研究目的:近年来,可持续发展的观念深入人心,电气节能设计已成为铁路行业设计过程中十分关键的课题,合理的电气节能设计可大大降低能源消耗,节约能源,确保能源的可持续发展。本文重点从电气节能角度出发,阐述铁路客运站房、大型动车检修基地以及高铁培训基地等场所的电气节能设计,提出铁路行业电气节能设计的四大主要技术措施——供配电系统节能、照明系统节能、机电设备监控系统节能和能源管理系统节能。研究结论:(1)在供配电系统设计方面,通过合理设计供配电系统,可使供配电系统的节能达到最优;(2)在照明系统设计方面,通过加强新型节能光源的使用,优先采用LED光源,并设置智能照明控制系统,可使照明系统的节能达到最优;(3)建筑面积3 000 m2以上的铁路客运站房设置机电设备监控系统,可达到建筑内各类机电设备的节能控制最优;(4)建筑面积大于20 000 m2的大型铁路客站、动车段(所)和高铁培训基地等场所设置能源管理系统,可达到建筑内节能管理最优;(5)本研究成果可以为后期铁路电气节能设计提供有益参考。

Combined hybrid energy storage system and transmission grid model for peak shaving based on time series operation simulation

This study proposes a combined hybrid energy storage system(HESS) and transmission grid(TG) model, and a corresponding time series operation simulation(TSOS) model is established to relieve the peak-shaving pressure of power systems under the integration of renewable energy. First, a linear model for the optimal operation of the HESS is established, which considers the different power-efficiency characteristics of the pumped storage system, electrochemical storage system, and a new type of liquid compressed air energy storage. Second, a TSOS simulation model for peak shaving is built to maximize the power entering the grid from the wind farms and HESS. Based on the proposed model, this study considers the transmission capacity of a TG. By adding the power-flow constraints of the TG, a TSOS-based HESS and TG combination model for peak shaving is established. Finally, the improved IEEE-39 and IEEE-118 bus systems were considered as examples to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed model.

A new texture analysis approach by using Gibbs random field model is discussed. A parameter vector is defined in order to compute potentials of textures. It is found that texture features can be provided by its corresponding parameter vector, and the vector can be estimated in terms of maximum potential. Conclusions can be inferred that this new method based on the maximum potential is valid.

The wide application of network technology in power systems brings not only convenience and flexibility but also security threats. An architecture of network security for power system was proposed in this study,which protected data and facilities from being attacked by outside users by means of firewall, security monitor and control system. Firewall was basically the first line of defense for the intranet; the security monitoring system was a kind of IDS (Intrusion Detection System), while security control system provided authentication, authorization,data-encrypted transmission and security management. This architecture provides various security services, such as identification, authentication, authorization, data integrity and confidentiality.

The two-dimensional transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDs)have attracted intense interest as an atomically thin semiconductor channel for the continued transistor ***,with a dangling bond free surface,it has been a key challenge to reliably integrate high-quality gate dielectrics on *** particular,the atomic layer deposition of dielectrics on TMDs typically features highly non-uniform nucleation and produces a highly rough or porous dielectric film with rich pinholes that are prone to further damage during the gate integration *** we report a van der Waals(vdW)integration route towards highly reliable gate metal integration on porous *** physical lamination process employed by the vdW integration avoids the direct deposition of metal electrodes into porous dielectrics to ensure reliable gate integration and produce low gate leakage *** electrical measurements demonstrate the vdW integrated MoS_(2) top gate devices exhibit substantially reduced gate leakage current that is about 3-5 orders of magnitude smaller than that with deposited metal ***,we show the vdW integration process can be used to create high performance top-gated MoS_(2) transistors with ultrathin Al_(2)O_(3) dielectrics down to 1 nm,representing the ultimate dielectric scaling for TMDs *** study demonstrates that vdW integration can enable highly reliable gate integration on relatively low quality dielectrics on TMDs,and opens an interesting pathway to high-performance top-gate transistors using dangling bond free two-dimensional(2D)semiconductors.

Anti-N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptor encephalitis is a rare disease with uncertain etiology and pathogenesis that affects young women. Its diagnosis can be delayed because of the nonspecific neuropsychiatric symptoms in the foreground. This article describes the details of a recent complicated case of a patient with this condition which is related to an ovarian teratoma. Correct diagnostic and prompt treatment of anti-NMDA receptor encephalitis remains a serious clinical challenge due to its unspecific manifestations and varying response to treatments. The information will be of interest to clinicians working with encephalitis patients.

The synthetic making test has been widely used in evaluating the break ability of high-voltage circuit breaker. However, the test research and application are still inadequate, especially in the condition of rated voltage. According to the realistic conditions of test stations in China, a control device based on pre-arcing current detection and phase control is proposed in this paper. A sample of the control device made up of DSP TMS320LF2407A is fabricated, in which the CPLD MAX7064 is used to transmit signals for EMC design. It can be applied in full voltage synthetic making test at a level of 126kV/63kA. The test results show that, it is accurate to control the making phase of the applied voltage, whether the closing is demanded at voltage peak or zero.
