Despite the big success of transfer learning techniques in anomaly detection,it is still challenging to achieve good transition of detection rules merely based on the preferred data in the anomaly detection with one-class classification,especially for the data with a large distribution *** address this challenge,a novel deep one-class transfer learning algorithm with domain-adversarial training is proposed in this ***,by integrating a hypersphere adaptation constraint into domainadversarial neural network,a new hypersphere adversarial training mechanism is ***,an alternative optimization method is derived to seek the optimal network parameters while pushing the hyperspheres built in the source domain and target domain to be as identical as *** transferring oneclass detection rule in the adaptive extraction of domain-invariant feature representation,the end-to-end anomaly detection with one-class classification is then ***,a theoretical analysis about the model reliability,as well as the strategy of avoiding invalid and negative transfer,is *** are conducted on two typical anomaly detection problems,i.e.,image recognition detection and online early fault detection of rolling *** results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm outperforms the state-of-the-art methods in terms of detection accuracy and robustness.

Maintenance scheduling is essential and crucial for wind turbines (WTs) to avoid breakdowns andreduce maintenance costs. Many maintenance models have been developed for WTs’ maintenance planning, suchas corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance. Due to communities’ dependence on WTs for electricityneeds, preventive maintenance is the most widely used method for maintenance scheduling. The downside tousing this approach is that preventive maintenance (PM) is often done in fixed intervals, which is inefficient. In thispaper, a more detailed maintenance plan for a 2 MW WT has been developed. The paper’s focus is to minimize aWT’s maintenance cost based on a WT’s reliability model. This study uses a two-layer optimization framework:Fibonacci and genetic algorithm. The first layer in the optimization method (Fibonacci) finds the optimal numberof PM required for the system. In the second layer, the optimal times for preventative maintenance and optimalcomponents to maintain have been determined to minimize maintenance costs. The Monte Carlo simulationestimates WT component failure times using their lifetime distributions from the reliability model. The estimatedfailure times are then used to determine the overall corrective and PM costs during the system’s lifetime. Finally,an optimal PM schedule is proposed for a 2 MW WT using the presented method. The method used in this papercan be expanded to a wind farm or similar engineering systems.

Eu-MOF-Based Fluorescent Ratiometric Sensor by Detecting 3,4,5-Trihydroxybenzoic for Fingerprint Visualization on Porous Objects

Latent fingerprints(LFPs)at the crime scene are served as important clues to locate the trajectory of criminal behavior and portray the characteristics of the ***,visualizing LFPs is of considerable *** this work,the europium metal-organic framework(Eu-MOF)sensor was successfully constructed for sensitive detection of gallic acid(3,4,5-trihydroxybenzoic acid,GA)and visualization of the sweat *** boric-acid-modified Eu-MOF was prepared by using the simple one-pot solvothermal method using Eu as the metal i ion center and 3,5-dicarboxybenzeneboronic acid(BBDC)as the organic *** sensor showed desirable photoluminescent performance through the chelating of BBDC with Eu3+.The sensor exhibited the satisfactory linear relationship to GA in the range of 1 nM to 20 nM with a low detection limit of 0.34 nM under the optimized *** prepared sensor with ideal selectivity to GA was successfully applied for visualizing LFPs on porous substrates with the high contrast and superior *** the good performance of the sensor,all fingerprint images obtained from 1200 samples presented clear friction ridges and met the identification ***,the sensor had less impact on the subsequent deoxyribonucleic acid(DNA)detection,displaying a promising perspective for applications in extracting physical evidence of site investigation.

Nd:YAG thin films have been prepared on Si(100) substrates by electron beam evaporation *** surface morphologies,crystalline phases and optical properties of the Nd:YAG thin films were characterized by x-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy, photoluminescence spectroscopy,and *** crystallization of Nd:YAG thin films was improved after annealing at 1100℃for 1 hour in *** by a Ti:sapphire laser at 808 nm,photoluminescence spectra of Nd:YAG thin films were measured at room temperature,and the transition of F→I of Nd in YAG in the region of 1064 nm were detected by a liquid nitrogen cooled InGaAs detector array.

为研究蒽醌法制备H_(2)O_(2)工艺中使用的溶剂对活性氧化铝(γ-Al_(2)O_(3))再生蒽醌降解物的影响,采用溶剂预处理γ-Al_(2)O_(3)和向工作液中加入溶剂两种方法,考察了重芳烃(Ar)、磷酸三辛酯(TOP)、2-甲基环己基醋酸酯(MCA)、四丁基脲(TBU)和二异丁基甲醇(DIBC)共5种溶剂对γ-Al_(2)O_(3)再生蒽醌降解物的影响。结果表明:Ar,TBU和DIBC对γ-Al_(2)O_(3)再生蒽醌降解物的性能几乎没有影响,但TOP和MCA均会显著降低γ-Al_(2)O_(3)对蒽醌降解物的再生能力。推测是因溶剂分子与γ-Al_(2)O_(3)的碱性位之间相互作用强弱不同引起的。

针对蒽醌法生产工艺中广泛使用的γ-Al2O3对蒽醌降解物再生效率低的不足,以γ-Al2O3为载体,采用浸渍法制备了不同CaO负载量的CaOγ-Al2O3催化剂,考察了CaO含量对乙基蒽醌工作液再生的影响,筛选出最佳的CaO负载量为3.0%(3.0CaO/γ-Al2O3)。在此基础上,进一步制备了CaO和MnO_2双修饰的催化剂,考察了MnO2负载量对3.0CaOγ-Al2O3催化乙基蒽醌工作液再生的影响,表明Mn O2负载量为0.5%的催化剂(3.0CaO0.5MnO2/γ-Al2O3)性能较好。采用X射线荧光光谱、氮气低温物理吸附和X射线粉末衍射等表征手段对三个代表性催化剂的物理化学性质进行了研究。结果表明,与γ-Al2O3和3.0CaO/γ-Al2O3相比,双修饰的3.0CaO0.5MnO2/γ-Al2O3催化剂不仅明显促进了工作液中四氢-2-乙基羟基蒽酮(OXOH4e AQ)和四氢-2-乙基蒽醌环氧化物(EPOXH4e AQ)的再生,而且加速了四氢-2-乙基蒽醌(H4e AQ)向2-乙基蒽醌(eAQ)的转化。经优化得到的3.0CaO0.5MnO2/γ-Al2O3具有一定的工业应用前景。
