Rough set theory plays an important role in knowledge discovery, but cannot deal with continuous attributes, thus discretization is a problem which we cannot neglect. And discretization of decision systems in rough set theory has some particular characteristics. Consistency must be satisfied and cuts for discretization is expected to be as small as possible. Consistent and minimal discretization problem is NP-complete. In this paper, an immune algorithm for the problem is proposed. The correctness and effectiveness were shown in experiments. The discretization method presented in this paper can also be used as a data pre- treating step for other symbolic knowledge discovery or machine learning methods other than rough set theory.

At present, network information audit system is almost based on text information filtering, but badness information is embedded into image or image file directly by badness information provider, in order to avoid monitored by. The paper realizes an information audit system based on image content filtering. Taking the pornographic program identification for an example, the system can monitor the video including any abnormal human body information by matching the texture characters with those defined in advance, which consist of contrast, energy, correlation measure and entropy character measure and so on.

Modeling of fruit morphological formation in melon is important for realizing virtual and digital plant *** objective of this study was to characterize the changes in patterns of fruit growth characters during plant *** cultivar experiments,a high-resolution wireless vision sensor network has been developed to realize non-contact automatic uninterrupted measurement of the fruit shape micro-change （fruit size,color,and net）.Results showed that the fruit swelling process （vertical and horizontal diameters） exhibited a slow-rapid-slow pattern,which could be well described with a logistic curve against growing degree days （GDD）;fruit color changes based on the RGB values could be represented by quadratic relationship to cumulative GDD;the fruit net changes over growth progress could be partitioned into three phases according to the time *** first phase was from 1 to 30 days after pollination （DAP）,in which the vertical stripe appeared at fruit middle part and the horizontal stripe at fruit petiole and hilum part as well;the second phase was from 30 to 40 DAP,the horizontal stripe occurred at fruit middle part and the net was formed;the third phase was the process started from 40 DAP,the netted breadth and thickness were gradually *** model was validated with the independent data from the experiment,and the mean RMSE （root mean square error） of fruit were 0.36 and 0.28 cm for vertical and horizontal diameters,11.9 for fruit color,and 0.45 cm for stripe length and diameter at varied GDD,*** work is beneficial to a reliable foundation for study the relationship between morphological formation and physiological change of the melon fruit internally and then realize the intelligent precision management to improve the yield and quality of greenhouse melon production.

Individual Variation in Growth in Sea Cucumber Apostichopus japonicus(Selenck) Housed Individually

The exceptionally large individual growth variation has been previously recognized in several sea cucumber cohorts. However, there is a lack of information regarding the mechanism of such individual differences. In this study, the sea cucumber Apostichopusjaponicus （Selenka） was reared individually in order to eliminate possible effects of social interaction, stocking density, etc. The results showed that there were substantial differences in growth among the sea cucumber individuals during the 100-day experiment. The special growth rate of the sea cucumber individuals differed by up to three folds （from 0.40% to 1.01%）, and the coefficient of variation in body weight increased from 12.04% to 40.51%. The final wet body weight, food intake and food conversion efficiency for each sea cucumber were generally positively correlated with their initial wet body weight （P〈0.05）. Energy budget of the animals showed that the food energy spent on respiration was much greater （about four folds） but energy deposited for growth was much less for （initially） smaller than for larger A. japonicus. The present result implies that there are obvious genetic differences among the sea cucumber individuals, largely accounting for the individual growth variation of the cohort sea cucumber. These results will provide some basic data for promoting selective breeding and fanning of the sea cucumber.

Study on the Interaction between Strychnine and Bovine Serum Albumin by Capillary Electrophoretic Frontal Analysis

The protein binding constant, binding sites of the Strychnos alkaloid-strychnine and bovine serum albumin （BSA） was determined by capillary electrophoretic frontal analysis （CE-FA） for the first time. The experiment was carried out in a polyacrylamide-coated fused silica capillary （48.4 cm×50 μm i.d., 38.1 cm effective length） with 20 mmol/L citrate/MES buffer （pH 6.0, ionic strength 0.17）. The applied voltage was 12 kV and detection wavelength was set at 257 nm. The plateau height of the peak was employed to determine the unbound concentration of drug in BSA equilibrated sample solution based on the external drug standard in the absence of protein. The present method provides a convenient, accurate technique for the early stage of drug screening.

Direct Observations of Atmospheric Transport and Stratosphere-Troposphere Exchange from High-Precision Carbon Dioxide and Carbon Monoxide Profile Measurements

The balloon-borne Aircore campaign was conducted in Inner Mongolia,China,on June 13 and 142018,which detected carbon dioxide(CO2)and carbon monoxide(CO)profiles from surface to 24 km,showing strong positive and negative correlations between 8 km and 10 km on 13 and 14 June,*** trajectories,meteorological analyses,and CO2 horizontal distributions were combined to interpret this *** results indicated that the source region experienced a stratospheric intrusion and exhibited a large horizontal CO2 gradient;namely,lower CO concentrations corresponded to higher CO2 concentrations and vice *** laminar structure with multiple origins resulted in the highly negative correlation between CO2 and CO in the upper troposphere on 14 *** contribution of stratospheric air mass to the upper troposphere and that of tropospheric air mass to the lower stratosphere were 26.7%and24.3%,respectively,based on a mass balance *** interesting phenomenon is that CO2 and CO concentrations increased substantially at approximately 8 km on 13 *** analysis based on the backward trajectory implied that the air mass possibly came from anthropogenic *** slope of CO2/CO representing the anthropogenic sources was 87.3 ppm *** addition,the CO2 profile showed that there was a large CO2 gradient of 4 ppm km-1 within the boundary layer on 13 June,and this gradient disappeared on 14 June.

为阐明白肋烟烟气不良气息关键成分,利用凝胶色谱和气相色谱-嗅闻-质谱联用(GC-O-MS)技术结合感官评价分别对白肋烟主流烟气粒相物和全烟气捕集产物进行分离及评价分析。结果表明:全烟气捕集产物较主流烟气粒相物的白肋烟不良特征气息明显,利用GC-O-MS技术从白肋烟全烟气捕集物中共鉴定出46种挥发性物质;通过气味活度值结合感官评价鉴定出9种白肋烟烟气关键特征成分,分别为三甲胺、吡啶、3-甲基吡啶、3-乙基吡啶、二甲基三硫、对甲酚、吲哚、3-甲基吲哚、2,3’-联吡啶。本研究明确了白肋烟烟气中不良气息关键成分,可为白肋烟原料质量评价及卷烟配方应用提供参考与指导。

为探究烟叶角质层热解行为及其在热解过程中气相产物释放规律,采用酶法、化学方法分离烟叶角质层,通过扫描电子显微镜和傅里叶红外光谱仪对其进行表征分析,利用热重-傅里叶红外光谱-质谱(TG-FTIR-MS)联用技术检测角质层的热释放行为和热解产物。结果表明,采用酶法和化学方法均可分离烟叶角质层,烟叶角质层的热解可分为失水(50~135℃)、快速脱挥发分(135~595℃)和碳化(595~900℃)3个阶段,其热解产生的气体成分主要包括CH_(4)和CO_(2),气态产物多集中在300~600℃温度区间,其中以羧酸类化合物和甲苯居多。苯系物在250℃左右开始产生,在500~540℃温度区间内达到峰值,而尼古丁的生成量则相对较少。

The terahertz(THz)generation based on difference frequency generation in nonlinear optical crystals pumped by mid-infrared C0_(2)laser has been *** present a comprehensive study of the phase-matching conditions in the GaSe,ZnGeP_(2)and GaAs crystals.A comparison of the characteristics of these crystals as the THz frequency generator is also *** investigation of the conversion efficiency shows that GaSe and GaAs are the most promising nonlinear crystals for the efficient and widely tunable THz generation.
