A novel bis(8-oxide quinoline)zironium phthalocyanine [(OQ)2 Zr Pc] with two 8-oxide quinolone anions at the same axial positions has been successfully synthesized and its chemical structure has been assigned by the 1 H NMR, MS and two-dimensional correlation infrared(2D-IR) spectroscopy as well as by single-crystal X-ray structural analysis. It possessed a moderately effective nonlinear absorption coefficient βeff of 6.69×10-14cm/GW at 532 nm in DMF solution, implying it is a promising candidate for nonlinear optical materials.

目的探究舌面散刺联合经颅磁刺激技术(TMS)对脑卒中后吞咽困难患者咽运动皮质、神经功能及血清生长分化因子15(GDF-15)、可溶性蛋白-100β(S100β)的影响。方法前瞻性选取2021年5月至2023年2月海南医学院第二附属医院康复科收治的脑卒中后吞咽困难患者104例为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=54)。所有患者进行常规治疗,对照组同时行TMS治疗,每次20 min,每天1次,每周3次,持续治疗4周;观察组在对照组的基础上联合舌面散刺治疗,每天1次,每周6次,持续治疗4周。比较两组治疗前、治疗4周后的中医证候评分、吞咽障碍造影评分量表(VDS)评分和渗透-误吸量表(PAS)评分、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、洼田饮水试验量表评分。检测并比较两组患者治疗前、治疗4周后的血清GDF-15、S100β表达水平变化以及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果治疗4周后,观察组的舌卷痿缩、进食缓慢、饮水发呛、舌质瘀斑/黯淡以及脉细涩证候的评分分别为(1.90±0.01)、(2.69±0.75)、(2.66±0.24)、(1.02±0.13)、(1.18±0.20)分,均低于对照组[(2.54±0.34)、(3.05±0.24)、(3.85±0.71)、(1.17±0.22)、(1.32±0.09)分],差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论舌面散刺联合TMS治疗方案可有效改善脑卒中后吞咽困难患者的临床证候,刺激其咽运动皮质以促进其吞咽功能的修复,同时还可有效改善其神经功能及血清GDF-15、S100β蛋白表达。

The activated sludge process is an important treatment method of civil wastewater. Controlling of the activated sludge process is one of the most important and challenging tasks because of its strong nonlinearities and large uncertain dynamics. In this paper we present a nonlinear adaptive control approach to solve the dissolved oxygen concentration control problem for an uncertain wastewater treatment process. In the controller design, all uncertain dynamics of the wastewater treatment are approximated by using radial basis function(RBF) neural networks(NNs).The proposed adaptive NN control can guarantee semi-global uniform boundedness of all the closed-loop system signals as rigorously proved by Lyapunov synthesis. The control strategy is applied for an activated sludge process with the pre-denitrification technique to remove the nutrient nitrogen from the wastewater. The simulation studies are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed nonlinear adaptive control approach.

Wnt/β-catenin signaling is critical for various cellular processes in multiple cell types,including osteoblast(OB)differentiation and *** how Wnt/β-catenin signaling is regulated in OBs remain ***6AP2,an accessory subunit of V-ATPase,plays important roles in multiple cell types/organs and multiple signaling ***,little is known whether and how ATP6AP2 in OBs regulates Wnt/β-catenin signaling and bone *** we provide evidence for ATP6AP2 in the OB-lineage cells to promote OB-mediated bone formation and bone homeostasis selectively in the trabecular bone *** knocking out(CKO)ATP6AP2 in the OB-lineage cells(Atp6ap2^(Ocn-Cre))reduced trabecular,but not cortical,bone formation and bone *** and cellular biochemical studies revealed that LRP6 and N-cadherin were reduced in ATP6AP2-KO BMSCs and OBs,but not *** in vitro and in vivo studies revealed impairedβ-catenin signaling in ATP6AP2-KO BMSCs and OBs,but not osteocytes,under both basal and Wnt stimulated conditions,although LRP5 was decreased in ATP6AP2-KO osteocytes,but not *** cell biological studies uncovered that osteoblastic ATP6AP2 is not required for Wnt3a suppression ofβ-catenin phosphorylation,but necessary for LRP6/β-catenin and N-cadherin/β-catenin protein complex distribution at the cell membrane,thus preventing their *** of activeβ-catenin diminished the OB differentiation deficit in ATP6AP2-KO *** together,these results support the view for ATP6AP2 as a critical regulator of both LRP6 and N-cadherin protein trafficking and stability,and thus regulatingβ-catenin levels,demonstrating an un-recognized function of osteoblastic ATP6AP2 in promoting Wnt/LRP6/β-catenin signaling and trabecular bone formation.

The solidifying effect of cement addition on municipal solid waste incineration fly ash (MSWFA for short,collected from the gas exhaust system of MSW incinerator),the interaction of MSWFA with cement and water and the leaching of heavy metals from cement solidified MSWFA are *** main results show that:(1) when MSWFA is mixed with cement and water,H 2 evolution,the formation and volume expansion of AFt will take place,the volume expansion can be reduced by ground rice husk ash addition;(2) heavy metals do leach from cement solidified MSWFA and at lower pH more leaching will occur;(3) compared with cement-solidified fly ash,the leachate of solidified MSWFA is with higher heavy metal contents;(4) with the increment of cement addition leached heavy metals are decreased;and (5) concentrations of Zn,Mn,Cu and Cd in all the leachates can meet the relevant Standards of Japan,but as the regulations for soil and groundwater protection of Japan are concerned,precautions against the leaching of Pb,Cl - and Cr 6+ and so on are needed.

Urban tourism is considered a complex system,and multiscale exploration of the organizational patterns of attraction networks has become a topical issue in urban tourism,so exploring the multiscale characteristics and connection mechanisms of attraction networks is important for understanding the linkages between attractions and even the future destination *** paper uses geotagging data to compare the links between attractions in Beijing,China during four different periods:the pre-Olympic period(2004–2007),the Olympic Games and subsequent‘heat period’(2008–2013),the post-Olympic period(2014–2019),and the COVID-19(Corona Virus Disease 2019)pandemic period(2020–2021).The aim is to better understand the evolution and patterns of attraction networks at different scales in Beijing and to provide insights for tourism planning in the *** results show that the macro,meso-,and microscales network characteristics of attraction networks have inherent logical relationships that can explain the commonalities and differences in the development process of tourism *** macroscale attraction network degree Matthew effect is significant in the four different periods and exhibits a morphological monocentric structure,suggesting that new entrants are more likely to be associated with attractions that already have high *** mesoscale links attractions according to the common purpose of tourists,and the results of the community segmentation of the attraction networks in the four different periods suggest that the functional polycentric structure describes their clustering effect,and the weak links between clusters result from attractions bound by incomplete information and distance,and the functional polycentric structure with a generally more efficient network of *** pattern structure at the microscale reveals the topological transformation relationship of the regional collaboration pattern,and the attraction network structure in the four diff

Coal is a solid combustible mineral,and coal-bearing strata have important hydrocarbon generation potential and contribute to more than 12%of the global hydrocarbon ***,the deposition and hydrocarbon evolution process of ancient coal-bearing strata is characterized by multiple geological times,leading to obvious distinctions in their hydrocarbon generation potential,geological processes,and production,which affect the evaluation and exploration of hydrocarbon resources derived from coaly source rocks *** study aimed to identify the differences on oil-generated parent macerals and the production of oil generated from different coaly source rocks and through different oil generation *** with the analysis of previous tectonic burial history and hydrocarbon generation history,high-temperature and high-pressure thermal simulation experiments,organic geochemistry,and organic petrology were performed on the Carboniferous-Permian(C-P)coaly source rocks in the Huanghua Depression,Bohai Bay *** oil-generated parent macerals of coal's secondary oil generation process(SOGP)were mainly hydrogen-rich collotelinite,collodetrinite,sporinite,and cutinite,while the oil-generated parent macerals of tertiary oil generation process(TOGP)were the remaining small amount of hydrogen-rich collotelinite,sporinite,and cutinite,as well as dispersed soluble organic matter and unexhausted residual *** with coal,the oil-generated parent macerals of coaly shale SOGP were mostly sporinite and *** part of hydrogen-poor vitrinite,lacking hydrocarbon-rich macerals,and macerals of the TOGP,in addition to some remaining cutinite and a small amount of crude oil and bitumen from SOGP contributed to the oil *** results indicated that the changes in oil yield had a good junction between SOGP and TOGP,both coal and coaly shale had higher SOGP aborted oil yield than TOGP starting yield,and coaly shale TOGP peak oil yield was low
