＜正＞Based on the idea that the accuracy of model could be significantly improved by combing several sub-models,a multiple support vector machine（MSVM） modeling approach is proposed to build the strip thickness model in hot rolling Automatic Gauge control（AGC） *** subtractive clustering is adopted to divide the input space into several clusters,and each cluster subset is built by Least-square support vector *** when the online data constantly increased,the clustering subset is updated on-line by subtractive clustering algorithm,and the parameter of each local model is updated by the recursion *** results of experiment demonstrate the method the effectiveness of the proposed modeling approach,and it has powerful ability of online learning.

This paper focuses on the problem of further relaxing stabilization conditions for the roesser type discretetime 2-D T-S fuzzy system.A novel kind of non-pDC control scheme is proposed to stabilize the closed-loop 2-D T-S fuzzy system,and then less conservative stabilization conditions are developed by using a new non-quadratic Lyapunov function for the underlying 2-D T-S fuzzy *** one fixed degree of the homogeneous polynomially parameter-dependent matrix,the conservatism could be further reduced by exploiting the algebraic property of fuzzy membership functions and the obtained stabilization conditions may asymptotically approach to exactness in a convergent ***,there are no slack matrix variables introduced in the control synthesis,and hence the computational burden is less than the existing ones while the same or less conservative results could be obtained.A numerical example is also provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed methods.

Blast furnace charging distribution plays an important role in the steel production. The radar data containing the information of present burden surface situation and the cross thermometer data reflecting the trend of burden surface are taken as the training data of fuzzy neural network. The trained network will be used for the future clustering of the data. Considering the demand of energy-saving and consumption-decreasing, the method sets up the basic for the distribution control in the next step. The simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.

The gas–liquid flow behavior of the stirred flow field,the different positions of a single bubble,the initial velocity,the surface tension and the agglomeration of multiple bubbles were studied by CFD numerical *** results show that the pressure distribution and velocity distribution inside the fluid during agitation indicate that the velocity difference between the liquid and the gas phase and the collision between the bubbles caused by the turbulent behavior of the liquid are the important conditions leading to the bubble *** initial bubble positions and initial bubble velocities have important effects on single bubble *** surface tension is an important condition that affects the bubble *** the surface tension coefficient is 0.7,the bubble will be stretched to the smallest degree;when the surface tension coefficient is 0.1,the bubble will be stretched to the largest degree and it will be easily broken into smaller *** multi-bubble results show the states and trajectories of coalescence between *** research results can provide data support for the engineering application of desulfurization process and theoretical guidance for the research of bubble breaking mechanism.

Four chars prepared from pulverized coals were subjected to non-isothermal and isothermal combustion tests in a thermogravimetric analysis （TGA） device. Three different test methods, i. e. , non-isothermal single heat- ing rate （A）, non-isothermal multiple heating rate （B）, and isothermal test （C）, were conducted to calculate the ki- netic parameters of combustion of coal char. The results show that the combustion characteristics of bituminous coal char is better than that of anthracite char, and both increase of heating rate and increase of combustion temperature can obviously improve combustion characteristics of coal char. Activation energies of coal char combustion calculated by different methods are different, with activation energies calculated by methods A, B and C in the range of 103.12-- 153.77, 93.87--119.26, and 46.48--76.68 kJ/mol, respectively. By using different methods, activation energy of anthracite char is always higher than that of bituminous coal char. In non-isothermal tests, with increase of combus- tion temperature, the combustion process changed from kinetic control to diffusion control. For isothermal combus- tion, the combustion process was kinetically controlled at temperature lower than 580 ℃ for bituminous coal char and at temperature lower than 630 ℃ for anthracite char.

Quality-related fault detection attracted more and more attention in quality control and process monitoring. In recent literature, reconstruction based contributions （rBC） are used for isolating faulty variables which affect product quality. If datasets of known faults are available, fault-specific rBCs are used to identify fault types. Otherwise, variable rBCs are used to isolate faulty variables. However, the existing generalized rBC are quite improvable. On one side, fault-specific rBC can not tell faulty variables, which makes it hard to locate fault root. On the other side, it is well known that the variable rBC suffers a lot from the smearing effect, which provides too many candidates of faulty variables. In the present work, a new usage of rBC is derived to select faulty variables without smearing effect on non- faulty variables. The benchmark examples of Tennessee Eastman （TE） process is used to demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed approach for quality-related fault diagnosis.

热轧过程是钢铁制造全流程承上启下的重要环节,其安全生产与高效运行对钢铁工业的高质量发展具有重要意义。由于热轧过程工况复杂多变、层级分工明确、回路互联耦合,多个工序、设备、子系统或控制回路可能同时发生或先后级联出现故障,使得热轧过程故障诊断理论与方法成为过程控制领域的研究热点。从分析热轧过程特点与主要故障类型出发,重点总结了数据驱动的热轧过程故障诊断方法的研究现状,定性分析了主流方法的优势和劣势,梳理了热轧过程故障诊断中存在的问题,并进一步展望了热轧过程故障诊断方法未来的发展方向。

Influence of non-iso-velocity casting on flow-field index of a 41-ton six-strand Tundish by physical and numerical modeling

The flow-field index in a 41-ton six-strand tundish is considered through adjusting the ratio of the casting velocity between the strands to eliminate the negative impact of iso-velocity casting in multi-strand tundish on the consistency of each strand due to the large ratio of length to width with narrow shape structure,resulting in poor consistency of each *** particular,the response time of strand-1 and strand-6 is relatively long,which affects the uniformity of the temperature field and flow field of the entire *** the basis of verifying that the error between the numerical simulations and hydraulic experiments is less than 6%,six cases with the casting velocity ratio changing from 0.8 to 1.3(with an interval of 0.1)are considered by calculation of numerical *** is concluded that the consistency of each flow can be obviously improved by increasing the casting velocity ratio between side-strand and *** increasing the casting velocity ratio,the flow field in the tundish became much active,the temperature field presented well uniformity,and the tracer concentration distribution in local dead zones was improved.
