Introduction:The prevalence of unstable and incomplete monitoring data significantly complicates syndromic *** data interpolation methods currently available demonstrate inadequate effectiveness in overcoming this ***:To improve the accuracy of interpolation,we propose the integration of the SHapley Additive exPlanation model(SHAP)with the structural equation model(SEM),forming a combined SHAP-SEM approach.A case study is then performed to assess the enhanced performance of this novel model compared to traditional ***:The SHAP-SEM model was utilized to develop an interpolation model employing data from the Chinese respiratory syndrome surveillance *** executed three distinct experiments to establish the model datasets,comprising a total of 100 *** performance of the model was evaluated using the root mean square error(RMSE),correlation coefficient(r),and *** findings demonstrate that the SHAP-SEM model consistently achieves superior accuracy in data interpolation,which is evident across different seasons and in overall ***:We conclude that the SHAP-SEM model demonstrates an exceptional capacity for accurately interpolating volatile and incomplete *** capability is crucial for developing a comprehensive database that is essential for conducting risk assessments related to syndromes.

The objective of this study was to investigate the influence of strengthening mechanisms on the high-temperature mechanical properties of China low-activation ferrite(CLF-1)steel,which underwent thermodynamic design and thermo-mechanical treatment(TMT).The microstructure characterization in the normalized and tempered condition and the TMT condition was carried out using optical microscopy,X-ray diffractometer,and scanning electron microscopy with electron backscatter ***-resolution transmission electron microscopy was employed to determine the crystallographic structures of precipitated *** results indicated that the addition of Ti led to an increase in the allocation of C in MC phase and an enhancement in the content of MC *** to CLF-P steel in the normalized and tempered condition,a 1.5-fold increase in dislocation density and an order of magnitude improvement in MX phase density were achieved after *** formation of high-density nano-scale MC phases during TMT played a significant role in precipitation strengthening due to their favorable coherent relationship with the matrix and low interfacial free *** excellent high-temperature mechanical properties observed in CLF-P steel after TMT can be attributed to the combined effects of precipitation strengthening,dislocation strengthening,and lath strengthening.

Artificial intelligence generated content(AIGC)has emerged as an indispensable tool for producing large-scale content in various forms,such as images,thanks to the significant role that AI plays in imitation and ***,interpretability and controllability remain *** AI methods often face challenges in producing images that are both flexible and controllable while considering causal relationships within the *** address this issue,we have developed a novel method for causal controllable image generation(CCIG)that combines causal representation learning with bi-directional generative adversarial networks(GANs).This approach enables humans to control image attributes while considering the rationality and interpretability of the generated images and also allows for the generation of counterfactual *** key of our approach,CCIG,lies in the use of a causal structure learning module to learn the causal relationships between image attributes and joint optimization with the encoder,generator,and joint discriminator in the image generation *** doing so,we can learn causal representations in image’s latent space and use causal intervention operations to control image *** conduct extensive experiments on a real-world dataset,*** experimental results illustrate the effectiveness of CCIG.

Objective:Premature rupture of membranes(PROM)is a common pregnancy disorder that is closely associated with structural weakening of fetal *** have found that formyl peptide receptor 1(FPR1)activates inflammatory pathways and amniotic epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT),stimulates collagen degradation,and leads to membrane weakening and membrane *** purpose of this study was to investigate the anti-inflammatory and EMT inhibitory effects of FPR1 antagonist(BOC-MLF)to provide a basis for clinical prevention of ***:The relationship between PROM,FPR1,and EMT was analyzed in human fetal membrane tissue and plasma samples using Western blotting,PCR,Masson staining,and ELISA ***(LPS)was used to establish a fetal membrane inflammation model in pregnant rats,and BOC-MLF was used to treat the LPS rat *** detected interleukin(IL)-6 in blood from the rat hearts to determine whether the inflammatory model was successful and whether the anti-inflammatory treatment was *** used electron microscopy to analyze the structure and collagen expression of rat fetal ***:Western blotting,PCR and Masson staining indicated that the expression of FPR1 was significantly increased,the expression of collagen was decreased,and EMT appeared in *** rat model indicated that LPS caused the collapse of fetal membrane epithelial cells,increased intercellular gaps,and decreased ***-MLF promoted an increase in fetal membrane collagen,inhibited EMT,and reduced the weakening of fetal ***:The expression of FPR1 in the fetal membrane of PROM was significantly increased,and EMT of the amniotic membrane was ***-MLF can treat inflammation and inhibit amniotic EMT.

The second-order nonlinear optical （NLO） properties of 5,10,15-triphenylcorrole （TPC）, 5,10,15,20-tetraphenylporphyrin （TPP） and L-amino acid bridged bis-corroles 1,2,3 and 4 have been calculated by using TDHF/PM3 method based on the RHF/6-31G （TPC and TPP） or semiempirical PM3 （1, 2, 3, 4） optimized geometries. Calculation results showed TPC and TPP have C1 and D2h symmetry, respectively when N-H protons are localized on the nitrogen atoms. TPC is the second-order NLO active chromophore due to the cancellation of centrosymmetrical structure and its first hyperpolarizability β increases to 11.524×10^-30 esu. Under electrical dipole approximation, βvalues of bis-corroles 1, 2, 3 and 4 vary from 9.831×10^-30 to 14.221×10^-30 esu, and no much improvement in the first hyperpolarizability was observed as compared to TPC ***, β values of bis-corroles 1, 2, 3 and 4 are improved by about 4 times as compared to their bis-porphyrin counterparts. The analysis of β components indicates that β of this kind of bis-corroles is mainly contributed from its radial component βr. With the variation of amino acid side chains, βHRS, β,βxyz, βr and βa of bis-corroles change remarkably. Chiral L-amino acid bridged bis-corroles 2, 3 and 4 have a right-handed helix structure, and their chiral component βxyz matches βxyz ∝ r^2 ζ/L^4 （helix parameters）, showing the second-order chiral NLO response of these bis-corroles could be described by one-electron helical model theory. It was found that the radial component βr of chiral helix bis-corroles also matches βr ∝ r^2 ζ/L^4.

To further improve the microstructure and mechanical properties of gas tungsten arc welded(GTAW)welded joints for ZC63 magnesium alloy,post-weld heat treatment is carried *** is found that the majority of the MgZnCu phase in the fusion zone(FZ)is dissolved in theα-Mg matrix under suitable heat treatment *** remainder is diffusely distributed as rods or granules at the grain *** excessive heat treatment temperature(460℃)leads to abnormal grain growth(AGG)in the *** substructure gradient between the abnormally grown grains and the surrounding small grains pro-vides the driving force for ***,the dissolution of the MgZnCu phase weakens the hindering effect of the second phase on grain boundary migration,setting the stage for *** addition,the detri-mental impact of the continuous MgZnCu phase on the mechanical properties of the welded joint is also lessened by its *** ultimate tensile strength(UTS),yield strength(YS)and elongation(EL)of the welded joints are 255 MPa,119 MPa and 27.0%,respectively,under the post-weld heat treatment process of 440℃×12 *** welding coefficient of the welded joint reaches 97.0%,satisfying the service criteria set forth by the mechanical properties of the welded joints.

The remarkable properties of carbon nanotubes(CNTs)have led to promising applications in the field of electromagnetic inter-ference(EMI)***,for macroscopic CNT assemblies,such as CNT film,achieving high electrical and mechanical properties remains challenging,which heavily depends on the tube-tube interac-tions of ***,we develop a novel strategy based on metal-organic decomposition(MOD)to fabricate a flexible silver-carbon nanotube(Ag-CNT)*** Ag particles are introduced in situ into the CNT film through annealing of MOD,leading to enhanced tube-tube *** a result,the electrical conductivity of Ag-CNT film is up to 6.82×10^(5) S m^(-1),and the EMI shielding effectiveness of Ag-CNT film with a thickness of~7.8μm exceeds 66 dB in the ultra-broad frequency range(3-40 GHz).The tensile strength and Young’s modulus of Ag-CNT film increase from 30.09±3.14 to 76.06±6.20 MPa(~253%)and from 1.12±0.33 to 8.90±0.97 GPa(~795%),***,the Ag-CNT film exhibits excellent near-field shield-ing performance,which can effectively block wireless *** innovative approach provides an effective route to further apply macroscopic CNT assemblies to future portable and wearable electronic devices.

To improve the prediction accuracy of chaotic time series and reconstruct a more reasonable phase space structure of the prediction network,we propose a convolutional neural network-long short-term memory(CNN-LSTM)prediction model based on the incremental attention ***,a traversal search is conducted through the traversal layer for finite parameters in the phase ***,an incremental attention layer is utilized for parameter judgment based on the dimension weight criteria(DWC).The phase space parameters that best meet DWC are selected and fed into the input ***,the constructed CNN-LSTM network extracts spatio-temporal features and provides the final prediction *** model is verified using Logistic,Lorenz,and sunspot chaotic time series,and the performance is compared from the two dimensions of prediction accuracy and network phase space ***,the CNN-LSTM network based on incremental attention is compared with long short-term memory(LSTM),convolutional neural network(CNN),recurrent neural network(RNN),and support vector regression(SVR)for prediction *** experiment results indicate that the proposed composite network model possesses enhanced capability in extracting temporal features and achieves higher prediction ***,the algorithm to estimate the phase space parameter is compared with the traditional CAO,false nearest neighbor,and C-C,three typical methods for determining the chaotic phase space *** experiments reveal that the phase space parameter estimation algorithm based on the incremental attention mechanism is superior in prediction accuracy compared with the traditional phase space reconstruction method in five networks,including CNN-LSTM,LSTM,CNN,RNN,and SVR.

On-demand droplet sorting is extensively applied for the efficient manipulation and genome-wide analysis of individual ***,state-of-the-art microfluidic chips for droplet sorting still suffer from low sorting speeds,sample loss,and labor-intensive preparation ***,we demonstrate the development of a novel microfluidic chip that integrates droplet generation,on-demand electrostatic droplet charging,and high-throughput *** charging electrode is a copper wire buried above the nozzle of the microchannel,and the deflecting electrode is the phosphate buffered saline in the microchannel,which greatly simplifies the structure and fabrication process of the ***,this chip is capable of high-frequency droplet generation and sorting,with a frequency of 11.757 kHz in the drop *** chip completes the selective charging process via electrostatic induction during droplet ***-demand charged microdroplets can arbitrarilymove to specific exit channels in a three-dimensional(3D)-deflected electric field,which can be controlled according to user requirements,and the flux of droplet deflection is thereby significantly ***,a lossless modification strategy is presented to improve the accuracy of droplet deflection or harvest rate from 97.49% to 99.38% by monitoring the frequency of droplet generation in real time and feeding it back to the charging *** chip has great potential for quantitative processing and analysis of single cells for elucidating cell-to-cell variations.
