The reconstruction of the tracks of charged particles with high precision is crucial for HEP experiments to achieve their physics *** BESⅢdrift chamber,which is used as the tracking detector of the BESⅢexperiment,has suffered from aging effects resulting in degraded tracking performance after operation for approximately 15 *** preserve and enhance the tracking performance of BESⅢ,one of the proposals is to add one layer of a thin cylindrical CMOS pixel sensor based on state-of-the-art stitching technology between the beam pipe and the drift *** improvement in the tracking performance of BESⅢwith such an additional pixel detector compared to that with only the existing drift chamber was studied using the modern common tracking software Acts,which provides a set of detector-agnostic and highly performant tracking algorithms that have demonstrated promising performance for a few high-energy physics and nuclear physics experiments.

Chimeric antigen receptor(CAR)T-cell therapy that targets B-cell maturation antigen(BCMA)have great potentials in autoimmune diseases and could be novel therapeutics for relapsed/refractory neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder(NMOSD).To evaluate the safety and efficacy of the CT103A,a self-developed BCMA-targeting CAR construct against BCMA,in patients with AQP4-IgG seropositive NMOSD,an ongoing,investigator-initiated,open-label,single-arm,phase 1 clinical trial is conducted at our *** total,12 patients were administered with a CAR-BCMA *** of the 12 patients dosed were women(83.3%),with a median age of 49.5 years(range,30-67).were The most common events of grade 3 or higher were hematologic toxic *** patients(58%)developed infections,but no grade 4 infections *** release syndrome was reported in all patients with only events of grade 1 or 2 *** the follow-up of a median 5.5 months,11 patients had no relapse;all patients generally reported improvement in disabilities and quality-of-life outcomes;11 patients’AQP-4 antibodies in serum showed a downward trend by the cutoff *** T-cell expansion was associated with responses,and persisted more than 6 months post-infusion in 17%of the *** summary,CAR T-cell therapy shows a manageable safety profile and therapeutic potentials for patients with relapsed/refractory AQP4-IgG seropositive *** expansion phase is currently underway to determine the safety and efficacy of CAR T-BCMA infusion in patients with other neuro-inflammatory diseases.

aiM： To investigate the influence of CO2-insufflation pressure on adhesion, invasion and metastatic potential of colon cancer cells based on adhesion molecules expression. METHODS： With an/n vitro artificial pneumoperitoneum model, SW1116 human colon carcinoma cells were exposed to CO2-insufflation in 5 different pressure groups： 6 mmHg, 9 mmHg, 12 mmHg, 15 mmHg and control group, respectively for 1 h. Expression of E-cadherin, ICAM-I, CD44 and E-selectin was meas- ured at 0, 12, 24, 48 and 72 h after CO2-insufflation using flow cytometry. The adhesion and invasion capacity of SW1116 cells before and after exposure to CO2-insufflation was detected by cell adhesion/invasion assay in vitro. Each group of cells was injected intraperitoneally into 16 BALB/C mice. The number of visible abdominal cavity tumor nodules, visceral metas-tases and survival of the mice were recorded in each group. RESULTS： The expression of E-cadherin, ICAM-1, CD44 and E-selectin in SWl116 cells were changed significantly following exposure to CO2 insufflation at different pressures （P 〈 0.05）. The expression of E-cadherin, CD44 and ICAM-1 decreased with increasing CO2-insufflation pressure. The adhesive/ invasive cells also decreased gradually with increasing pressure as determined by the adhesion/invasion assay. In animal experiments, the number of abdominal cavity tumor nodules in the 15 mmHg group was also significantly lower than that in the 6 mmHg group （29.7± 9.91 vs 41.7±14.90, P = 0.046）. However, the survival in each group was not statistically different. CONCLUSION： CO2-insufflation induced a temporary change in the adhesion and invasion capacity of cancer cells in vitro. Higher CO2-insufflation pressure inhibited adhesion, invasion and metastatic potential in vitro and in vivo, which was associated with reduced expression of adhesion molecules.

Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) is highly prevalent among older men, impacting on their quality of life, sexual function, and genitourinary health, and has become an important global burden of disease. Transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate (TUPKP) is one of the foremost surgical procedures for the treatment of BPH. It has become well established in clinical practice with good efficacy and safety. In 2018, we issued the guideline “2018 Standard Edition”. However much new direct evidence has now emerged and this may change some of previous recommendations. The time is ripe to develop new evidence-based guidelines, so we formed a working group of clinical experts and methodologists. The steering group members posed 31 questions relevant to the management of TUPKP for BPH covering the following areas: questions relevant to the perioperative period (preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative) of TUPKP in the treatment of BPH, postoperative complications and the level of surgeons’ surgical skill. We searched the literature for direct evidence on the management of TUPKP for BPH, and assessed its certainty generated recommendations using the grade criteria by the European Association of Urology. Recommendations were either strong or weak, or in the form of an ungraded consensus-based statement. Finally, we issued 36 statements. Among them, 23 carried strong recommendations, and 13 carried weak recommendations for the stated procedure. They covered questions relevant to the aforementioned three areas. The preoperative period for TUPKP in the treatment of BPH included indications and contraindications for TUPKP, precautions for preoperative preparation in patients with renal impairment and urinary tract infection due to urinary retention, and preoperative prophylactic use of antibiotics. aiM:To analyze the clinical manifestations and risk fac-tors of complications in laparoscopic low anterior resection(LAR)for rectal cancer ***:A series of 132 consecutive patients who received laparoscopic LAR for rectal cancer in our center were *** etiology,diagnosis,treatment and prevention of rectal cancer were studied among the patients with surgery-related complications using both univariate and multivariate regression ***:No conversion to open surgery was observed and 5 cases converted to hand-assisted laparoscopic *** overall morbidity rate was 20.5%.Complications occurred during the operation in 7 patients(5.3%),within 30 postoperative days in 24 patients(18.2%),and within 3 mo in 2 patients(1.5%).The most significant complications were anastomotic leak-age(9.1%)and anastomotic hemorrhage(5.3%).Sizeand location of tumor,pathological staging and preoperative nutrition were significant factors associated with LAR complications,while gender,age and pathological type showed no *** logistics regression showed that the size and location of tumor,and pathological staging were independent factors of laparoscopic *** the complications were treated during their onset of clinical manifestations by interventional or conservative ***:Anastomotic leakage is a major com-plication in laparoscopic *** complications may be associated with tumor size and site,and pathological *** therapies are of value in the management of laparoscopic LAR complications.
