Insomnia is a common disease in modern society; it is made worse by increasingly fierce competition in the workplace and elsewhere, along with rapid economic and social development. Sleep disorders can result in changes in serum biomarkers and decreased immunity, and may cause maladies such as depression and cardiac diseases, as well as many other somatic symptoms. Western medications for treating insomnia can easily lead to addiction and other adverse effects. Fortunately, acupuncture can ease the symptoms of insomnia. This review summarizes the hazards associated with insomnia and the use of acupuncture in its treatment. Furthermore, the authors introduce an effective and lowcost method of treating insomnia with acupuncture. This review indicates that insomnia poses a major threat to mental health through its effects on serum components, heart function and the immune system of patients, which may lead to other physiological disorders. Anxiety and depression are the two main negative emotions affected by insomnia. Acupuncture, which has showed effectiveness against insomnia and its complications, may be an effective and complementary method for the treatment of insomnia and associated maladies.

To produce broadband electromagnetic pulse(EMP)radiation,we design and test a sub-ns pulse system which is utilized to drive an axial mode helix *** sub-ns pulse system consists of a 10-stage Marx generator,an intermediate storage capacitor,an impedance transforming line,and can generate a high voltage of 570 kV with a rise time of 1–1.5 ns on a 300-Ω-resistance *** diameter,pitch and turns of the helix antenna are 29 cm,19.5 cm and 5,respectively,with a design frequency of 300 *** the charging voltage of the Marx generator is 30 kV,the electric field of radiated EMP measured 3m from the source is 35 kV/m with a central frequency of 250 *** relatively spectral bandwidth is 25%.The radiated EMP results are reproducible and the system will work in repetition mode if the available dc power is utilized.

热力除氧器溶解氧预测计算的研究与应用

通过利用标准值法、典型计算法、典型线性差值计算法三种溶解氧计算方式,对比研究了三种计算方式预测结果以及应用后的效果。研究表明三种计算方法的溶解氧浓度预测值与某热力除氧器溶解氧浓度实测值偏差率均大于5%,但在运行要求的部分区间范围内预测偏差率可以满足小于5%的偏差率要求。在Matlab模型应用中,分段选择引入三种计算方式,预测整体偏差率仅为2.2%,可有效预测溶解氧浓度,达到预测计算的目的。

北魏时期,大量胡人通过“假借”华夏祖源的墓志书写方式,将家族历史融入华夏民族范畴,形成了内容丰富、形式多样、汉化鲜明的祖源叙述文本。通过分析这类文本,可知北魏胡人普遍秉持华夷共祖观念,主动认同华夏祖源和华夏文化。这是秦汉魏晋以来各民族交往交流交融的必然结果,也是中古时期民族交往交流交融的鲜活体现。同时,胡人对华夏祖源的认同有一个由浅入深、逐步发展、漫长复杂的过程。华夷共祖观念进一步推动了各民族交往交流交融,为隋唐时期“大一统”繁荣盛世奠定了重要的心理基础,为中华民族共同体意识的形成与发展奠定了历史文化根基,体现了中华文明的包容性、统一性,在各民族交往交流交融史上具有突出的典范意义。

Distribution of reformed coke oven gas in a shaft furnace

In recent years, the reformed coke oven gas (COG) was proposed to be used as reducing gas in a shaft furnace. A mathematical model of gas flow based on the reformed COG was built. The effects of the pressure ratio of reducing gas to cooling gas (k) on the gas distribution in the shaft furnace were investigated. The calculation results show that k is an important operation parameter, which can obviously affect the gas distribution in the shaft furnace. The value of k should be compromised. Both too big and too small k values are not appropriate, and the most reasonable value for k is 1:*** this condition, the utilization coefficient of reducing gas, the utilization coefficient of cooling gas and the coefficient of upward gas are 0.94, 0.92 and 1.03, respectively. Based on the validation of physical experiments, the calculated values of the model agreed well with the physical experimental data. Thus, the established model can properly describe the reformed COG distribution in an actual shaft furnace.

Here, we report the construction of magnetic core-shell microparticles for oil removal with thermal driving regeneration property. Water-in-oil-in water (W/O/W) emulsions from microfluidics are used as templates to prepare core-shell microparticles with magnetic holed poly (ethoxylated trimethylolpropane triacrylate) (PETPTA) shells each containing a thermal-sensitive poly (N-Isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAM) core. The microparticles could adsorb oil from water due to the special structure and be collected with a magnetic field. Then, the oil-filled microparticles would be regenerated by thermal stimulus, in which the inner PNIPAM microgels work as thermal-sensitive pistons to force out the adsorbed oil. At the same time, the adsorbed oil would be recycled by distillation. Furthermore, the adsorption capacity of the microparticles for oil keeps very stable after 1st cycle. The adsorption and regeneration performances of the microparticles are greatly affected by the size of the holes on the outer PETPTA shells, which could be precisely controlled by regulating the interfacial forces in W/O/W emulsion templates. The optimized core-shell microparticles show excellent oil adsorption and thermal driving regeneration performances nearly without secondary pollution, and would be a reliable green adsorption material for kinds of oil.

中导管是管道非开挖修复施工中一种常用的临时导流设施。其以管节形式在待修复管道中逐节敷设,然后对两端进行封堵截流,将管道内的水流导流其中,创造管道内干仓环境,为管道修复提供条件。然而,由于中导管管节重、管道内空间狭窄及环境复杂,中导管的施工难度极大。为解决这一问题,设计并使用了一套新型设备,包括运输浮箱和固定式杠杆吊架。这套新型设备成功解决了中导管在管道内运输和拼接方面的施工难题,显著提高了施工效率,并带来了明显的经济效益和社会效益。

针对算术优化算法(AOA)个体信息利用率较低和容易陷入局部最优的缺点,采用信息交换策略并结合正余弦(SCA)算法,设计了基于SCA的改进算术优化算法(EAOA),以提高AOA算法的寻优能力。采用标准测试函数测试EAOA的性能,结果表明EAOA比遗传算法、差分进化算法和标准AOA更有效。针对大规模联合采购与配送协同优化问题的求解,EAOA比遗传算法、差分进化算法和标准AOA得到的总成本更低。
