Application of labeled radioimmunoimaging tracing in detecting pulmonary embolism in rabbits after bone cement perfusion and relevant treatment effects

Background During the process of bone cement joint replacement, some patients show a series of complications, such as a sudden drop in blood pressure or dyspnea. The cause of the complication is considered to be due to emboli caused by the femur prosthesis insertion. The purpose of the present study was to detect the pulmonary embolism in rabbits after bone cement perfusion by radioimmunoimaging, and to explore its protective measures. Methods Forty rabbits, 2.5-3.0 kg weight, were randomly assigned to four groups, with ten rabbits in each group. Group I （no intervention）： Bone cement perfusion was done after medullary cavity reaming and pressurizing. Group II （epinephrine hydrochlorideintervention）： The medullary cavity was rinsed with a 1：10000 normal saline-diluted epinephrine hydrochloride solution followed by bone cement perfusion after medullary cavity reaming and pressurizing. Group III （fibrin sealant intervention）： The medullary cavity was precoated with fibrin sealant followed by bone cement perfusion after medullary cavity reaming and pressurizing. Group IV （blank control group）： The medullary cavity was not perfused with bone cement after reaming. In each group, the rabbits underwent femoral head resection and medullary cavity reaming. Before bone cement perfusion, 2 ml of developing tracer was injected through the ear vein. Radionuclide imaging was performed at 60, 120, and 180 minutes after bone cement perfusion, and the pulmonary radioactivity in vivo was measured. The rabbits were immediately sacrificed, and the pulmonary tissue was removed and its radioactivity was measured in vitro. Pulmonary tissue was then fixed and the pulmonary embolism and the associated pathological changes were observed. Results The pulmonary radioactivity in vivo was measured at 60, 120, and 180 minutes after bone cement perfusion. The radioactivities of the four groups were 11.67±2.16, 14.59±2.92 and 18.43±4.83 in group I; 8.37±3.05, 10.35±2.24 and 11.48±2.96 in group Ⅱ; 3

为更好地保护、鉴定评价和利用安溪茶树种质资源,采用单核苷酸多态性(SNP)分子标记技术对安溪茶树种质资源的遗传多样性和铁观音衍生品种的遗传关系进行分析,并进行了主坐标分析、层次聚类树分析、种群结构分析和遗传距离分析,此外,还构建了铁观音及其衍生品种的DNA指纹图谱,并计算了其遗传相似系数。结果显示,共筛选出53个适用于鉴定安溪茶树种质资源基因分型的高多态性位点,观测杂合度平均值为0.322,期望杂合度平均值为0.281,说明安溪茶树种质具有较为丰富的遗传多样性;安溪4个乡镇产区茶树群体间的遗传距离在0.068~0.269。供试样品可分为2个组,组Ⅰ主要包括西坪、虎邱和湖上等产区的茶树种质,种质间交流频繁;组Ⅱ主要由福田乡产区的野生型地方茶树种质组成,福田乡茶树种质资源相对集中且独立。DNA指纹图谱可以精准鉴定铁观音及其衍生品种,铁观音衍生品种具有较为丰富的多样性,其中铁观音与金牡丹、紫玫瑰、新选211的遗传相似系数较大。综上,安溪县茶树种质资源多样性丰富,在铁观音衍生品种中,金牡丹、紫玫瑰和新选211与铁观音的遗传相似度更高。

A highly efficient pathway to recover gold from acid aqueous solution by using an amidoxime-functionalized UHMWPE fiber

A new amidoxime-functionalized ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene fibrous adsorbent(UHMWPEg-PAO) was used for the recovery of Au(III) from acid aqueous *** maximum experimental absorption capacity of UHMWPE-g-PAO fiber was found to be approximately 220.0 mg·g^-*** adsorption on UHMWPE-g-PAO was characterized by synchrotron radiation-based microcomputed tomography(SR-μ-CT),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),X-ray absorption near-edge structure spectroscopy(XANES) and synchrotron radiation-based Fourier transform infrared microspectroscopy(SR-FTIR).The SR-μ-CT and TEM results showed the distribution features of gold particles on the *** mechanism of Au(III) recovery from aqueous solutions by UHMWPE-g-PAO was based on the adsorbed Au(III) ions,which were reduced to metallic zero-valent gold(Au(0)) by amino groups(-NH2) in the amidoxime(AO)groups during the adsorption process,as confirmed by highresolution TEM(HRTEM) and XANES analyses.X-ray diffraction(XRD) results indicated that the incineration ashes contained metallic zero-valent *** conclusion,this amidoxime-functionalized fibrous adsorbent is a promising material for recovering gold from aqueous solution.

Multi-scale impact crushing characteristics of polymetallic sulphide ores

The effects of crushing energy, ore hardness and particle size of cassiterite polymetallic sulphide ore and lead-zinc polymetallic sulphide ore on the crushing characteristics during impact crushing were investigated by mineral liberation analyzer(MLA) and drop weight test. The results show that both ores contain pyrrhotite, sphalerite, jamesonite, gangue mica and quartz except cassiterite. Cassiterite is closely associated with sulphide and quartz to form aggregates, which are mixed with each other in the form of intergrowth or symbiotic disseminated fine grains. Cassiterite has a significant impact on ore crushing characteristics. Ore hardness is negatively correlated with the product of crushing parameters of A and b, i.e. A×b, the effect of crushing energy on crushing fineness is related to crushing parameters A and b, and the influence degree increases with the increase of A. The influence degree increases with the increase of b when crushing energy ECS is less than 1 kW·h/t, and the influence degree decreases with the increase of b when crushing energy ECS is greater than 1 kW·h/t. The impact of crushing energy on crushing fineness is greater than that of ore particle size when the crushing energy is lower;on the contrary, the impact of ore particle size on crushing fineness is greater than that of crushing energy when crushing energy is higher.

Relationship between High Level of Estimated Glomerular Filtration Rate and Contrast-Induced Acute Kidney Injury in Patients who Underwent an Emergency Percutaneous Coronary Intervention

Background： Mounts of studies have shown that low estimated glomerular filtration rate （eGFR） is associated with increased risk of adverse outcomes in patients with coronary artery disease. However, high level of eGFR was less reported. In the study, we aimed to explore the relationship between the baseline eGFR, especially the high level, and contrast-induced acute kidney injury （CI-AKI） in a Chinese population who underwent an emergency percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI）. Methods： Patients who underwent an emergency PCI from 2013 to 2015 were enrolled and divided into five groups as eGFR decreasing. Baseline characteristics were collected and analyzed. The rates of CI-AKI and the composite endpoint （including nonfatal myocardial infarction, revascularization, stroke, and all-cause death） at 6- and 12-month follow-up were compared. Logistic analysis for CI-AKI was ***： A total of 1061 patients were included and the overall CI-AKI rate was 22.7% （241 / 1061）. The separate rates were 77.8% （7/9） in Group 1 （eGFR 〉 120 ml·min^-1 -1.73 m^-2）, 26.0% （118/454） in Group 2 （120 ml·min^-1·min^-11.73 m^-2〉 eGFR≥90 ml·min^-1 1.73^-2）, 18.3% （86/469） in Group 3 （90 ml·min^-1 1.73 m^-2〉 eGFR 〉60 ml·min^-1·min^-11.73 m^-2）, 21.8% （26/119） in Group 4 （60 ml·min^-1·1.73 m^-2〉 eGFR≥30 ml·min^-1·min^-11.73 m^-2）, and 40.0% （4/10） in Group 5 （eGFR 〈30 ml·min^-1·min^-1·min^-11.73 m^-2）, with statistical significance （χ^2 = 25.19, P 〈 0.001）. The rates of CI-AKI in five groups were 77.8%, 26.0%, 18.3%, 21.8%, and 40.0%, respectively, showing a U-typed curve as eGFR decreasing （the higher the level of eGFR, the higher the CI-AKI occurrence in case ofeGFR_〉60 ml·min^-1·1.73 m^-2）. The composite endpoint rates in five groups were 0, 0.9%, 2.1%, 6.7%, and 0 at 6-month follow-up, respectively, and 0, 3.3%, 3.4%, 16.0%, and 30.0% at 12-month follow-up, respectively, both with significant differences （χ^2 = 16.26, P = 0.009 at 6-month follow-up, and χ^2 = 49.05, P 〈 0.001

Archives Act of Taiwan （R.O.C.） was issued on 25th Dec. 1999. It was a very important event for preservation and restoration of archives. The word “Preservation” denotes activity with respect to collection of library, archives, and museum. Workers of cultural relic preservation and restoration must realize the threat regarding the damage and deterioration of data from which library and archives are suffering.
