Effect of droplet characteristics on liquid-phase distribution in spray zone of internal mixing air-mist nozzle

In continuous casting production,droplet characteristics are important parameters for evaluating the nozzle atomization quality,and have a significant impact on the secondary cooling effect and the slab *** order to study the behavior of atomized droplets after reaching the slab surface and to optimize the spray cooling effect,the influence of droplet diameter and droplet velocity on the migration behavior of droplets in the secondary cooling zone was analyzed by FLUENT *** show that the droplets in the spray zone and on the slab surface are mainly concentrated in the center,thus,the liquid volume fraction in the center is higher than that of either *** the droplet diameter increases,the region of high liquid volume fraction on the slab surface becomes wider,and the liquid phase distribution in the slab width direction becomes *** increasing the droplet velocity at the nozzle exit has little effect on droplet diffusion in the spray zone,the distribution becomes more uneven due to more liquid reaches the slab surface per unit time.A prediction formula of the maximum water flow rate on the slab surface for specific droplet characteristics was proposed based on dimensionless analysis and validated by simulated data.A nozzle spacing of 210 mm was recommended under the working conditions in this study,which ensures effective coverage of the spray water over the slab surface and enhances the distribution uniformity of water flow rate in the transverse direction.

Traditional garnet solid electrolyte(li_(7)La_(3)Zr_(2)O_(12))suffers from low room temperature ionic conductivity,poor air stability,high sintering temperature and energy *** the development prospects of high-entropy materials with high structural disorder and strong component controllability in the field of electrochemical energy storage,herein,a novel high-entropy garnet-type oxide solid electrolyte,li_(5.75)Ga_(0.25)La_(3)Zr_(0.5)Ti_(0.5)Sn_(0.5)Nb_(0.5)O_(12)(LGLZTSNO)was constructed by partially replacing the li and Zr sites in li_(7)La_(3)Zr_(2)O_(12)with Ga and Ti/Sn/Nb elements,*** experimental and density functional theory(DFT)calculation results show that the high-entropy LGLZTSNO electrolyte has preferable room temperature ion conductivity,air stability,interface contact performance with lithium anode,and the ability to suppress lithium *** to the improvement of electrolyte performance,the critical current density of li/Ag@LGLZTSNO/li symmetric cell was increased from 0.42 to 1.57 mA cm^(−2),and the interface area specific impedance(IASR)was reduced from 765.2 to 42.3Ωcm^(2).Meanwhile,the li/Ag@LGLZTSNO/LFP full cell also exhibits excellent rate performance and cycling performance(148 mA h g^(−1)at 0.1 C and 124 mA h g^(−1)at 0.5 C,capacity retention up to 84.8%after 100 cycles at 0.1 C),showing the application prospects of high-entropy LGLZTSNO solid electrolyte in high-performance all solid state lithium batteries.

developing narrow-bandgap organic semiconductors is important to facilitate the advancement of organic photovoltaics(OPVs). Herein, two near-infrared non-fused ring acceptors(NIR NFRAs), PTBFTT-F and PTBFTT-Cl have been developed with A-π_A-π_D-D-π_D-π_A-A non-fused structures. It is revealed that the introduction of electron deficient π-bridge(π_A) and multiple intramolecular noncovalent interactions effectively retained the structural planarity and intramolecular charge transfer of NFRAs, extending strong NIR photon absorption up to 950 nm. Further, the chlorinated acceptor, with the enlarged π-surface compared to the fluorinated counterpart, promoted not only molecular stacking in solid, but also the desirable photochemical stability in ambient, which are helpful to thereby improve the exciton and charge dynamics for the corresponding OPVs. Overall, this work provides valuable insights into the design of NIR organic semiconductors.

Herein,we report the facile synthesis of a highly strained hexabenzocoronene-containing carbon nanoring,cyclo[4]-paraphenylene[2]-2,11-hexabenzocoronenylene([4,2]CPHBC),as the segment of a[10,10]single-walled carbon nanotube([10,10]SWNT).[4,2]CPHBC was synthesized based on the platinummediated assembly of diborylbiphenyl and diborylhexabenzocoronene,forming a tetranuclear platinum complex,followed by reductive *** nanoring molecule was confirmed by NMR and HRMS,and its photophysical properties were studied using steady-state and time-resolved ***,the selective supramolecular host-guest interaction between[4,2]CPHBC and C_(60) was also investigated.

Cows mounting behavior is a significant manifestation of estrus in *** timely detection of cows mounting behavior can make cows conceive in time,thereby improving milk production of cows and economic benefits of the *** methods of mounting behavior detection are difficult to achieve precise detection under occlusion and severe scale change environments and meet real-time ***,this study proposed a Cow-YOLO model to detect cows mounting *** meet the needs of real-time performance,YOLOv5s model is used as the baseline *** order to solve the problem of difficult detection of cows mounting behavior in an occluded environment,the CSPDarknet53 of YOLOv5s is replaced with Non-local CSPDarknet53,which enables the network to obtain global information and improves the model’s ability to detect the mounting ***,the neck of YOLOv5s is redesigned to Multiscale Neck,reinforcing the multi-scale feature fusion capability of model to solve difficulty detection under dramatic scale ***,to further increase the detection accuracy,the Coordinate Attention Head is integrated into ***,these improvements form a novel cow mounting detection model called Cow-YOLO and make Cow-YOLO more suitable for cows mounting behavior detection in occluded and drastic scale changes ***-YOLO achieved a precision of 99.7%,a recall of 99.5%,a mean average precision of 99.5%,and a detection speed of 156.3 f/s on the test *** with existing detection methods of cows mounting behavior,Cow-YOLO achieved higher detection accuracy and faster detection speed in an occluded and drastic scale-change ***-YOLO can assist ranch breeders in achieving real-time monitoring of cows estrus,enhancing ranch economic efficiency.

The cytochrome P450 proteins(CYP450s)have been implicated in catalyzing numerous important biological reactions and contribute to a variety of ***26A1,a member of the CYP450 family,carries out the oxidative metabolism of retinoic acid(RA),the active metabolite of vitamin *** we report that CYP26A1 was dramatically upregulated in the spinal cord after spinal nerve ligation(SNL).CYP26A1 was mainly expressed in spinal neurons and *** analysis displayed that the content of all-trans-RA(at-RA),the substrate of CYP26A1,was reduced in the spinal cord on day 7 after *** of CYP26A1 by siRNA or inhibition of CYP26A1-mediated at-RA catabolism by talarozole relieved the SNL-induced mechanical allodynia during the maintenance phase of neuropathic *** also reduced SNL-induced glial activation and proinflammatory cytokine production but increased anti-inflammatory cytokine(IL-10)*** RA receptors RARα,RXRβ,and RXRγwere expressed in spinal neurons and glial *** promoter of Il-10 has several binding sites for RA receptors,and at-RA directly increased Il-10 mRNA expression in ***,intrathecal IL-10 attenuated SNL-induced neuropathic pain and reduced the activation of astrocytes and ***,the inhibition of CYP26A1-mediated at-RA catabolism alleviates SNL-induced neuropathic pain by promoting the expression of IL-10 and suppressing glial ***26A1 may be a potential therapeutic target for the treatment of neuropathic pain.

The effects of ultrafine WC(WC_(UF),0.5μm) or W(1μm) and C(0.3μm)(W+C)_(UF) additives on the densification,microstructure and mechanical properties of coarse-grained cemented carbides were compared ***,the cemented carbides with WC_(UF)/(W+C)_(UF) additives are almost fully densification to be higher than 99%,and the average grain size is kept above 2.8μ*** WC_(UF) additive assists grains to(truncated)trigonal prism shape by two dimensional(2D) growth,whereas the(W+C)_(UF) additive assists grains to rounded shape by three dimensional(3D) growth,lowers WC contiguity and increases face-centered-cubic *** hardness and bending strength of(75WC_(C)-15WC_(UF))-10Co are 86.6 HRA and 2 272 MPa,respectively,both higher than those of(75WC_(C)-15(W+C)_(UF))-10Co,which could be ascribed to the enhanced densification and unblemished ***,the fracture toughness of the(75WC_(C)-15(W+C)_(UF))-10Co is 23.5 MPa·m^(1/2),higher than that of the(75WC_(C)-15WC_(UF))-10Co due to the uniform WC-Co structure and flexible binder phase.
