Morphological comparison and gonadotropins cell localization of mature female turbot and mouse pituitary

Reproduction is subtlety regulated by the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonad(HPG)axis in *** gland is the center of the HPG axis,while pituitary gonadotropins follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)were identified the key elements of the HPG axis in teleost and ***,cell lines,and gonadotropins cell localization of female turbot and mouse pituitary were determined at mature stage to illustrate the anatomical difference and cell characteristics in this *** show that turbot pituitary is chicken heart-shaped,dorsoventral,located on the ventral surface of the *** mouse pituitary is oval,located in the pituitary fossa of the sella turcica at the skull *** well-distinguished areas adenohypophysis(AH)and neurohypophysis(NH)in pituitary were identified in turbot and *** AH comprised the rostral pars distalis(RPD),proximal pars distalis(PPD),and pars intermedia(PI).NH was not pronounced and with finger-like protrusions into ***,mouse AH only comprised the pars distalis(PD)and *** distribution was *** main types of cells(acidophilic,basophilic,and chromophobic cells)were distributed in the mouse PD region,whereas appeared in the turbot PPD,RPD,and ***,the percentage of mouse chromophobic and basophilic cells was higher and lower than that of turbot,*** diameter of the aforementioned three cells in the mouse was significantly higher than ***β-and lhβ-immunoreactive signals were identified in turbot-distinct pituitary cells that primarily occupied the peripheral and central regions of ***,mouse fsh-and lh-immunoreactive cells were expressed in the same cells and present in the *** results demonstrate the significantly difference of pituitary morphology,cell lines and gonadotropins(fshβand lhβ)location in female turbot and *** differences help for fully understand the evolution and endocrinological functions of pituitary.

蛋白质寡聚在许多生理过程中起着非常重要的作用,分析蛋白寡聚化有利于深层次解析蛋白质-蛋白质/配体相互作用、信号转导以及疾病发生相关机制等生物学过程.近年来,随着一些新兴技术的涌现,实时、动态、活体观测蛋白与蛋白相互作用的研究已成为热点.通过提高时间分辨率和空间分辨率,可以更准确地观察和研究蛋白质的动态行为和相互作用.同时,新兴技术与算法的结合进一步扩展了对蛋白质在时间和空间尺度上的研究范围,使我们能更深入地探索蛋白质结构与功能之间的关系.本文首先简要介绍了寡聚蛋白质的分类和形成机制,随后从蛋白标记技术和活体检测技术两个方面综述了用于分析蛋白复合体寡聚化的几种主要技术以及其研究进展.最后,展望了蛋白质寡聚化研究的发展前景,希望为研究者在选择适合的分析技术时提供一些理论参考.

The problem of admissibility analysis and control synthesis of discrete-time switched linear singular （SLS） systems for arbitrary switching laws is solved. By using the switched Lyapunov function approach, some new sufficient conditions under which the SLS system is admissible for arbitrary switching laws are derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities （LMIs）. Based on the admissibility results, control synthesis is then to design switched state feedback and static output feedback controllers, guaranteeing that the resulting closed-loop system is admissible. The presented results can be viewed as the extensions of previous works on switched Lyapunov function approach from the regular switched systems to singular switched cases. Examples are provided to demonstrate the reduced conservatism and effectiveness of the proposed conditions.

Background:Hyperglycemia frequently induces apoptosis in endothelial cells and ultimately contributes to microvascular dysfunction in patients with diabetes mellitus(DM).Previous research reported that the expression of integrins as well as their ligands was elevated in the diseased vessels of DM ***,the association between integrins and hyperglycemia-induced cell death is still *** research was designed to investigate the role played by integrin subunit β5(ITGB5)in hyperglycemia-induced endothelial cell ***:We used leptin receptor knockout(Lepr-KO)(db/db)mice as spontaneous diabetes animal *** deletion of ITGB5 in endothelial cell was achieved by injecting vascular targeted adeno-associated virus via tail ***,we also applied small interfering RNA in vitro to study the mechanism of ITGB5 in regulating high glucose-induced cell ***:ITGB5 and its ligand,fibronectin,were both upregulated after exposure to high glucose in vivo and in ***5 knockdown alleviated hyperglycemia-induced vascular endothelial cell apoptosis and microvascular rarefaction in *** vitro analysis revealed that knockdown of either ITGB5 or fibronectin ameliorated high glucose-induced apoptosis in human umbilical vascular endothelial cells(HUVECs).In addition,knockdown of ITGB5 inhibited fibronectin-induced HUVEC apoptosis,which indicated that the fibronectin-ITGB5 interaction participated in high glucose-induced endothelial cell *** using RNA-sequencing technology and bioinformatic analysis,we identified Forkhead Box Protein O1(FoxO1)as an important downstream target regulated by ***,we demonstrated that the excessive macroautophagy induced by high glucose can contribute to HUVEC apoptosis,which was regulated by the ITGB5-FoxO1 ***:The study revealed that high glucose-induced endothelial cell apoptosis was positively regulated by ITGB5,which suggested that ITGB5 could potentially be used

The globally exponential stability of nonlinear impul- sive networked control systems （NINCS） with time delay and packet dropouts is investigated. By applying Lyapunov function theory, sufficient conditions on the global exponential stability are derived by introducing a comparison system and estimating the corresponding Cauchy matrix. An impulsive controller is explicitly designed to achieve exponential stability and ensure state con- verge with a given decay rate for the system. The Lorenz oscillator system is presented as a numerical example to illustrate the theo- retical results and effectiveness of the proposed controller design procedure.

The plant cytoskeleton undergoes dynamic remodeling in response to diverse developmental and environmental cues. Remodeling of the cytoskeleton coordinates growth in plant cells, including trafficking and exocytosis of membrane and wall components during cell expansion, and regulation of hypocotyl elongation in response to light. Cytoskeletal remodeling also has key functions in disease resistance and abiotic stress responses. Many stimuli result in altered activity of cytoskeleton-associatedproteins,microtubuleassociated proteins(MAPs) and actin-binding proteins(ABPs). MAPs and ABPs are the main players determining the spatiotemporally dynamic nature of the cytoskeleton, functioning in a sensory hub that decodes signals to modulate plant cytoskeletal behavior. Moreover, MAP and ABP activities and levels are precisely regulated during development and environmental responses, but our understanding of this process remains limited. In this review, we summarize the evidence linking multiple signaling pathways, MAP and ABP activities and levels, and cytoskeletal rearrangements in plant cells. We highlight advances in elucidating the multiple mechanisms that regulate MAP and ABP activities and levels, including calcium and calmodulin signaling, ROP GTPase activity, phospholipid signaling, and post-translational modifications.

The resin casting method has been applied to studying the inner wall structure of tracheids in normal and compression wood, Taxus chinensis in gymnosperm. Not only the structures which are visible by the conventional method, but also the three-dimensional structures of pits pair in intertracheids unvisualized by the normal way have been observed. Moreover, it is found that there exist many differences in the angle, trend and occurrence of helical thickenings and distribution of warty layers on the inner walls of tracheids in normal and compression wood.
