Study on Production Process of Roselle Rice Wine

[Objectives]This study was conducted to more systematically explore the traditional brewing process of roselle rice wine. [Methods] With local high-quality white glutinous rice and sun-dried roselle as raw materials for brewing rice wine, on the premise of extensive research on traditional rice wine technology in China, the addition amount of roselle extract, the addition amount of distiller’s yeast, the variation range of after-fermentation temperature and the starting time of after-fermentation were investigated. [Results] The best traditional processing and brewing parameters were the ratio of glutinous rice and roselle extract(mass to volume ratio) at about 1∶1.55, the addition amount of distiller’s yeast of 0.55%, and the fermentation temperature at 30 ℃, and the starting time at 72 h. The sensory quality of the high-quality roselle rice wine that was produced under the best brewing conditions was about(87.7±2.45) points. [Conclusions] A number of hygiene inspection technical indexes in the product all met the current relevant national safety standards in China, providing another technical research direction for the development of a variety of new green healthy beverage projects.

Background Light is a critical factor in plant growth and development,particularly in controlled ***-emitting diodes(LEDs)have become a reliable alternative to conventional high pressure sodium(HSP)lamps because they are more efficient and versatile in light *** contrast to well-known specialized LED light spectra for vegetables,the appropriate LED lights for crops such as cotton remain *** In this growth chamber study,we selected and compared four LED lights with varying percentages(26.44%–68.68%)of red light(R,600–700 nm),combined with other lights,for their effects on growth,leaf anatomy,and photosynthesis of cotton seedlings,using HSP lamp as a *** total photosynthetic photon flux density(PPFD)was(215±2)μmol·m-2·s-1 for all LEDs and HSP *** results showed significant differences in all tested parameters among lights,and the percentage of far red(FR,701–780 nm)within the range of 3.03%–11.86%was positively correlated with plant growth(characterized by leaf number and area,plant height,stem diameter,and total biomass),palisade layer thickness,photosynthesis rate(Pn),and stomatal conductance(Gs).The ratio of R/FR(4.445–11.497)negatively influenced the growth of cotton seedlings,and blue light(B)suppressed stem elongation but increased palisade cell length,chlorophyll content,and *** The LED 2 was superior to other LED lights and HSP *** had the highest ratio of FR within the total PPFD(11.86%)and the lowest ratio of R/FR(4.445).LED 2 may therefore be used to replace HPS lamp under controlled environments for the study of cotton at the seedling stage.

Due to the increasing man-made activities,the vegetation landscape in the rapidly urbanized areas has changed *** on the theory of landscape ecology and the evaluation method of ecosystem service function,this study took the vegetation of Shenzhen City as the research object,and used TM image as the main data source in 1985,1995,2005 and from Vol.4 of 2015 with the support of remote sensing and GIS technology to analyze the variation of vegetation landscape fragmentation and its ecological *** results showed that the vegetation landscape fragmentation in Shenzhen City was significant in the past 30 years,and the vegetation landscape was the main characteristic in the fluctuation *** change trajectory of the vegetation landscape was the main focus,and the woodland land area was the largest land for *** fragmentation of vegetation landscape reduced the overall value of ecosystem services and hindered the function of life support systems.

Rapid urbanization in mountainous coastal areas causes dramatic changes in land use and land cover(LUCC)for their geographic *** understand changes in landscape trajectories in such regions,we examined temporal and spatial changes in urban landscapes in Shenzhen,China,a city that has undergone rapid urbanization in recent decades,and investigated the drivers of landscape pattern evolution at different scales from LUCC data from 1985,1995,2005,and *** results show that the landscape of Shenzhen has changed dramatically over the 30 years from 1985 to *** proportion of forest area decreased from 50.81%to 37.81%,while the proportion of construction land increased from 17.83%to 48.28%.The changes in the landscape patterns in Shenzhen were driven mainly by human *** study is one of the first to assess landscape dynamics of the rapid urbanization from the angle of mountainous coastal area,which plays an important role in the land use and city regulation of the global coastal mountains.

RS-based Evaluation of Forest Cover Changes in Nanling National Nature Reserve

3S technology was applied to analyze spatio-temporal changes of landscape pattern in Nanling National Nature Reserve and the driving forces. The results showed that the study area was dominated by forest landscape from 1988 to 2009, accounting for 95% of the total area, among all forest landscapes, evergreen broadleaved forest accounted for the largest ratio(>50%). In terms of landscape fragmentation, landscape density index of the study area increased, landscape fragmentation was aggravated; patch density of core zone declined slightly, mean patch area of all landscape types increased, landscape fragmentation decreased slightly; buffer zone and experimental zone witnessed the aggravation of fragmentation. In terms of landscape diversity, landscape pattern of the study area became increasingly complex, diversity index increased, landscape heterogenization was enhanced; landscape diversity of the core zone increased slightly, that of the buffer zone increased greatly, but that of the experimental zone declined and landscape heterogenization reduced. Landscapes in the whole area grew more diversified, while landscape pattern of the core zone was simplified, that of the buffer zone witnessed slight changes, and that of the experimental zone kept consistent with that of the study area. In terms of driving forces of landscape pattern change, natural factors have contributed to the landscape changes in the study area, but human factors such as forest management, forest tourism, local residents an economic factors played a dominant role. With the increasing external interventions to the landscape pattern change, the contradiction between landscape eco-environment protection and resource development and utilization in Nanling National Nature Reserve will be increasingly sharpened.

Valuation on Forest Ecosystem Services of Nanling National Nature Reserve

The forest ecological system fulfills many important ecological functions. Researches on the analysis and valuation on forest ecosystem services are at the cutting edge of current ecology and ecological economics. Based on the calculation method of service value of forest ecosystem, 7 forest ecosystem services of Nanling National Nature Reserve were valued, totaling 703.48 million yuan/year. In terms of the contribution size of the service value of forest ecosystem, carbon fixation and oxygen release came as the greatest one, followed by conservation of soil, purification of the air, biodiversity conservation, conservation of water, accumulation of nutrients, and forest recreation. With its value of 208.46 million yuan, carbon fixation and oxygen release ranked first, accounting for 29.63% of the total value; conservation of soil of 24.67% service value took the second place; purification of the air came in third in the value rankings, representing 22.55% of the total value; the fourth one was biodiversity conservation, whose service value came up to 14.51%. Those 4 services made up 91.36% of the total value while other 3 services ranging from conservation of water, accumulation of nutrients to forest recreation were merely a small proportion. This is because the Nanling National Nature Reserve is essentially a large oxygen bar. The above-mentioned ecosystem valuation method contributes to the understanding of the overall value of the forest ecosystem as well as the implementation and advancement in the regional sustainable development strategy.

针对某型航空发动机试车过程中的稳态振动波动问题,开展了时域和频域分析,指出振动波动是由于低压2倍频和高压基频振动拍振所引起。推导了航空发动机拍振引起的振动响应,建立了某型航空发动机双转子动力学模型,并进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明,当发动机两个激振力频率相近时,会产生拍振引起振动波动,仿真结果与试验结果相吻合。结合发动机结构和其工作特点,分析了发动机形成低压倍频-高压基频耦合拍振的条件,给出了拍振排除方法,并通过试验验证了方法的正确性。工程上可以通过调整高压和低压转子转差关系,将转速比调整到合理范围内即可消除拍振。
