Nitrogen(N)fertilizer application is essential for crop-plant growth and *** genetic loci associated with N-use efficiency(NUE)could increase wheat yields and reduce environmental pollution caused by *** subjected a panel of 389 wheat accessions to N and chlorate(a nitrate analog)treatments to identify quantitative trait loci(QTL)controlling NUE-associated traits at the wheat seedling *** the panel with a 660K single-nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)array,we identified 397 SNPs associated with N-sensitivity index and chlorate inhibition *** SNPs were merged into 49 QTL,of which eight were multi-environment stable QTL and 27 were located near previously reported QTL.A set of 135 candidate genes near the 49 QTL included TaBOX(F-box family protein)and TaERF(ethylene-responsive transcription factor).A Tabox mutant was more sensitive to low-N stress than the wild-type *** developed two functional markers for Hap 1,the favorable allele of TaBOX.

在岩土工程的稳定性分析中一般假定土体材料为均质且各项同性。事实上,由于其复杂的地质成因和天然沉积作用,土体的力学性质受空间位置的不同而发生显著的改变,表现为明显的非均质和各向异性。针对这一问题,基于离散法和极限分析上限定理建立非均质和各向异性填土挡土墙的破坏机制;同时,引入拟动力法考虑了地震力对主动土压力的影响。同等条件下的计算结果与已有文献吻合较好。研究结果表明:填土非均质性和各向异性对主动土压力产生显著影响;地震系数、地震波周期、压缩波波速的增大均导致主动土压力的增大,初始相位差对主动土压力的影响表现出明显的周期特征。

The high content of aluminum(Al)impurity in the recycled cathode powder seriously affects the extraction efficiency of Nickel,Cobalt,Manganese,and lithium resources and the actual commercial value of recycled materials,so Al removal is crucially important to conform to the industrial standard of spent li-ion battery cathode *** this work,we systematically investigated the leaching process and optimum conditions associated with Al removal from the cathode powder materials collected in a wet cathode-powder peeling and recycling production line of spent li-ion batteries(liBs).Moreover,we specifically studied the leaching of fluorine(F)synergistically happened along with the removal process of Al,which was not concerned about in other studies,but one of the key factors affecting pollution prevention in the recovery *** mechanism of the whole process including the leaching of Al and F from the cathode powder was indicated by using NMR,FTIR,and XPS,and a defluoridation process was preliminarily investigated in this *** leaching kinetics of Al could be successfully described by the shrinking core model,controlled by the diffusion process and the activation energy was 11.14 kJ/***,the leaching of F was attributed to the dissolution of liPF6and decomposition of PVDF,and the kinetics associated was described by Avrami *** interaction of Al and F is advantageous to realize the defluoridation to some *** is expected that our investigation will provide theoretical support for the large-scale recycling of spent liBs.

li metal batteries（LMBs） have attracted much attention due to the ultra-high theoretical capacity of the li metal anode（LMA）.However,the uncontrollable dendrites growth and low coulombic efficiency hinder their practical ***,we explore 3,5-difluoropyridine（2F-BD） as a novel electrolyte additive to enable highperformance *** 2F-BD additive participates in and modifies the solvation structure of li ions by reducing the coordinated number of PF6-at the electrode surface,leading to the formation of a liF and li3N-rich solid electrolyte interphase（SEI）.The liF component increases the robustness of SEI and suppresses the formation of li dendrites,while the li3N component facilitates the transportation and reaction kinetics of li *** a result,the li‖li symmetric cell presents a stable cycling performance of up to 500 h at a current density of 1 mA *** coupling with liFePO4cathode,the obtained full cell achieves high specific capacities of 106.06 mA h g-1and 84.98 mA h g-1at 2.55 mA cm-2and 5.10 mA cm-2,respectively,and maintains a high capacity retention of84.0% after 1000 cycles at 0.13 mA cm-2,with an average cycling CE of 99.58%.

Anode-free solid-state lithium metal batteries(AF-SSLBs)have the potential to deliver higher energy density and improved safety beyond lithium-metal ***,the unclear mechanism for the fast capacity decay in AF-SSLBs,either determined by dead li or solid electrolyte interface(SEI),limits the proposal of effective strategies to prolong cycling *** clarify the underlying mechanism,herein,the evolution of SEI and dead li is quantitatively analyzed by a solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance(ss-NMR)technology in a typical liPF6-based polymer *** results show that the initial capacity loss is attributed to the formation of SEI,while the dead li dominates the following capacity loss and the growth rate is 0.141 mA h cm^(−2)cycle−*** reduce the active li loss,the combination of inorganic-rich SEI and self-healing electrostatic shield effect is proposed to improve the reversibility of li deposition/dissolution behavior,which reduces the capacity loss rate for the initial SEI and following dead li generation by 2.3 and 20.1 folds,*** a result,the initial Coulombic efficiency(ICE)and stable CE increase by 15.1%and 15.3%in li-Cu cells,which guides the rational design of high-performance AF-SSLBs.

The plasma membrane Na＋/H＋-antiporter salt overly sensitive1 （SOS1） from the halophytic Arabidopsis-relative Thellungiella halophila （ThSOS1） shows conserved sequence and domain structure with the orthologous genes from Arabidopsis thaliana and other plants. When expression of ThSOSt was reduced by RNA interference （RNAi）, pronounced characteristics of salt-sensitivity were observed. We were interested in monitoring altered transcriptional responses between Thellungiella wild type and thsost-4, a representative RNAi line with particular emphasis on root responses to salt stress at 350 mmol/L NaCI, a concentration that is only moderately stressful for mature wild type plants. Transcript profiling revealed several functional categories of genes that were differently affected in wild-type and RNAi plants. Down-regulation of SOS1 resulted in different gene expression even in the absence of stress. The pattern of gene induction in the RNAi plant under salt stress was similar to that of glycophytic Arabidopsis rather than that of wild type Thellungiella. The RNAi plants failed to down-regulate functions that are normally reduced in wild type Thellungiella upon stress and did not up-regulate functions that characterize the Thellungiella salt stress response. Metabolite changes observed in wild type Thellungiella after salt stress were less pronounced or absent in RNAi plants. Transcript and metabolite behavior suggested SOS1 functions including but also extending its established function as a sodium transporter. The down-regulation of ThSOS1 converted the halophyte Thellungiella into a salt-sensitive plant.

南亚实蝇Zeugodacus tau(Walker)是瓜果蔬菜上重要的检疫性害虫,常导致严重的经济损失。本文旨在明确其在主要寄主作物(丝瓜、“苦瓜桂花”系统)上的空间格局,并根据最适理论抽样数制定了采样方案,以便为该虫管理决策提供科学依据。于2020年7月和9月分别在立架栽培的丝瓜地和“苦瓜桂花”系统采用黄板诱捕实蝇类害虫,用非参数两独立样本t测验分析不同生境南亚实蝇雌、雄成虫种群密度的差异显著性,用2个常用的聚集度指标(C和k)和2个回归模型(Taylor幂回归模型和Iwao的m*-m回归模型)分别分析雌虫、雄虫和“雌虫+雄虫”的空间格局。共诱集实蝇成虫3542头,“苦瓜桂花”系统只诱集到南亚实蝇,丝瓜地诱集到4种果实蝇,其中南亚实蝇占97.2%,为优势种。桂花树上的南亚实蝇雌虫种群密度显著高于苦瓜地(Z=-2.932,P=0.003),为后者的1.87倍;丝瓜地样地Ⅱ中的雌虫种群密度显著大于样地Ⅰ(Z=-7.160,P0,说明个体间相互吸引,分布的基本成分为个体群。对雄虫,α=0.018≈0,β和b>1(t_(c)>t_(t)),揭示其呈聚集分布,分布的基本成分为单个个体。“雌虫+雄虫”β和b>1(t_(c)>t_(t)),α>0,显示其分布的基本成分为个体群,个体群呈聚集分布。雄虫和“雌虫+雄虫”的k c值分别为4.878和7.133,进一步证明了二者呈聚集分布。Blackith种群聚集均数λ>2,表明南亚实蝇成虫聚集是由其本身的行为习性与环境因子共同作用的结果。本文明确了南亚实蝇雌虫、雄虫和“雌虫+雄虫”差异化的分布格局,并制定了理论抽样方案,为南亚实蝇管理决策和绿色防控奠定了基础。

The growth of li dendrites poses potential safety hazard to lithium-ion batteries(liBs),and eliminating li dendrites thoroughly stills face tough difficulties ***,regulating li-plating is a critical optimization-direction to address the ***,a“graphite-li hybrid”anode with high reversibility is realized under the constant-capacity lithiation(CCL).Within CCL,the uniform distribution of li-plating on the graphite surface is successfully *** evolution in different states of solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)is investigated in detail to study the interaction between the potentials and impedance during the process of liintercalation and *** the potential below 0 V and the state of charge(SOC)of 110%relative to the theoretical capacity,the F-rich SEI with high stability is constructed to hinder the emergency of li dendrites and maintain the intact structure of graphite anode under long *** cell presents more than 100%Coulombic efficiency(CE)with the 900 cycles,demonstrating the reversible li-plating and the utilization of *** the CCL half-cell provides a good cycling performance and specific capacity of 900 cycles at 0.5 C,it is attributed to the synergy effect of stable inorganic-rich SEI and regulated active li-plating.
