A dynamic model of a flexible rotor supported by ball bearings with rubber damping rings was proposed by combining the finite element and the mass-centralized *** the proposed model,the rotor was built with the Timoshenko beam element,while the supports and bearing outer rings were modelled by the mass-centralized ***,the influences of the rotor’s gravity,unbalanced force and nonlinear bearing force were *** governing equations were solved by precise integration and the Runge-Kutta hybrid numerical *** verify the correctness of the modelling method,theoretical and experimental analysis is carried out by a rotor-bearing test platform,where the error rate between the theoretical and experimental studies is less than 10%.Besides that,the influence of the rubber damping ring on the dynamic properties of the rotor-bearing coupling system is also *** conclusions obtained are in agreement with the real-world *** this basis,the bifurcation and chaos behaviors of the coupling system were carried out with rotational speed and rubber damping ring’s *** results reveal that as rotational speed increases,the system enters into chaos by routes of crisis,quasi-periodic and intermittent ***,the paths of crisis,quasi-periodic bifurcation,and Hopf bifurcation to chaos were detected under the parameter of rubber damping ring’s ***,the bearing gap affects the rotor system’s dynamic ***,the excessive bearing gap will make the system’s periodic motion change into chaos,and the rubber damping ring’s stiffness has a substantial impact on the system motion.

A reactive flame retardant cross-linker（SPTES） was successfully synthesized with dichloropentate and 3-triethoxysily-lpropylamine（APTES） in this research. Then it was further applied into the room temperature vulcanized（RTV） silicone rubber to prepare novel flame retarded RTV silicone rubbers containing phosphorus. The structure, thermal degradation stability, mechanical properties and flammability properties of the novel RTV silicone rubbers were tested and characterized. The results showed that the mechanical and flammability properties of the RTV silicone rubber simultaneously got better with the SPTES content increased. Compared with the sample prepared by APTES, the tensile strength of novel RTV silicone rubbers increased from 0.12 MPa to 0.38 MPa and the limit oxygen index increased from 19.8 to 23.5.

Objective:Our previous research showed that Naotaifang(a compound traditional Chinese herbal medicine)extract(NTE)has clinically beneficial effects on neurological improvement of patients with acute cerebral *** this study,we investigated whether NTE protected acute brain injury in rats and whether its effects on ferroptosis could be linked to the dysfunction of glutathione peroxidase 4(GPX4)and iron ***:We established an acute brain injury model of middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO)in rats,in which we could observe the accumulation of iron in neurons,as detected by Perl’s *** assay kits,we measured expression levels of ferroptosis biomarkers,such as iron,glutathione(GSH),reactive oxygen species(ROS)and malonaldehyde(MDA);further the expression levels of transferrin receptor1(TFR1),divalent metal transporter 1(DMT1),solute carrier family 7 member 11(SLC7 A11)and GPX4 were determined using immunohistochemical analysis,real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction and Western blot ***:We found that treatment with NTE reduced the expression levels of TFR1 and DMT1,reduced ROS,MDA and iron accumulation and reduced neurobehavioral scores,relative to untreated MCAO *** with NTE increased the expression levels of SLC7 A11,GPX4 and GSH,and the number of Nissl bodies in the MCAO ***:Taken together,our data suggest that acute cerebral ischemia induces neuronal ferroptosis and the effects of treating MCAO rats with NTE involved inhibition of ferroptosis through the TFR1/DMT1 and SCL7 A11/GPX4 pathways.

为探究适宜水稻生产的钾肥使用量,以“济优6553”为为供试材料,研究不同钾肥施用量对水稻产量及肥料利用率的影响。结果表明:在氮肥和磷肥等量施用条件下,水稻籽粒产量和稻草产量随着钾肥施用量的增加逐渐增加,但增幅逐渐变小。钾肥用量85%和115%处理的经济效益相近。在水稻生产上,推荐钾肥用量(K_(2)O)4.76~6.44 kg/667m^(2)可以达到最佳的产量和经济效益。

To improve the prediction accuracy of chaotic time series and reconstruct a more reasonable phase space structure of the prediction network,we propose a convolutional neural network-long short-term memory(CNN-LSTM)prediction model based on the incremental attention ***,a traversal search is conducted through the traversal layer for finite parameters in the phase ***,an incremental attention layer is utilized for parameter judgment based on the dimension weight criteria(DWC).The phase space parameters that best meet DWC are selected and fed into the input ***,the constructed CNN-LSTM network extracts spatio-temporal features and provides the final prediction *** model is verified using Logistic,Lorenz,and sunspot chaotic time series,and the performance is compared from the two dimensions of prediction accuracy and network phase space ***,the CNN-LSTM network based on incremental attention is compared with long short-term memory(LSTM),convolutional neural network(CNN),recurrent neural network(RNN),and support vector regression(SVR)for prediction *** experiment results indicate that the proposed composite network model possesses enhanced capability in extracting temporal features and achieves higher prediction ***,the algorithm to estimate the phase space parameter is compared with the traditional CAO,false nearest neighbor,and C-C,three typical methods for determining the chaotic phase space *** experiments reveal that the phase space parameter estimation algorithm based on the incremental attention mechanism is superior in prediction accuracy compared with the traditional phase space reconstruction method in five networks,including CNN-LSTM,LSTM,CNN,RNN,and SVR.

目的:探讨肺纤康颗粒联合汉防己甲素片治疗尘肺病的疗效及对肺功能和血清白介素-8(interleukin-8,IL-8)、γ-干扰素(interferon-γ,IFN-γ)水平的影响。方法:选取2021年6月~2023年5月衡阳市中医院职业病科门诊或住院收治的72例尘肺病患者为研究对象。按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(n=36)和观察组(n=36)。两组均给予常规对症治疗,对照组在此基础上给予汉防己甲素片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合使用肺纤康颗粒治疗。治疗3个月后,比较两组临床疗效、中医症候积分、肺功能[最大通气量(maximum ventilation volume,MVV)及第1秒用力呼气容积(forced expiratory volume in one second,FEV1)]、血清IL-8、IFN-γ水平及治疗期间不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P0.05)。结论:尘肺病患者给予肺纤康颗粒联合汉防己甲素片治疗可显著提高患者疗效,改善其肺功能,降低血清IL-8水平,提高IFN-γ水平。
