Ribosomopathies encompass a spectrum of disorders arising from impaired ribosome biogenesis and reduced functionality.Mutation or dysexpression of the genes that disturb any finely regulated steps of ribosome biogenesis can result in different types of ribosomopathies in clinic,collectively known as ribosomopathy genes.Emerging data suggest that ribosomopathy patients exhibit a significantly heightened susceptibility to cancer.Abnormal ribosome biogenesis and dysregulation of some ribosomopathy genes have also been found to be intimately associated with cancer development.The correlation between ribosome biogenesis or ribosomopathy and the development of malignancies has been well established.This work aims to review the recent advances in the research of ribosomopathy genes among human cancers and meanwhile,to excavate the potential role of these genes,which have not or rarely been reported in cancer,in the disease development across cancers.We plan to establish a theoretical framework between the ribosomopathy gene and cancer development,to further facilitate the potential of these genes as diagnostic biomarker as well as pharmaceutical targets for cancer treatment.

Remote Data Auditing for Cloud-Assisted WBANs with Pay-as-You-Go Business Model

As an emerging technology, cloud-assisted wireless body area networks(WBANs) provide more convenient services to users. Recently, many remote data auditing protocols have been proposed to ensure the data integrity and authenticity when data owners outsourced their data to the cloud. However, most of them cannot check data integrity periodically according to the pay-as-you-go business model. These protocols also need high tag generation computation overhead, which brings a heavy burden for data owners. Therefore, we construct a lightweight remote data auditing protocol to overcome all above drawbacks. Our work can be deployed in the public environment without secret channels.It makes use of certificate-based cryptography which gets rid of certificate management problems, key escrow problems, and secret channels. The security analysis illustrates that the proposed protocol is secure. Moreover, the performance evaluation implies that our work is available in cutting down computation and communication overheads.

Straw mulching alters the composition and loss of dissolved organic matter in farmland surface runoff by inhibiting the fragmentation of soil small macroaggregates

Straw mulching is a widespread practice for reducing the soil carbon loss caused by erosion.However,the effects of straw mulching on dissolved organic matter(DOM)runoff loss from black soil are not well studied.How straw mulching affects the composition and loss of runoff DOM by changing soil aggregates remains largely unclear.Here,a straw mulching treatment was compared to a no mulching treatment(as a control)on sloping farmland with black soil erosion in Northeast China.We divided the soil into large macroaggregates(>2 mm),small macroaggregates(0.25-2 mm),and microaggregates(like acid and protein-like components.With straw mulching treatment,the protein-like components in small macroaggregates accumulated and the protein-like components in runoff declined with rain events.Fluorescence spectroscopy technology may help in understanding the hydrological paths of rain events by capturing the dynamic changes of runoff and soil DOM characteristics.A variation partitioning analysis(VPA)indicated that the DOM concentration and composition of microaggregates explained 68.2%of the change in runoff DOM from no mulching plots,while the change in runoff DOM from straw mulching plots was dominated by small macroaggregates at a rate of 55.1%.Taken together,our results demonstrated that straw mulching reduces the fragmentation of small macroaggregates and the loss of microaggregates,thus effecting DOM compositions in soil and reducing the DOM loss in runoff.These results provide a theoretical basis for reducing carbon loss

Combined effects of climate and land-use changes on the alpha and beta functional diversities of terrestrial mammals in China

Climate and land-use changes are predicted to impact biodiversity,threatening ecosystem services and functions.However,their combined effects on the functional diversity of mammals at the regional scale remain unclear,especially at the beta level.Here,we use projected climate and land-use changes in China to investigate their potential effects on the alpha and beta functional diversities of terrestrial mammals under low-and high-emission scenarios.In the current projection,we showed strong positive spatial correlations between functional richness and species richness.Functional evenness (FEve),functional specialization (FSpe),and functional originality (FOri)decreased with species richness,and functional divergence (FDiv) increased first and then plateaued.Functional beta diversity was dominated by its nestedness component,in contrast to the taxonomic facet.Potential changes in species richness are more strongly influenced by land-use change under the low-emission scenario,while under the high-emission scenario,they are more strongly influenced by climate change.Changes in functional richness (FRic) were inconsistent with those in species richness,with a magnitude of decreases greater than predicted from species richness.Moreover,mammal assemblages showed potential functional differentiation (FD) across the country,and the trends exceeded those towards taxonomic differentiation (TD).Our findings help us understand the processes underlying biodiversity responses to global changes on multiple facets and provide new insight for conservation plans.

Background:Atopic dermatitis(AD)affects approximately 10%of adults worldwide.CM310 is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting interleukin-4 receptor alpha that blocks interleukin-4 and interleukin-13 signaling.This trial aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of CM310 in Chinese adults with moderate-to-severe AD.Methods:This multicenter,randomized,double-blind,placebo-controlled,phase 2b trial was conducted in 21 medical institutions in China from February to November 2021.Totally 120 eligible patients were enrolled and randomized(1:1:1)to receive subcutaneous injections of 300 mg CM310,150 mg CM310,or placebo every 2 weeks for 16 weeks,followed by an 8-week follow-up period.The primary endpoint was the proportion of patients achieving≥75%improvement in the Eczema Area and Severity Index(EASI-75)score from baseline at week 16.Safety and pharmacodynamics were also studied.Results:At week 16,the proportion of EASI-75 responders from baseline was significantly higher in the CM310 groups(70%[28/40]for high-dose and 65%[26/40]for low-dose)than that in the placebo group(20%[8/40]).The differences in EASI-75 response rate were 50%(high vs.placebo,95%CI 31%-69%)and 45%(low vs.placebo,95%CI 26%-64%),with both P valueslife Quality Index compared with placebo.CM310 treatment reduced levels of thymus and activation-regulated chemokine,total immunoglobulin E,lactate dehydrogenase,and blood eosinophils.The incidence of treatment-emergent adverse events(TEAEs)was similar among all three groups,with the most common TEAEs reported being upper respiratory tract infection,atopic dermatitis,hyperlipidemia,and hyperuricemia.No severe adverse events were deemed to be attributed to CM310.Conclusion:CM310 at 150 mg and 300 mg every 2 weeks demonstrated significant efficacy and was well-tolerated in adults with moderate-to-severe AD.Tria

Preparation of Molecularly Imprinted Sericin/ Poly（vinyl alcohol） Electrospun Fibers for Selective Removal of Methylene Blue

Sericin（SS）, as an abtmdant and renewable resource in nature, has been proven to be a good adsorbent for metal ions or organic dyes removal. In this study, glutaraldehyde vapor cross-linked sericin-based electrospun fiber adsorbent was developed for the removal of methylene blue（MB） from wastewater. To overcome the problem of decreasing adsorption capacity by excessive functional group cross-linking, MB-imprinted sericin/poly（vinyl alcohol）（PVA） electrospun fiber adsorbent was prepared. Biocompatible PVA was added to the electrospinning solution to improve the spinnability and mechanical property. Scanning electron microscopy（SEM）, Fourier transforms infrared spectroscopy（FTlR）, and so forth were used to confirm their structures and composition. The adsorption performance toward the template molecule MB, including pH effect, adsorption isotherm, adsorption kinetics, adsorption selectivity, and reusability, was investigated. By comparison with non-imprinted sericin/PVA electrospun fibers, MB-imprinted sericin/PVA electrospun fiber adsorbent showed an enhanced and selective adsorption capacity toward MB with a good regeneration and recycling ability. The adsorption test suggests that the resulting MB-imprinted sericin/PVA electrospun fibers are promising adsorbents for MB removal from aqueous system.

钢筋混凝土楼板是火灾中最容易破坏的结构构件,需要对其火灾后的承载能力进行评估并加固。考虑升温阶段、降温阶段及火灾后阶段材料本构关系的不同,考虑高温下混凝土保护层的爆裂对温度场及力学性能的影响,提出了火灾后钢筋混凝土楼板力学性能分析的有限元计算模型。同时,针对典型的钢筋混凝土板加固方法,在前述有限元模型的基础上建立了火灾后加固的钢筋混凝土板有限元计算模型,利用该模型对典型的火灾后加固钢筋混凝土板的承载能力进行了计算分析。模型中采用单元生死技术实现了混凝土高温下的爆裂及火灾后加固的数值模拟,模型可用于火灾后及加固后钢筋混凝土板力学性能的评估。分析表明,经历火灾后,钢筋混凝土板的承载能力降低幅度较大,板存在明显残余挠度。加固后,钢筋混凝土板的承载能力得到较大程度的恢复。

“little Ice Age”(liA)was first introduced by Matthes in 1939 with reference to the phenomenon of cirque glacier regrowth during the Holocene.China is located in the Asian monsoon region,and monsoon circulations on ecological environment have a variety of effects on ecological environment during the liA.However,existing research has little documented on environmental changes based on pollen during the liA.A 100-cm-deep section of drilling was collected at the Kanas wetland,northern Altay.By using the data of pollen and^14C,we obtained vegetation types from the study area,which will providenew evidence of“little Ice Age”in the Altay area.

在对同仁市自然资源资产清查过程中,采用准备工作→数据收集→价值估算→成果汇总→检查验收的清查方法流程。针对清查过程中出现的耗费时间长、部分实物量清查信息缺失、部分数据缺失或不完善等问题,在利用现有资料和实地调查的基础上,创新性提出了针对同仁市清查所采用的宗地图斑编号、不动产数据偏差处理、无矿区范围的处理、矿区范围重叠的处理、空洞无属性图斑处理等技术。通过对同仁市全民所有土地、矿产、森林、草原、湿地等自然资源开展实物量和价值量清查,得到了同仁市自然资源资产情况。结果表明,结合所有自然资源资产清查工作实践,完成各门类自然资源资产数据清查工作的冗余图斑、数据空间信息要素层空洞区域的处理,在一定程度上提升工作成效。研究成果可为自然资源资产清查核算提供参考。
