At the B3PW91/6-311+G(d,p)//MP2/6-311+G(d,p)level,molecular densities,detonation velocities,and detonation pressures of nitroso substituted derivatives of azetidine with their thermal stabilities were investigated to look for high energy density compounds(HEDCs).It was found that the azetidine derivatives had high heat of formation(HOF)and large bond dissociation energy(BDE).Intramolecular hydrogen bonds were located in three molecules(1,4,and 5),and the molecular stability were improved markedly as *** 5 and 6,the detonation performances(D=9.36km/s and 10.80km/s,P=44.42GPa and 60.70GPa,respectively)meet requirements as high energy density *** work may provide basic information for further study of title compounds.

The understanding of light-matter interaction within micro-cavity lays the basic groundwork for many future photon-related technologies and applications. We prepared low quality metal-insulator-metal（MIM） micro-cavity consisting massive two-level broad absorption band dye（Nile Red） excitons, which randomly dispersed in SU-8 polymer negative resist matrix and measured their optical characteristics. New binate transmission peaks with large energy separation（so-called Rabi-splitting phenomenon） and their angular anti-crossing behavior in con- sequence of the interaction between dye excitons and confined photons were observed. It was also confirmed that the separated energy can be tuned by changing the doped exciton concentrations. Time-resolved transient absorption measurements showed that such an interaction is indeed a coherent one but rather a strong coupling one and one can modulate such a coherent mechanism by easily adjusting the detuinng between dye excitons and confined cavity photons. This work may provide a comprehensive and deep understanding for such massive broad absoprtion band excitons-doped MIM micro-cavities and represent a further step to realize optical cavity-modulated devices in future.

Does palynological diversity reflect floristic diversity?A case study from Northeast China

Fossil pollen data can provide important information of past vegetation diversity,on the basis of established relationship between modern palynological and floristic ***,current studies on modern pollen assemblages in China have not examined this relationship ***,we report a case study from Northeast China,aiming to investigate the representation of modern palynological diversity to regional floristic diversity.A total of 87 sets of modern pollen and vegetation data from various vegetation types were applied to assess modern palynological diversity and floristic diversity in Northeast China,and the relationship between palynological and floristic diversity was studied using spatial pattern comparison and correlation ***,to reduce representation bias related to pollen production and dispersal,we calibrated pollen data using the Regional Estimates of Vegetation Abundance from Large Sites(REVEALS)model with Pollen Productivity Estimates(PPEs)and Fall Speeds of Pollen(FSP).The results show that the spatial variations of palynological and floristic richness among vegetation types are similar,and have a good positive correlation(r=0.41,pynological evenness presents a different spatial pattern from floristic evenness,with a weaker positive correlation(r=0.21,p>0.05).The calibration on pollen data using REVEALS model minimized the differences in spatial patterns between palynological and floristic diversity,and improved the correlations between them(richness,r=0.50,py indicates that palynological richness in Northeast China could reflect regional floristic richness in general,and the calibration with REVEALS model is recommended for reconstructing past floristic diversity from pollen data.

Developing efficient and stable catalysts for the electrocatalytic N_(2)reduction reaction(NRR)shows promise in nitrogen ***,we proposed active and stable single-atom catalysts(SACs)toward NRR,where transition metals are anchored on nitrogenated carbon nanotubes(NCNTs).Among the screened nine common transition metals(Ti,V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Mo,Ru,Rh,and Ag)on(4,4)NCNTs,we found Mo-NCNT possesses the most excellent NRR catalytic activity and selectivity with a low overpotential of 0.29 ***,the NRR performance of Mo-NCNT was further engineered by controlling the nanotube diameter,where the lowest overpotential is 0.18 V at a diameter of 9.6Å.In addition,we found a linear scaling relation between*NNH and*NH_(2)on the studied catalysts with the exception of(2,2)and(3,3)Mo-NCNTs,owing to their extremely unstable *** attribute the outstanding NRR performance of Mo-NCNT to the moderate adsorption of N_(2)due to the slightly low d-band center of Mo,and the charge donating and accepting capacity of *** work has provided a deeper insight into designing highefficiency and stable NRR SACs supported by NCNTs.

Activating the cyclic guanosine monophosphate-adenosine monophosphate synthase/stimulator of interferon genes(cGAS/STIng)signaling has emerged as a promising anti-tumor strategy due to the important role of the pathway in innate and adaptive immunity,yet the selective delivery of STIng agonists to tumors following systemic administration remains ***,we develop a nano-STIng agonist-decorated microrobot platform to achieve the enhanced anti-tumor *** ions and the STIng agonist 2’3’-cyclic guanosine monophosphate-adenosine monophosphate(cGAMP)are co-encapsulated in the mitochondria-targeting nanoparticles(mTNPs),which can trigger the release of mitochondrial DNA(mtDNA)by Fenton reactioninduced mitochondria oxidative *** exogenous cGAMP and the endogenous mtDNA can work synergistically to induce potent cGAS/STIng signaling ***,we decorate mTNPs onto Salmonella typhimurium VNP20009(VNP)bacteria to facilitate tumor accumulation and deep *** demonstrate that the systemic administration of this microrobot activates both innate and adaptive immunity,improving the immunotherapeutic efficacy of the STIng agonists.

Food waste(FW)is a major component of municipal solid waste(MSW)in developing countries such as *** digestion(AD)is a widely-applied FW biological treatment method following MSW *** FW diversion from conventional incineration plants,the environmental risk caused by trace toxic pollutants,such as polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins and dibenzofurans(PCDD/Fs),should be *** study investigated a full-scale FW-AD plant in Shenzhen,China,and addressed two important underexplored issues:the distribution patterns of PCDD/Fs during the FW-AD process and PCDD/F emission characteristics of the biogas utilization exhaust *** balance demonstrated a negative balance of 2.48μg I-TEQ/t of raw FW(RFW),thus indicating that AD produced moderate PCDD/F *** detailed findings were as follows:1)PCDD/F toxic equivalents(TEQs)in pure FW(RFW without impurities)were lower than in RFW,indicating that MSW source separation is crucial for decreasing the PCDD/F input into the AD system;2)PCDD/F contents(6.20–8.27 pg I-TEQ/g dry weight)in solid digestate were near the screening value of development land in China’s national standard(GB36600-2018),thus indicating that the potential environmental risk from the land application of solid digestate should be considered;and 3)PCDD/F TEQs(0.001–0.022 ng I-TEQ/Nm^(3))in biogas utilization exhaust gas were roughly equivalent to those produced by MSW incinerators in *** study indicated that compared with co-incineration with other waste,FW-AD will reduce PCDD/F emissions(air)from MSW incineration plants by 12.5%–21.3%at the national level under an FW separation scenario.

BACKGROUND In rare instances,primary liver cancer can be associated with intraocular metastasis(IOM).AIM To investigate the correlation between a diverse range of clinical characteristics and IOM in diabetic patients with primary liver cancer,and to determine potential risk factors in predicting *** We recruited a total of 722 diabetic patients with primary liver *** differences between the IOM and non-intraocular metastasis(NIOM)groups in these patients were assessed using the chi-squared test and Student’s *** logistic regression analysis was subsequently used to determine risk ***,the diagnostic value of IOM in this cohort with primary liver cancer was analyzed by receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve *** In all,13 patients had *** were no remarkable intergroup differences with respect to age,sex,histopathological sub-types,or blood biochemical ***,the IOM group had significantly higher alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)and cancer antigen 125(CA125)values than the NIOM *** logistic regression identified AFP and CA125 to be significant risk factors for IOM in diabetic patients with primary liver *** curve analysis showed that the area under the curve values for AFP and CA125 were 0.727 and 0.796,with the cut-off values of 994.20 ng/mL and 120.23 U/mL,*** sensitivity and specicity for AFP were 92.3%and 59.9%,while those for CA125 were 84.6%and 70.1%,*** Elevated AFP and CA125 represent significant risk factors for IOM in diabetic patients with primary liver cancer.

In China,pig feces is the predominant source of excrement produced b y animal *** use or direct discharge of pig feces can result in contamination of natural water *** source tracking(MST)technology can identify the sources of fecal pollution in environmental water,and contribute to the management of pig fecal pollution by local environmental protection ***,the accuracy of such assays can be context-dependent,and they have not been comprehensively evaluated under Chinese *** aimed to compare the performance of five previously reported nig-specific MST assays(PF,Pig-Bac 1 STBR,Pig-Bac2 SyBR,Pig-1-Bac TaqMan,and Pig-2-Bac TaqMan,which are based on Bacteroidales 16S rRNA gene markers)and apply them in two rivers of North *** collected a total of 173 fecal samples from pigs,cows,goats,chickens,humans,and horses across *** PF assay optimized in this study showed outstanding qualitative performance and achieved 100%specificity and ***,the two SyBR green qPCR assays(Pig-Bac1 SyBR and Pig-Bac2 SyBR)cross-reacted with most non-pig fecal *** contrast,both the Pig-l-Bac TaqMan and Pig-2-Bacr TaqMan assays gave 100%specificity and *** these,the Pig-2-Bac TaqMan assay showed higher *** results regarding the specificity of these pig-specific MST assays differ from those reported in Thailand,Japan,and *** the PF and Pig-2-Bac TaqMan assays,a field test comparing the levels of pig fecal pollution in rivers near a pig farm before and after comprehensive environmental pollution governance indicated that pig fecal pollution was effectively controlled at this location.
