疣状黄瘤主要累及口腔黏膜,少数病例可累及外阴皮肤。本文报道一例A型疣状黄瘤患者,男,55岁,4年前左侧阴囊出现一粟粒大小粉红色丘疹,且伴有高胆固醇血症,临床罕见。皮损切除术后随访未见复发。

大学生进食障碍亚临床状态及相关因素分析

目的调查大学生的进食障碍亚临床状态并分析其相关因素,为青少年进食障碍的防治工作提供参考依据。方法2023年11—12月采用分层整群随机抽样法在江苏省扬州市1所本科院校和1所专科院校选取5201名在读大学生为研究对象,使用调查表对大学生一般资料、进食障碍亚临床状态、体形认知、抑郁症状、焦虑症状、心理健康素养进行调查。采用χ^(2)检验进行进食障碍亚临床状态检出率的组间比较,相关因素分析采用二元Logistic回归模型。结果大学生进食障碍亚临床状态检出率为16.0%。二元Logistic回归分析结果显示,处于恋爱状态(OR=1.22,95%CI=1.04~1.44)、超重和肥胖(OR值分别为2.75,3.82,95%CI值分别为2.24~3.38,2.89~5.06)、高估体形(OR=2.04,95%CI=1.68~2.49)、抑郁症状(OR=2.53,95%CI=1.99~3.21)、焦虑症状(OR=2.63,95%CI=2.16~3.20)、心理健康素养未达标(OR=1.37,95%CI=1.11~1.70)的大学生进食障碍亚临床状态风险更高,低体重(OR=0.15,95%CI=0.10~0.22)和低估体形(OR=0.37,95%CI=0.27~0.51)的大学生风险更低(P值均<0.05)。结论大学生进食障碍亚临床状态的检出率较高,并与恋爱状态、体质量指数分级、体形认知、抑郁症状、焦虑症状及心理健康素养相关。应采取综合性干预措施,改善大学生进食障碍亚临床状态,促进大学生身心健康。

Self-engineered small-molecule prodrug-nanoassemblies have emerged as promising nanomedicines for cancer *** design of prodrug molecules is crucial to guarantee the favorable assembly stability,tumor-specific prodrug activation,and satisfactory antitumor ***,too much attention has been paid to the pharmacophores and chemical linkages in prodrug molecules while neglects the vital roles of nonpharmacological ***,we found that iso-carbon fatty acids with different number,position,and cis-trans configuration of double bonds dramatically affect the nanoassembly feature and drug delivery fates of thioether-linked paclitaxel ***,the number and cis-trans configuration of double bonds in fatty acid moieties not only dominate the self-assembly ability and colloidal stability of prodrugs,but also exert significant influences on the pharmacokinetics,prodrug activation,and antitumor activity of ***,oleic acid with one cis double bond stands out as the optimal nonpharmacological moiety for thioether-linked paclitaxel *** study elucidates the crucial roles of nonpharmacological moieties in prodrugs,and provides new insights into the modular design of prodrug-based nanomedicines for cancer therapy.

All-solid-state switches are one of the core components of pulsed power supply ***,the voltage level of a single switch is *** optimizing the chip structure,the voltage level of a single switch can be *** to the immaturity of the production process and the positive correlation between the blocking voltage and the onresistance of the switch,it is difficult to improve the blocking voltage and the continuous forward current of a single switch *** series-connected switch is a way to increase the switch's blocking voltage without reducing the switch's continuous forward *** coupled isolated drive and resistor-capacitor forced voltage equalization techniques are investigated to increase the blocking voltage of the switches using multiple SiC metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors(MOSFETs)in series ***,a special overcurrent protection scheme is designed to improve the reliability of the series-connected ***,a high-voltage solid-state switch is developed based on the SiC MOSFET series connections,whose output pulse width is adjustable from 20 to 300μs,frequency is adjustable from 1 Hz to 3 kHz,the maximum output voltage can reach 57 kV(1 Hz),and the overcurrent protection time is about 1μs.

The accuracy of subgrade quality evaluation is important for road safety *** there is little research work devoted to testing lightweight cellular concrete(LCC)by an ultrasound-based method,the quantitative relation between ultrasonic testing results and the quality of LCC subgrade is not well *** this paper,the quality of LCC subgrade was evaluated with respect to compressive strength and crack *** relation between ultrasonic testing results and LCC quality was explored through indoor *** on the quantitative relation between ultrasonic pulse velocity and compressive strength of LCC,a fitting formula was ***,after the LCC became cracked,the ultrasonic pulse velocity and ultrasonic pulse amplitude *** determining the lower limiting values of the ultrasonic pulse velocity and ultrasonic pulse amplitude through the statistical data,it could be calculated whether there were cracks in LCC *** ultrasonic testing results showed that the compressive strength of the LCC subgrade was suitable for purpose and there was no crack in the *** core samples were taken from the *** between ultrasonic testing results of subgrade and test results of core samples demonstrated a good agreement.

The Tibetan Plateau is primarily composed of alpine *** distributions of alpine grasses,however,are not well documented in this remote,highly uninhabited *** advantage of the frequently observed moderate resolution imaging spectroradiometer(MODIS)images(500-m,8-day)in 2010,this study extracted the phenological metrics of alpine grasses from the normalized difference vegetation index time *** the Support Vector Machine,a multistep classification approach was developed to delineate alpine meadows,steppes,and desert *** lakes,permanent snow,and barren/desert lands were also classified with a MODIS scene acquired in the peak growing *** ground data collected in the field and aerial experiments in 2011,the overall accuracy reached 93%when alpine desert grasses and barren lands were not *** comparison with the recently published national vegetation map,the alpine grassland map in this study revealed smoother transition between alpine meadows and steppes,less alpine meadows in the southwest,and more barren/deserts in the high-cold Kunlun Mountain in the *** variations better reflected climate control(***)of different climatic divisions on alpine *** improved alpine grassland map could provide important base information about this cold region under the pressure of rapidly changing climate.

Synthesis and optical properties of nanosized CdS prepared in a quaternary CTAB/n-hexanol/n-heptane/water reverse micelle

Quaternary water-in-oil reverse micelles consisting of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB), n-hexanol, n-heptane and water were prepared and characterized. The optimized reaction conditions were determined, and monodispersed droplets of the reverse micelles were used as microreactors to synthesize CdS nanoparticles. By using transmission electron microscopy (TEM), UV-Vis spectroscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy, the influences of the reverse micelle components on the size, size distribution, morphology, stability and optical properties of CdS nanoparticles were investigated. CdS nanoparticles with narrow size distribution were obtained and the size range is 6-8 nm when W=24 (W=[water]/[CTAB]), F=5.27 (P=[n-hexanol]/ [CTAB]), [CTAB]=0.2 mol/L, [Cd2+] and [S2-] are 8.45×10-4 mol/L.

Nanodiamonds(NDs)have been widely explored for applications in drug delivery,optical bioimaging,sensors,quantum computing,and ***-temperature nanomanufacturing of NDs in open air using confined laser shock detonation(CLSD)emerges as a novel manufacturing strategy for ND ***,the fundamental process mechanism remains *** work investigates the underlying mechanisms responsible for nanomanufacturing of NDs during CLSD with a focus on the laser-matter interaction,the role of the confining effect,and the graphite-to-diamond ***,a first-principles model is integrated with a molecular dynamics simulation to describe the laser-induced thermo-hydrodynamic phenomena and the graphite-to-diamond phase transition during *** simulation results elucidate the confining effect in determining the material’s responses to laser irradiation in terms of the temporal and spatial evolutions of temperature,pressure,electron number density,and particle *** integrated model demonstrates the capability of predicting the laser energy threshold for ND synthesis and the efficiency of ND nucleation under varying processing *** research will provide significant insights into CLSD and advance this nanomanufacturing strategy for the fabrication of NDs and other high-temperature-high-pressure synthesized nanomaterials towards extensive applications.

In this Letter, an alternative solution is proposed and demonstrated for simultaneous measurement of axial strain and temperature. This sensor consists of two twisted points on a commercial single mode fiber introduced by flame-heated and rotation treatment. The fabrication process modifies the geometrical configuration and refractive index of the fiber. Different cladding modes are excited at the first twisted point, and part of them are coupled back to the fiber core at the second twisted point. Experimental results show distinct sensitivities of 34.9 pm/με with 49.23 pm/℃ and -36.19 pm/με with 62.99 pm/℃ for the two selected destructive interference wavelengths.
