In recent years,Meloidogyne enterolobii has emerged as a major parasitic nematode infesting many plants in tropical or subtropical ***,the regions of potential distribution and the main contributing environmental variables for this nematode are *** the current climate scenario,we predicted the potential geographic distributions of *** worldwide and in China using a Maximum Entropy(MaxEnt)model with the occurrence data of this ***,the potential distributions of *** were projected under three future climate scenarios(BCC-CSM2-MR,CanESM5 and CNRM-CM6-1)for the periods 2050s and *** in the potential distribution were also predicted under different climate *** results showed that highly suitable regions for *** were concentrated in Africa,South America,Asia,and North America between latitudes 30°S to 30°***16(precipitation of the wettest quarter),bio10(mean temperature of the warmest quarter),and bio11(mean temperature of the coldest quarter)were the variables contributing most in predicting potential distributions of *** addition,the potential suitable areas for *** will shift toward higher latitudes under future climate *** study provides a theoretical basis for controlling and managing this nematode.

Bioinformatic Analysis of Structural Proteins of Paramyxovirus Tianjin Strain

The amino acid sequences of the NP, P, M, F, HN and L proteins of the paramyxovirus Tianjin strain were analyzed by using the bioinformatics methods. Phylogenetic analysis based on 6 structural proteins among the Tianjin strain and 25 paramyxoviruses showed that the Tianjin strain belonged to the genus Respirovirus, in the subfamily Paramyxovirinae, and was most closely related to Sendai virus (SeV). Phylogenetic analysis with 14 known SeVs showed that Tianjin strain represented a new evolutionary lineage. Similarities comparisons indicated that Tianjin strain P protein was poorly conserved, sharing only 78.7% - 91.9% amino acid identity with the known SeVs, while the L protein was the most conserved, having 96.0% - 98.0% amino acid identity with the known SeVs. Alignments of amino acid sequences of 6 structural proteins clearly showed that Tianjin strain possessed many unique amino acid substitutions in their protein sequences, 15 in NP, 29 in P, 6 in M, 13 in F, 18 in HN, and 29 in L. These results revealed that Tianjin strain was most likely a new genotype of SeV. The presence of unique amino acid substitutions suggests that Tianjin strain maybe has a significant difference in biological, pathological, immunological, or epidemiological characteristics from the known SeVs.

Background Diabetic retinopathy （DR） is a leading cause of visual impairment and blindness among the people of occupational age. To prevent the progress of retina injury, effective therapies directed toward the key molecular target are required. Grape seed proanthocyanidin extracts （GSPE） have been reported to be effective in treating diabetic complications, while little is discussed about the functional protein changes. Methods We used streptozotocin （STZ） to induce diabetes in rats. GSPE （250 mg/kg body weight per day） were administrated to diabetic rats for 24 weeks. Serum glucose, glycated hemoglobin and advanced glycation end products （AGEs） were determined. Consequently, 2-D difference gel electrophoresis and mass spectrometry were used to investigate retina protein profiles among control, STZ-induced diabetic rats, and GSPE treated diabetic rats. Results GSPE significantly reduced the AGEs of diabetic rats （P 〈0.05）. Moreover, GSPE significantly suppressed the vascular lesions of central regions, decreased capillary enlargements and neovascularization, similar to those of the control rats under light microscope. Eighteen proteins were found either up-regulated or down-regulated in the retina of STZ-induced diabetic rats. And seven proteins in the retina of diabetic rats were found to be back-regulated to normal levels after GSPE therapy. These back-regulated proteins are involved in many important biological processes such as heat shock, ubiquitin-proteasome system, cell proliferation, cell growth and glucose metabolism. Conclusions These findings might promote a better understanding for the mechanism of DR, and provide novel targets for evaluating the effects of GSPE therapy.

AIM: Cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) has been suggested to be associated with carcinogenesis. We sought to investigate the effect of the selective COX-2 inhibitor, Nimesulide on proliferation and apoptosis of SMMC-7721 human hepatoma ***: This study was carried out on the culture of hepatic carcinoma SMMC-7721 cell line. Various concentrations of Nimesulide (0, 200 micromol/L, 300 micromol/L, 400 micromol/L) were added and incubated. Cell proliferation was detected with MTT colorimetric assay, cell apoptosis by electron microscopy, flow cytometry and ***: Nimesulide could significantly inhibit SMMC-7721 cells proliferation dose-dependent and in a dependent manner compared with that of the control group. The duration lowest inhibition rate produced by Nimesulide in SMMC-7721 cells was 19.06%, the highest inhibition rate was 58.49%. After incubation with Nimesulide for 72 h, the most highest apoptosis rate and apoptosis index of SMMC-7721 cells comparing with those of the control were 21.20%+/-1.62% vs 2.24%+/-0.26% and 21.23+/-1.78 vs 2.01+/-0.23 (Plide can inhibit the proliferation of SMMC-7721 cells and increase apoptosis rate and apoptosis index of SMMC-7721 cells. The apoptosis rate and the apoptosis index are dose-dependent. Under electron microscope SMMC-7721 cells incubated with 300 micromol and 400 micromol Nimesulide show apoptotic characteristics. With the clarification of the mechanism of selective COX-2 inhibitors, These COX-2 selective inhibitors can become the choice of prevention and treatment of cancers.

Diagnostic value of magnetocardiography in patients with coronary heart disease and in-stent restenosis

Background In-stent restenosis （ISR） has become one of the most challenging problems in patients with coronary heart disease. At present, using non-invasive methods to assess ISR is a hot topic. In this investigation we attempted to explore the potential of magnetocardiography （MCG） in diagnosis of in-stent restenosis. Methods MCG was analyzed in 52 patients with coronary artery disease for three times： before stenting, one month and 7 months after successful intracoronary stenting. Results The average classification of total maps （ACTM） and the ratio of abnormal maps （RAM） were lower in 1 month after intracoronary stenting compared with that obtained before stent planting （2.91 vs 2.52, 65.74% vs 42.80%, P〈0.01）, while complex ventricular excitation index （CVEI） increased from -42.63 to -20.05 （P〈0.01）. In ISR subgroup （n=16）, RAM decreased in 1 month after intracoronary stenting compared to it before stenting （68.99% vs 45.26%, P〈0.05）. ACTM increased in 7 months compared to that obtained in 1 month after stenting （3.15 vs 2.51, P〈0.05）. According to the ROC curve, ACTM showed its unique diagnostic value in restenosis patients. The sensitivity and specificity of ACTM were 80.0%, 69.40%, respectively. Its positive predictive value and negative predictive value were 54.6% and 88.5%, respectively. Conclusions After successful intracoronary stenting, most parameters of MCG were improved. ACTM was of prognostic value in diagnosing ISR.

将倒装焊底充胶BGA封装结构简化为含有非完全(单层)周期性微结构的多层板,基于均匀化理论,焊料采用统一型Anand黏塑性本构模型,建立了一种非完全周期结构的热黏弹塑性双尺度分析方法.通过Rayleigh-Ritz法,采用高阶逐层离散模型,耦合解析求解了热循环载荷作用下的宏、细观问题,确定了焊球的热应力应变行为.通过与有限元方法的结果对照,验证了该分析方法是简洁、有效的.算例结果显示,温度载荷、胶层厚度等是影响焊球热黏弹塑性响应的主要因素.
