Chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)is an important stage of precancerous lesions of gastric *** treatment and regulation of CAG are essential to prevent its progression to *** Chinese medicine(TCM)has shown multi-targeted efficacy in CAG treatment,with advantages in enhancing gastric mucosal barrier defense,improving microcirculation,modulating inflammatory and immune responses,and promoting lesion healing,*** studies and meta-analyses indicate that TCM provides significant benefits,with specific Chinese herbal compounds and monomers demonstrating protective effects on the gastric mucosa through mechanisms including anti-inflammation,antioxidation,and regulation of cellular proliferation and apoptosis,***,it is pointed out that the efficacy of TCM in the treatment of CAG requires standardized research and unified standards,and constantly clarifies and improves the evaluation criteria of each dimension of gastric mucosal barrier function.

Zinc-ion hybrid capacitors (ZIHCs) have received increasing attention as energy storage devices owing to their low cost,high safety,and environmental ***,their progress has been hampered by low energy and power density,as well as unsatisfactory long-cycle stability,mainly due to the lack of suitable electrode *** this context,we have developed manganese single atoms implanted in nitrogen-doped porous carbon nanosheets (MnSAs/NCNs) using a metal salt template method as cathodes for *** metal salt serves a dual purpose in the synthesis process:It facilitates the uniform dispersion of Mn atoms within the carbon matrix and acts as an activating agent to create the porous *** applied in ZIHCs,the MnSAs/NCNs electrode demonstrates exceptional performance,including a high capacity of 203 m Ah g^(-1),an energy density of 138 Wh kg^(-1)at 68 W kg^(-1),and excellent cycle stability with 91%retention over 10,000 *** calculations indicate that the introduced Mn atoms modulate the local charge distribution of carbon materials,thereby improving the electrochemical *** work demonstrates the significant potential of carbon materials with metal atoms in zinc-ion hybrid capacitors,not only in enhancing electrochemical performance but also in providing new insights and methods for developing high-performance energy storage devices.

Comprehensive utilization of phosphogypsum（PG） has attracted much attention,especially for the recovery of rare earth elements（REEs） and gypsum due to the issues of stockpile,environmental pollution,and waste of associated *** utilization methods suffered the issues of low REEs leaching efficiency,huge amount of CaSO4saturated wastewater and high recovery *** solve these issues,this study investigated the occurrence of REEs in PG and the leaching of *** results show that REEs in PG are in the forms of（1） REEs mineral inclusions,（2） REEs isomorphous substitution of Ca2+in gypsum lattice,（3） dispersed soluble REEs *** leaching results demonstrate that（1） the dissolution of gypsum matrix is the control factor of REEs leaching;（2） H2SO4is a promising leachant considering the recycle of leachate;（3） the gypsum matrix suffers a recrystallization during the acid leaching and releases the soluble REEs from PG to aqueous *** the recovery of the undissolved REEs mineral inclusions,wet sieving concentrated 37.1 wt% of the REEs in a 10.7 wt% mass,increasing REEs content from 309 to 1071 ***,a green process combining gravity separation and hydrometallurgy is *** process owns the merits of wastewater free,considerable REEs recovery（about 10% increase compared with traditional processes）,excellent gypsum purification（>95 wt%CaSO4·2H2O,with lical leaching）.

Food is a critical environmental factor that influences animal survival, especially for small passerines due to their high mass-specific metabolic rates. Basal metabolic rate（BMR） reflects the energy expended by endothermic animals for basic physiological processes and constitutes a major part of their daily energy budget. Some birds have been shown to employ compensatory mechanisms during food shortages, temporarily reducing these selfmaintenance expenditures without using hypothermia. However, the mechanisms of BMR adjustment remain unexplored. In the present study, we assessed the phenotypic variation in basal thermogenesis of Eurasian Tree Sparrows（Passer montanus） by comparing a control group to groups fasted for 6, 12, 18, and 24 h. We focused on the correlation between a reduction in energy metabolism and the alterations of cellular metabolic activities, mitochondrial substrate supply, and changes in serum thyroid hormones during fasting. Our data indicated that fasting groups had significantly lower body mass, BMR, body temperature, and body fat content. Furthermore, fasting groups had significantly lower glycogen levels, mitochondrial state 4 respiration and cytochrome c oxidase（CCO） activity in the liver, and CCO activity in pectoral muscle. The levels of avian uncoupling protein（avUCP） m RNA were significantly reduced, while the levels of myostatin protein in pectoral muscle were significantly increased in the fasting groups. Furthermore, the groups subjected to fasting exhibited significantly lower levels of serum glucose, triglyceride, thyroxine（T4）, and triiodothyronine（T3）. Positive correlations were observed between the following pairs of variables: log BMR and log body mass, log body mass and log body fat, log BMR and log state 4 respiration in the liver, log BMR and log CCO activity in the liver and muscle, log BMR and log av-UCP m RNA expression, whereas a negative correlation was observed between log BMR and log myostatin level. The high activity and stability of intermetallic PtCo nanocatalysts toward oxygen reduction reaction make them a top candidate as low-Pt cathode catalysts in proton exchange membrane fuel cells（PEMFCs）.However,forming intermetallic structures typically requires high-temperature annealing,posing a challenge for achieving well-size control and highly ordered *** we report the design and synthesis of bimetallic co re@shell structured precursors for affording high-performance intermetallic PtCo *** fabrication of the core@shell precursor involves using a molecular ligand containing both sulfur and oxygen donors to selectively bind with Pt colloidal nanoparticles as the core and chelate Co ions as the *** high-temperature annealing,the ligand transforms into carbon coatings around alloy nanoparticles,preventing particle sintering;meanwhile,Co ions in the shell can easily diffuse into the Pt core,which helps to increase the thermodynamic driving force for forming intermetallic *** benefits enable us to obtain the catalyst with finely dispersed nanoparticles（～3.5 nm）and a high ordering degree of 72%.With 0.1 mgPt/cm2cathode loading,the catalyst delivers superior performance and durability in PEMFCs,showing an initial mass activity of 0.56 A/mgPt,an initial power density of 1.05 W/cm2at 0.67 V（H2-air）,and a voltage loss of 26 mV at 0.8 A/cm2after the accelerated durability test.

BACKGROUND Colorectal cancer(CRC)is one of the most common malignant gastrointestinal tumors worldwide,with high incidence and mortality *** To investigate the expression significance of the chromatin-remodeling protein MORC family CW-type zinc finger 4(MORC4)as a biomarker in CRC patients,and to explore its relationship with pathological features and *** A total of 143 CRC specimens and 57 adjacent tissue specimens,surgically removed from our hospital between January 2020 and January 2021,were ***4 protein expression was assessed using immunohistochemistry after paraffin *** relationship between MORC4 protein expression and clinicopathological characteristics of patients was ***-Meier survival curves were plotted to analyze the relationship between MORC4 protein expression and prognosis in CRC *** Compared with adjacent tissues,the expression rate of MORC4 protein in CRC tissues was significantly higher(P0.05).However,significant differences were found in the high expression rate of MORC4 protein in patients with different degrees of differentiation,lymph node metastasis,distant metastasis,tumor-lymph node-metastasis stage,and serum carcinoembryonic antigen levels(P<0.05).Compared with patients with low MORC4 expression,patients with high MORC4 expression had a worse prognosis(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The upregulation of MORC4 expression in CRC patients is closely related to disease severity and prognosis,suggesting its potential as an evaluation biomarker,which warrants further investigation.

Tumor metastasis accounts for over 90%of tumor-related deaths,prompting the development of fluorescently labeled tumor-specific molecular imaging agents for differentiating tumors from normal ***,early detection of metastasis lesions by tracking tumor markers alone has proven to be ***,we reported a glycopeptide-based bispecific fluorescence probe(bsProbe)for earlier detection of bladder cancer and *** simultaneously recognition(tumor&tumor microenvironment)and in vivo self-assembly,the tumor accumulation of bsProbe(12.3%ID/g)was obviously increased by∼6 fold compared with that in CXCR4 specific fluorescence probe(sProbe),indicating the obvious advantages of bsProbe over existing tumor metastasis detection ***,bsProbe substantially broadens the tumor diagnosis window and enhances the detection signal to noise ratio(SNR:approximately 9.5),permitting early diagnosis of lung micro-metastasis(∼1 mm),precise identifying of tumor boundaries and micro-tumors in orthotopic tumor *** importantly,bsProbe was demonstrated to distinguish malignant from benign specimen with a specificity of 90.48%and sensitivity of 92.22%in 195 clinical specimens of bladder cancer *** together,this novel synergetic targeting(CD206×CXCR4)strategy provides an attractive method for earlier detection of bladder cancer and metastasis,which might be further extended to the imaging-guided surgery of clinical invisible tumors.
