We utilize molecular dynamics simulations to investigate the microstructures of ions and polyelectrolytes in aqueous solutions under external electric *** focusing on the multi-body interactions between ionic components and H_(2)O molecules,as well as their responses to the external electric fields,we clarify several nontrivial molecular features of the ionic and polyelectrolyte solutions,such as the solvations of cations and anions,clustering of the ions,and dispersions/aggregations of polyelectrolyte chains,as well as the corresponding responses of H_(2)O molecules in these *** simulations illustrate the variations in structures of ionic solutions caused by reversing the charge sign of the ions,and elucidate the disparity in structures between anionic and cationic polyelectrolyte solutions in the presence of the external electric *** work clarifies the mechanism for the alternations in complex multi-body interactions in aqueous solutions caused by the application electric field,which can contribute to the fundamental understanding of the physical and chemical natures of ion-containing and charged polymeric systems.

The gut microbiota plays a pivotal role in systemic metabolic processes and in particular functions,such as developing and preserving the skeletal muscle ***,the interplay between gut microbiota/metabolites and the regulation of satellite cell(SC)homeostasis,particularly during aging,remains *** propose that gut microbiota and its metabolites modulate SC physiology and homeostasis throughout skeletal muscle development,regeneration,and aging *** investigation reveals that microbial dysbiosis manipulated by either antibiotic treatment or fecal microbiota transplantation from aged to adult mice,leads to the activation of SCs or a significant reduction in the total ***,employing multi-omics(e.g.,RNA-seq,16S r RNA gene sequencing,and metabolomics)and bioinformatic analysis,we demonstrate that the reduced butyrate levels,alongside the gut microbial dysbiosis,could be the primary factor contributing to the reduction in the number of SCs and subsequent impairments during skeletal muscle ***,butyrate supplementation can mitigate the antibiotics-induced SC activation irrespective of gut microbiota,potentially by inhibiting the proliferation and differentiation of SCs/*** butyrate effect is likely facilitated through the monocarboxylate transporter 1(Mct1),a lactate transporter enriched on membranes of SCs and *** a result,butyrate could serve as an alternative strategy to enhance SC homeostasis and function during skeletal muscle *** findings shed light on the potential application of microbial metabolites in maintaining SC homeostasis and preventing skeletal muscle aging.

目的通过比较阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)患者与健康对照者的血清外泌体中miRNAs的表达,筛选出差异表达的miRNAs。方法收集2017年3月至2018年8月就诊于中南大学湘雅医院老年神经内科的AD患者71例为研究组(AD),健康体检者71例为对照组(HC)。各组选取4例样本行血清外泌体miRNAs高通量二代测序,检测、分析2组间差异表达的miRNAs,筛选出表达差异有统计学意义、表达量最高的前4种miRNAs,在71例AD患者和71例健康体检者样本中用实时荧光定量逆转录聚合酶链式反应(qRT-PCR)测定其相对浓度。结果高通量二代测序共检测到775种miRNAs,其中有44种miRNAs在2组间表达差异有统计学意义(P10种miRNAs表达下调,其中表达量最高的前4种miRNAs为miRNA-148a-3p、miRNA-16-5p、miRNA-19b-3p、miRNA-483-5p。MiRNA-148a-3p表达在AD组中较HC组显著上调(P1),但miRNA-16-5p、miRNA-19b-3p、miRNA-483-5p在2组间表达差异无统计学意义。绘制ROC曲线,miRNA-148a-3p的AUC为0.7113(95%CI:0.622~0.801),灵感度为71.6%,特异度为69.7%。结论血清外泌体miRNA-148a-3p可望作为AD诊断的生物标志物。

Local electronic structure and magnetic properties of (Ga,Cr)N

The local electronic structure and mag- netic properties of diluted magnetic semiconductor (Ga,Cr)N have been studied by using discrete varia- tional method (DVM) based on density functional theory. The magnetic moments per Cr atom vary significantly with Cr concentration, and the trend of variation is in agreement with that of the experiment. The coupling between Cr atoms in the system with two Cr atoms considered is found to be ferromagnetic, and the magnetic moment per Cr atom is similar to the case in which only one Cr atom is considered in the same doping concentration. For all doping con- centrations, the coupling between Cr and the nearest neighbor N is found to be antiferromagnetic, and the Cr 3d states hybridize strongly with N 2p states, which are in agreement with the band calculations.

Li metal batteries are supposed to reach real application in order to fulfill the high-energy density requirement of energy storage ***,the commonly used carbonate electrolyte react with pristine Li,which result in short lifetime of lithium metal *** alleviate the side reactions of Li metal with liquid electrolyte,here we propose a phosphate rich polymer-inorganic layer as an *** to the inert properties of lithium phosphate derived from LiPO_(2)F_(2)and poly-ether,the side-reaction of carbonate solvent are *** a result,lithium metal anode sustains for 800 cycles in symmetrical cell test under 1 m A cm^(-2).Even under strict condition(20μm Li,capacity ratio N/P=2.3,electrolyte/active material=3μL mg^(-1)),coin cell test still runs stable for 150 cycles with high Coulombic ***,both LiFePO_(4)and lini_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2)pouch cell under 5μL m A^(-1)h^(-1)condition also exhibit good stability at 0.5 C and 2 C *** this approach,high-energy and high-power Li metal batteries are approaching to real application in the near future.

Effectiveness and safety of electroacupuncture for the treatment of pain after laparoscopic surgery: a systematic review

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the clinical effectiveness and safety of electroacupuncture for treating pain after laparoscopic ***:The following databases were searched(since their establishment until November 16,2021)for randomized controlled trials(RCTs)on electroacupuncture for pain after laparoscopic surgery:Pub Med,Embase,the Cochrane Library,Web of Science,china National Knowledge Infrastructure Database,Wanfang Database,china Science and Technology Journal Database,and Chinese Biomedical Literature *** were screened independently and extracted by two *** researchers independently extracted and cross-checked data and applied the modified Jadad scale and the Cochrane-recommended assessment method to evaluate the bias *** Meta-analysis was conducted using Rev Man5.3 ***:Twelve RCTs enrolling 788 patients were included.(a)For postoperative 24 h visual analogue scale,five trials were included on electroacupuncture+routine analgesia therapy vs routine analgesia therapy with significance in electroacupuncture conducted after surgery[mean difference(MD)=-0.63,95%confidence interval(CI)(-0.90,-0.37)],as well as in electroacupuncture conducted before and after surgery[MD=-1.01,95%CI(-1.62,-0.41)]and in ***,two trials were included in electroacupuncture conducted 24 h before surgery with no significant difference[MD=-0.16,95%CI(-0.44,0.12)].(b)The anesthetics intake of electroacupuncture+routine analgesia therapy *** analgesia therapy was significant[MD=-121.71,95%CI(-164.92,-78.49)].(c)The adverse effects of electroacupuncture+routine analgesia therapy *** analgesia therapy were significant both in the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting[risk rate(RR)=0.49,95%CI(0.39,0.61)]and postoperative dizziness and headache[RR=0.14,95%CI(0.04,0.47)].CONCLUSION:The evidence showed that electroacupuncture combined with routine analgesia therapy effectively treated pain after laparoscopic ***,

设计成渝地区3种中长期综合减污降碳情景,包括基准政策情景、动态优化情景和最大潜力情景.应用区域大气污染物及碳排放清单和空气质量模型,模拟预测不同情景下的空气质量改善程度,并优选中长期空气质量改善目标约束下的综合减污降碳情景及路径.结果显示,成渝地区要实现中长期空气质量改善和碳减排目标,与2017基准年相比,2025年和2035年的SO_(2)、NOx、PM2.5、VOCs和CO_(2)减排比例分别为29%、32%、19%、24%、3%和35%、49%、28%、39%、12%.从综合减污降碳措施减排贡献来看,近中期阶段,末端治理(尤其是重点行业超低排放改造)仍是大气污染物减排的重要驱动力,大气污染物减排贡献占比为20%~55%.中长期阶段,由“双碳”目标驱动的能源、产业和交通结构调整措施对污染减排具有关键作用,大气污染物减排贡献占比为65%~87%.此外,重点排放源减排贡献具有较大差异,移动源和溶剂使用源对NOx和VOCs减排贡献显著,固定燃烧源、工艺过程源和移动源对CO_(2)减排贡献均较为明显.
