目的研究不同流速条件下N80钢在注多元热流体环境中的腐蚀特征,探究流速变化对N80钢腐蚀行为的影响规律及机理。方法利用自制高温高压多相流冲刷腐蚀环路装置模拟不同流速(0、0.5、1.0、2.0m/s)的注多元热流体环境,采用失重法计算不同流速下N80钢的平均腐蚀速率,并同时进行原位电化学测试。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)对不同流速条件下N80钢腐蚀后的腐蚀产物物相组成和表面微观形貌进行分析。结果N80钢在注多元热流体环境中的平均腐蚀速率随着流速增加而增大。流速增加影响O_(2)的扩散传质过程、近表面离子分布和壁面剪切力的大小,使腐蚀产物膜特征发生变化。0m/s时,腐蚀产物主要由FeCO_(3)和少量Fe_(2)O_(3)组成,为单层膜结构,腐蚀形态为均匀腐蚀。0.5~2.0m/s范围内,腐蚀产物种类增加,主要由FeCO_(3)、Fe_(2)O_(3)和少量FeO(OH)组成,呈双层膜结构,同时N80钢表面腐蚀产物膜出现鼓泡,且随流速增加鼓泡数量增加,去除腐蚀产物膜后发现鼓泡下方存在局部腐蚀。原位电化学测试结果表明:随着流速增加,塔菲尔极化曲线的阳极斜率增大,阴极斜率减小。电化学阻抗谱测试结果表明,N80钢表面外层腐蚀产物膜电阻Rf1、电荷转移电阻Rct和扩散电阻W随流速增加而减小。结论流速增大加快了O_(2)的扩散传质过程,使得腐蚀电化学控制步骤由阴极氧扩散过程转变为阳极溶解过程,且试样表面保护性FeCO_(3)膜厚度减小,导致产物膜保护性降低。另外,Fe^(2+)更容易被氧化形成Fe^(3+),局部FeCO_(3)被氧化成为Fe_(2)O_(3),破坏了内层膜的完整性,导致局部腐蚀发生。

采用莫特肖特基(Mott-Schottky)分析方法、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等,对比研究了S32205双相不锈钢和N09925镍基合金在3.5%NaCl溶液中的钝化膜特征和耐蚀性。结果表明:N09925镍基合金表面钝化膜的缺陷密度低于S32205双相不锈钢,两种材料表面的钝化膜中均存在Fe和Cr元素富集,主要成分为Cr和Fe的氧化物和氢氧化物;S32205双相不锈钢表面钝化膜中含有少量金属Ni,N09925镍基合金表面钝化膜中Ni含量较高,还含有Ni的氧化物和氢氧化物;N09925镍基合金的阻抗值更高,其膜层电阻和电荷传递电阻均高于S32205双相不锈钢,N09925镍基合金表面钝化膜的保护性高于S32205双相不锈钢。

为探明不同热处理工艺对镍基合金力学及耐蚀性能的影响,利用万能拉伸试验机、摆锤冲击试验机对2种不同固溶时效保温时间的N07718材料进行了拉伸、低温冲击等力学性能对比测试,同时利用高温高压H_(2)S/CO_(2)腐蚀电化学试验装置对2种热处理工艺的材料进行高温高压电化学测试。结果表明,固溶保温时间对N07718材料的韧塑性影响较大,对耐蚀性影响较小。利用热场发射扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线能谱仪(EDS)等对比分析了2种N07718材料韧塑性差异的原因。研究发现固溶时效保温时间的延长使N07718合金材料晶界位置析出大量棒状δ相,且部分连接成串,导致材料塑韧性降低。针对N07718镍基合金推荐使用1 029.4℃固溶保温1.5 h后水冷+779.4℃保温时效6.5 h,空冷的热处理工艺,其综合性能更优。

The orange-spotted grouper, Epinephelus coioides, is one of the most popular fish in China and Southeast Asian countries because of its important economic value. However, molecular mechanism underlying the growth of orange-spotted grouper has never been fully understood. Herein, we performed a genome-wide association study(GWAS) on a natural population of 198 individuals aiming to screen the whole genome of orange-spotted grouper for identification of growth-related loci by restrictionsite associated DNA sequencing. In this research, 261,366 single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) were developed, in which110 SNPs were identified to be correlated with growth and 20 SNPs were further confirmed to be associated with both body weight and total length. From these identified SNPs, we annotated a total of 34 genes, including adgrb2, csnkza1, cers5, col22 a1,creb5, dnd1, dzank1, dnai1, npy2 r, fat3, lrrk2, lrp5, map3 k9, and so on. Among these candidate genes, npy2 r(neuropeptide Y receptor Y2) was reported to play a critical role in growth of the orange-spotted grouper. In addition, population structure,principal component analysis, kinship matrix and linkage disequilibrium were examined to verify the accuracy and reliability of our GWAS results. Our data will also provide a valuable genetic resource for further marker-assisted selection program to improve growth quality in groupers.

In recent years, graphene oxide(GO), prepared by the modified Hummers’ method, and its derivatives have become a focus of research owing to their outstanding physical and chemical properties and low cost. Drawing inspiration from the mussel protein,a facile and environmentally-friendly method was employed to fabricate superhydrophobic/superoleophilic reduced graphene oxide(rGO) derivative. The preparation comprises two steps: coating GO nanosheets with polydopamine(PDA) and subsequent reaction with 1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorodecanethiol. Due to the excellent adhesive ability of PDA, the resulting f PDA modified rGO nanosheets(rGO-f PDA) were firmly immobilized onto polyurethane(PU) sponge skeleton by a simple drop-coating method. The as-prepared rGO-f PDA functionalized sponge exhibited superhydrophobic behavior with a water contact angle of 162°±2°, high organic adsorption capacity, recyclability and stable oil/water separation behavior under different acidic/alkaline conditions. Due to its facile fabrication technique and outstanding properties, the superhydrophobic-superoleophilic PU-rGOf PDA sponge holds great promise as an oil adsorbent for cleaning up large-scale pollution of oil and organic solvents, and dehydrating crude oil.

Owing to the complex lithology of unconventional reservoirs,field interpreters usually need to provide a basis for interpretation using logging simulation *** the various detection tools that use nuclear sources,the detector response can reflect various types of information of the *** Monte Carlo method is one of the primary methods used to obtain nuclear detection responses in complex ***,this requires a computational process with extensive random sampling,consumes considerable resources,and does not provide real-time response ***,a novel fast forward computational method(FFCM)for nuclear measurement that uses volumetric detection constraints to rapidly calculate the detector response in various complex environments is ***,the data library required for the FFCM is built by collecting the detection volume,detector counts,and flux sensitivity functions through a Monte Carlo ***,based on perturbation theory and the Rytov approximation,a model for the detector response is derived using the flux sensitivity function method and a one-group diffusion *** environmental perturbation is constrained to optimize the model according to the tool structure and the impact of the formation and borehole within the effective detection ***,the method is applied to a neutron porosity tool for *** various complex simulation environments,the maximum relative error between the calculated porosity results of Monte Carlo and FFCM was 6.80%,with a rootmean-square error of 0.62 *** field well applications,the formation porosity model obtained using FFCM was in good agreement with the model obtained by interpreters,which demonstrates the validity and accuracy of the proposed method.
