DMPP （3,4-dimethylpyrazole phosphate） has been used to reduce nitrogen （N） loss from leaching or denitrification and to improve N supply in agricultural land. However, its impact on soil nitrifying organisms and enzyme activities involved in N cycling is largely unknown. Therefore, an on-farm experiment, for two years, has been conducted, to elucidate the effects of DMPP on mineral N （NH4^＋- N and NO3^--N） leaching, nitrifying organisms, and denitrifying enzymes in a rice-oilseed rape cropping system. Three treatments including urea alone （UA）, urea ＋ 1% DMPP （DP）, and no fertilizer （CK）, have been carded out. The results showed that DP enhanced the mean NH4^＋-N concentrations by 19.1%-24.3%, but reduced the mean NO3^--N concentrations by 44.9%-56.6% in the leachate, under a two-year rice-rape rotation, compared to the UA treatment. The population of ammonia oxidizing bacteria, the activity of nitrate reductase, and nitrite reductase in the DP treatment decreased about 24.5%-30.9%, 14.9%-43.5%, and 14.7%-31.6%, respectively, as compared to the UA treatment. However, nitrite oxidizing bacteria and hydroxylamine reductase remained almost unaffected by DMPP. It is proposed that DMPP has the potential to either reduce NO3^--N leaching by inhibiting ammonia oxidization or N losses from denitrification, which is in favor of the N conversations in the rice-oilseed rape cropping system.

目的探讨不一致性淋巴瘤的临床病理学特征.方法结合临床、影像学、病理形态和免疫组织化学检测,对1例不一致性颈部淋巴结结节硬化型霍奇金淋巴瘤及甲状腺左叶及峡部弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤进行病理分析,并复习相关文献.结果患者,女性,46岁,以甲状腺双叶实性肿物及双颈部多发淋巴结肿大为首发症状,手术切除甲状腺双叶及颈部淋巴结,术后病理诊断为不一致性淋巴瘤,右颈及部分左颈部淋巴结为经典型霍奇金淋巴瘤,甲状腺左叶及峡部为弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤.结论不一致性淋巴瘤较为罕见,表现形式多样,且发生的解剖部位不同,应引起临床和病理医师的足够重视,其治疗方案及预后判断由恶性程度高的肿瘤类型决定.

BACKGROUND Return to work(RTW)serves as an indication for young and middle-aged colorectal cancer(CRC)survivors to resume their normal social ***,these survivors encounter significant challenges during their RTW ***,scientific research is necessary to explore the barriers and facilitating factors of returning to work for young and middle-aged CRC *** To examine the current RTW status among young and middle-aged CRC survivors and to analyze the impact of RTW self-efficacy(RTW-SE),fear of progression(FoP),eHealth literacy(eHL),family resilience(FR),and financial toxicity(FT)on their RTW *** A cross-sectional investigation was adopted in this *** September 2022 to February 2023,a total of 209 participants were recruited through a convenience sampling method from the gastrointestinal surgery department of a class A tertiary hospital in *** investigation utilized a general information questionnaire alongside scales assessing RTW-SE,FoP,eHL,FR,and *** analyze the factors that influence RTW outcomes among young and middle-aged CRC survivors,Cox regression modeling and Kaplan-Meier survival analysis were *** A total of 43.54%of the participants successfully returned to work,with an average RTW time of 100 *** regression univariate analysis revealed that RTW-SE,FoP,eHL,FR,and FT were significantly different between the non-RTW and RTW groups(P<0.05).Furthermore,Cox regression multivariate analysis identified per capita family monthly income,job type,RTW-SE,and FR as independent influencing factors for RTW(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The RTW rate requires further *** levels of RTW-SE and FR were found to significantly increase RTW among young and middle-aged CRC *** professionals should focus on modifiable factors,such as RTW-SE and FR,to design targeted RTW support programs,thereby facilitating their timely reintegration into mainstream society.

Li–CO_(2) batteries are considered promising energy storage systems in extreme environments such as Mars;however,severe performance degradation will occur at a subzero temperature owning to the sluggish reaction ***,a photo-energized strategy adopting sustainable solar energy in wide working temperature range Li–CO_(2) battery was achieved with a binder-free MoS_(2)/carbon nanotube(CNT)photo-electrode as *** unique layered structure and excellent photoelectric properties of MoS_(2) facilitate the abundant generation and rapid transfer of photo-excited carriers,which accelerate the CO_(2) reduction and Li_(2)CO_(3) decomposition upon *** illuminated battery at room temperature exhibited high discharge voltage of 2.95 V and mitigated charge voltage of 3.27 V,attaining superior energy efficiency of 90.2%and excellent cycling stability of over 120 *** at an extremely low temperature of−30℃,the battery with same electrolyte can still deliver a small polarization of 0.45 V by the photoelectric and photothermal synergistic mechanism of MoS_(2)/CNT *** work demonstrates the promising potential of the photo-energized wide working temperature range Li–CO_(2) battery in addressing the obstacle of charge overpotential and energy efficiency.

The development of nanozymes with excellent intrinsic oxidase-like activity and specificity has received increasing ***(GDY)could be a promising choice for designing nanozymes with enhanced oxidase(OXD)-like activity due to its unique structure and ***,Co-N-GDY with high OXD activity but no peroxidase(POD)activity was synthesized by codoping of cobalt(Co)and nitrogen(N)into GDY and compared with other GDY-based nanozymes(including GDY,Co-GDY,and N-GDY).Upon analyzing the doping effect of Co and N on the OXD-like and POD-like activities,we found that the combination of Co and N in GDY played a significant role in enhancing the OXD-like activity,and even reversed the POD-like activity of N-GDY to OXD-like activity of *** electrochemical experiment and the theoretical calculations provided an explanation for the mechanism and showed that the activity was closely linked to the reduction ability of O_(2) or H_(2)O_(2) on the nanozyme substrates,which was determined by the ratedetermining step of the catalytic reaction.

BACKGROUND Esophageal stricture ranks among the most significant complications following endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD).Excessive fibrotic repair is a typical pathological feature leading to stenosis after *** To examine the effectiveness and underlying mechanism of Kangfuxin solution(KFX)in mitigating excessive fibrotic repair of the esophagus *** Pigs received KFX at 0.74 mL/kg/d for 21 days after esophageal full circumferential *** examinations occurred on days 7 and 21 *** vitro,recombinant transforming growth factor(TGF)-β1(5 ng/mL)induced a fibrotic microenvironment in primary esophageal fibroblasts(pEsF).After 24 hours of KFX treatment(at 1.5%,1%,and 0.5%),expression ofα-smooth muscle actin-2(ACTA2),fibronectin(FN),and type collagen I was *** signaling was analyzed,including TGF-β1,Smad2/3,and phosphor-smad2/3(p-Smad2/3).RESULTS Compared to the Control group,the groups treated with KFX and prednisolone exhibited reduced esophageal stenosis,lower weight loss rates,and improved food tolerance 21 d after *** treatment,Masson staining revealed thinner and less dense collagen fibers in the submucosal ***,the expression of fibrotic effector molecules was notably ***,KFX downregulated the transduction levels of fibrotic functional molecules such as TGF-β1,Smad2/3,and p-Smad2/*** vitro,pEsF exposed to TGF-β1-induced fibrotic microenvironment displayed increased fibrotic activity,which was reversed by KFX treatment,leading to reduced activation of ACTA2,FN,and collagen *** 1.5%KFX treatment group showed decreased expression of p-Smad 2/3 in TGF-β1-activated *** KFX showed promise as a therapeutic option for post-full circumferential esophageal ESD strictures,potentially by suppressing fibroblast fibrotic activity through modulation of the TGF-β1/Smads signaling pathway.

This paper studies a class of general BAM neural networks with multiple delays. Em- ploying the exponential dichotomy theory and fixed point method, together with constructing suitable Lyapunov functionals, easily verifiable delay-independent criteria are established to ensure the exis- tence and global exponential stability of pseudo almost periodic solutions, which not only generalize but also complement some existing ones. These theoretical results are also supported with numerical simulations.
