of PBA-templated metal oxides,metal chalcogenides,metal phosphides,and other nanocomposites are systematically evaluated,facilitating the establishment of a structure–activity correlation for these *** on the fruitful achievements of PBA-derived nanocomposites,perspectives for their future development are envisioned,aiming to narrow down the gap between laboratory study and industrial reality.
