颅内精原细胞瘤是一种罕见的起源于生殖细胞系的恶性肿瘤，通常发生在脑部的松果体或垂体等部位。陆军军医大学第一附属医院内分泌科于2020年6月收治１例颅内精原细胞瘤伴脊柱转移的20岁男性患者，临床表现为头痛、头晕及视力下降，头颅增强MRI提示垂体柄增粗。在多学科综合会诊后接受经鼻蝶鞍区肿瘤切除术，病理诊断为精原细胞瘤，术后规律放射治疗。1年后患者的肿瘤复发并转移，再次行胸椎椎管内肿瘤切除术，术后继续化学治疗。患者的临床症状如头痛和视力障碍得到改善，但持续全垂体功能减退，需长期激素替代。颅内精原细胞瘤的早期诊断颇具挑战性，且易发生转移，对放射治疗和化学治疗高度敏感，早期诊断和多学科综合治疗有助于改善患者的生活质量和预后。.; Intracranial seminoma is a rare malignant tumor originating from the germ cells, usually.occurring in the pineal gland or pituitary.gland. In June 2020, the Department of Endocrinology.at the First Affiliated Hospital of Army.Military.Medical University.admitted a 20-y.ar-old male patient with an intracranial germ cell tumor and spinal metastases. The patient presented with headache, dizziness, and visual impairment. Enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the head indicated thickening of the pituitary.stalk. After multidisciplinary.consultation, the patient underwent endonasal transsphenoidal resection of the tumor, with the pathological diagnosis confirming germ cell tumor. The patient received regular radiotherapy.postoperatively. One y.ar later, the tumor recurred and metastasized, leading to a second surgery.for tumor resection in the thoracic spinal canal, followed by.continued chemotherapy. The patient's clinical sy.ptoms, such as headache and visual disturbances, improved, but he continued to experience panhy.opituitarism and required long-term hormone replacement therapy. Early.diagnosis of intracranial germ cell tumors is challenging, and they.are prone to metastasis and highly.sensitive to radiotherapy.and chemotherapy. Early.diagnosis and multidisciplinary.comprehensive treatment can help improve the quality.of life and prognosis for patients.

The metal cutting process is accompanied by.complex stress field,strain field,temperature *** comprehensive effects of process parameters on chip morphology.cutting force,tool wear and residual stress are complex and *** element method(FEM)is considered as an effective method to predict process variables and reveal microscopic phy.ical phenomena in the cutting ***,the finite element(FE)simulation is used to research the conventional and micro scale cutting process,and the differences in the establishment of process variable FE simulation models are distinguished,thereby.improving the accuracy.of FE *** reliability.and effectiveness of FE simulation model largely.depend on the accuracy.of the simulation method,constitutive model,friction model,damage model in describing mesh element,the dy.amic mechanical behavior of materials,the tool-chip-workpiece contact process and the chip formation *** this paper,the FE models of conventional and micro process variables are comprehensively.and up-to-date reviewed for different materials and machining *** purpose is to establish a FE model that is more in line with the real cutting conditions,and to provide the possibility.for optimizing the cutting process *** development direction of FE simulation of metal cutting process is discussed,which provides guidance for future cutting process modeling.

Effects of different facing oxides, including including y.tria colloidal and powders (y.y., y.tria stabilized zirconia colloidal and powders (Zy.Zy., zirconia colloidal and powders (Z/Z) and zirconia colloidal and zireonite powders (Z/ZS) on the qualities of investment castings are studied. The outward appearance, microstructures, and microhardness profiles of castings made of commercial pure titanium, Ti--Al--V and Ti--Al--Zr are investigated. Castings made by.shells with y.tria as face materials have the least contamination and by.zirconite shells have the most contamination. Thermody.amic of metal-mold reactions is also taken into consideration.

Bottom water coning is the main reason to reduce the recovery.of horizontal bottom water reservoir. By.water coning, we mean the oil-water interface changes from a horizontal state to a mound-shaped cone and breaks through to the wellbore. Autonomous inflow control device(AICD) is an important instrument maintain normal production after bottom water coning, however, the resistance increasing ability.of the swirl ty.e AICD is insufficient at present, which seriously.affects the water control effect. Aiming this problem, this paper designs a multi-stage resistance-increasing and composite ty.e AICD. The separation mechanism of oil-water two phases in this structure, the resistance form of oil-water single phase and the resistance-increasing principle of water phase are analy.ed. Establishing the dual-phase multi-stage separation and resistance-increasing model, and verified by.measuring the throttling pressure drop and oil-water volume fraction of the AICD, it is found that the composite ty.e AICD has the effect of ICD and AICD at the same time, which can balance the production rate of each well section at the initial stage of production, delay.the occurrence of bottom water coning. In the middle and later stages of production, water-blocking can be effectively.increased to achieve water control and stable *** structural sensitivity.analy.is, the influence law of various structural parameters on the water control performance of composite AICD was obtained. The simulation calculation results show that,compared with the existing swirl ty.e AICD, composite AICD has higher sensitivity.to moisture content,the water phase throttling pressure drop is increased by.4.5 times on average. The composite AICD is suitable for the entire stage of horizontal well production.

In the present paper, the primitive equations, which can be used to simulate the large-scale motion of the ocean and atmosphere, are considered in the three-dimensional domain bounded below by.a fixed solid boundary.and above by.a free-moving boundary. The global existence and uniqueness of strong solutions are established, and the long-time convergence to the equilibrium state is shown to be either at an exponential rate for the horizontal periodic domain or at an algebraic rate for the horizontal whole space.

The reliability.of a network is an important indicator for maintaining communication and ensuring its stable operation. Therefore, the assessment of reliability.in underly.ng interconnection networks has become an increasingly.important research issue. However, at present, the reliability.assessment of many.interconnected networks is not y.t accurate,which inevitably.weakens their fault tolerance and diagnostic capabilities. To improve network reliability.researchers have proposed various methods and strategies for precise assessment. This paper introduces a novel family.of interconnection networks called general matching composed networks(gMCNs), which is based on the common characteristics of network topology.structure. After analy.ing the topological properties of gMCNs, we establish a relationship between super connectivity.and conditional diagnosability.of gMCNs. Furthermore, we assess the reliability.of g MCNs, and determine the conditional diagnosability.of many.interconnection networks.

A threshold signature is a special digital signature in which the N-signer share the private key.x and can construct a valid signature for any.subset of the included t-signer,but less than t-signer cannot obtain any.*** the breakthrough achievements of threshold ECDSA signature and threshold Schnorr signature,the existing threshold SM2 signature is still limited to two parties or based on the honest majority.setting,there is no more effective solution for the multiparty.*** make the SM2 signature have more flexible application scenarios,promote the application of the SM2 signature scheme in the blockchain sy.tem and secure cry.tocurrency.*** paper designs a non-interactive threshold SM2signature schemebasedon partially.homomorphic encry.tion and zero-knowledge *** the last round requires the message input,so make our scheme non-interactive,and the pre-signing process takes 2 rounds of communication to complete after the key.*** allow arbitrary.threshold ty.update *** can achieve security.with identifiable abort under the malicious majority.which means that if the signature process fails,we can find the failed *** analy.is shows that the computation and communication costs of the pre-signing process grows linearly.with the parties,and it is only.1/3 of the Canetti's threshold ECDSA(CCS'20).
