The valence electron structure of martensite in Fe-Co-Cr based high-alloy steel is calculated using the em-pirical electron theory of solids and molecules (EET). The results show that the incorporation of cobalt leads to a rise in nA from 0.3835 to 0.4684, which enhances the bonding forces between atoms in a-Fe matrix. Meanwhile, the incorporation of Co changes the valence electron structure of segregated structure units formed by C and other alloying elements, and increases nA for the segregated units containing C-Me sig-nificantly, resulting in changing the precipitation behavior of the secondary phases during tempering and strengtheningthe resistance to tempering.

Aiming at the difficulties of the health status recognition of yellow feather broilers in large-scale broiler farms and the low recognition rate of current models,a novel method based on machine vision to achieve precise tracking of multiple broilers was proposed in this ***’behavior in the breeding environment can be tracked to analyze their behaviors and health status *** improved YOLOv3(You Only Look Once v3)algorithm was used as the detector of the Deep SORT(Simple Online and Realtime Tracking)algorithm to realize the multiple object tracking of yellow feather broilers in the flat breeding chamber,which replaced the backbone of YOLOv3 with MobileNetV2 to improve the inference speed of the detection *** DRSN(Deep Residual Shrinkage Network)was integrated with MobileNetV2 to enhance the feature extraction capability of the ***,in view of the slight change in the individual size of the yellow feather broiler,the feature fusion network was also redesigned by combining it with the attention mechanism to enable the adaptive learning of the objects’multi-scale *** with traditional YOLOv3,improved YOLOv3 achieves 93.2%mAP(mean Average Precision)and 29 fps(frames per second),representing high-precision real-time detection ***,while the MOTA(Multiple Object Tracking Accuracy)increases from 51%to 54%,the IDSW(Identity Switch)decreases by 62.2%compared with traditional YOLOv3-based objective *** proposed algorithm can provide a technical reference for analyzing the behavioral perception and health status of broilers in the flat breeding environment.

In regard to the continuous decline of international oil prices in recent years, how should China's natural gas industry seize the opportunity brought by this round of energy price declines, and how should we meet the challenges posed to the development of the domestic natural gas industry caused by changes in the international energy pattern? These questions deserve serious consideration. Through analysis on the situation of the domestic and overseas oil and gas market, and in combination with China's 13 th Five-Year Plan for energy development, the article proposes the development strategy in response to the low oil prices, aiming to provide countermeasures and suggestions for the long-term stable development of China's natural gas industry.

An ytterbium-doped double-clad fiber laser with one-end pumped by four 915 nm laser diodes(LDs) combined by a homemade multimode fused fiber bundle combiner is proposed. The combiner, fused by splicing four fiber pigtails from diodes, exhibits a good capability of low-loss and a high efficiency of 92.7%.The fiber laser, which can generate a continuous-wave(CW) up to 10.3 W output power at 1104 nm with a homemade D-shape inner cladding ytterbium-doped fiber, is demonstrated. The slope efficiency is about65% and the optical-to-optical conversion efficiency with respect to the pump power is 46% at its maximum output laser power.

In more than 200 years since Edward Jenner successfully developed the first vaccine for combating smallpox, vaccines have played pivotal roles in preventing outbreaks of several infectious diseases, and it could even be asserted that each one of us has benefited from them. The recent severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) outbreak has also demonstrated the importance of vaccines in interrupting the transmission of infectious diseases (Deng and Peng,2020).
