A new type of photo-electro-chemical catalytic reactor was *** and anode of the new reactor were made of high-purity graphite and titanium dioxide electrode re-spectively.A saturated calomel electrode (SCE) was used as the reference *** the condition of ultraviolet radiation and anodic bias-voltage,acid scarlet 3R was degraded by the process of photoelectrocatalysis with titanium dioxide electrode in anodic compartment,while it was degraded by electrogenerated Fenton’s reagent and hydrogen peroxide through reducing dissolved oxygen with graphite electrode in *** new reactor made the best use of photogenerated holes and photogenerated charge on the anode of the new reactor,which achieved the purpose of degrading acid scarlet 3R in the cathodic and anodic compartments simultaneously,i.e.“two electrodes and double effect”.The experimental results showed that,compared with other photoelectrocatalysis reactors (“two electrodes and single effect” reactor),the new reactor has obviously enhanced the degradation of acid scarlet 3R *** the con-centration of the dye being 30 mg·L?1 in water,under the operating conditions that when the inert supporting electrolyte concentration was 0.02 mol·L?1 sodium sulfate,initial solution pH = 3,and cathodic potential ?Ec = 0.66 V,the highest decolorizing efficiency of 92% was accomplished in cathodic compartment,and that of 60% in anodic compartment.

The magnetism in heavily Dy doped La0.7-xDyxSr0.3MnO3(0.40≤x≤0.70)system is studied in this *** M-T relation seems to be complicated with the increase of *** sample with x=0.40,AFM behavior exists at T≤TN and M-T curves under zero field cooling(ZFC)and field cooling(FC)exhibit typical behavior of spincluster glass state above *** the sample with x=0.50,the M-T curve under ZFC exhibits a valley at a low temperature while the M-T curve under FC exhibits the negative magnetization below *** samples with x=0.60,0.70,their ZFC M-T curves are similar to that of x=0.50,but the FC M-T curves do not exhibit negative values any *** the peculiar phenomena above are well explained by Néel double-lattice model combined with M-H relation at typical *** molecular field theory fits well the negative magnetization for x=0.50.

We have investigated the preparation and properties of Bi3.4Ce0.6Ti3O12 thin films. The Bi3.4Ce0.6Ti3O12 thin films were fabricated on the Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si substrates using sol-gel method. The structure and morphology of the films were characterized us- ing X-ray diffraction and atomic force microscopy. The thin films showed a perovskite phase and dense microstructure. The dielectric constant and the dissi- pation factor of the Bi3.4Ce0.6Ti3O12 thin films were about 172 and 0.031 at 1 kHz, respectively. The 2Pr and 2Ec of the Bi3.4Ce0.6Ti3O12 thin films were 67.1 μC/cm2 and 299.7 kV/cm, respectively, under an applied field of 600 kV/cm. The Bi3.4Ce0.6Ti3O12 film did not show fatigue up to 4.46×109 switching cycles at a frequency of 1 MHz, and showed good insulating behavior according to the test of leakage current.

The enantioselective reduction of keto oxime ether with borane catalyzed by oxazaborolidine is discussed by the density functional theory (DFT) method. The main intermediates and transition states for this reaction are optimized completely at the B3LYP/6-31g(d) level, and the transition states are verified by vibrational modes. As shown, the chirality-controlled steps for this re- action are the hydride transfer from borane to carbonyl carbon and oxime carbon of keto oxime ether, and the chirality for the reduced products is determined in these two reaction steps. In all examined reaction paths, the first hydride is transferred via a six-membered ring and the second hydride via a five-membered ring or a four-membered ring.

We study the critical nuclei morphologies of a binary alloy by the string method. The dynamic equation of the string, connecting the metastable phase (liquid) and stable phase (solid), is governed by Helmholtz free energy for the binary alloy system at a given temperature. The stationary string through the critical nucleus (saddle point) is obtained if the relaxation time of the string is su?ciently large. The critical nucleus radius and energy barrier to nucleation of a pure alloy with isotropic interface energy in two and three dimensions are calculated, which are consistent with the classical nucleation theory. The critical nuclei morphologies are sensitive to the anisotropy strength of interface energy and interface thickness of alloy in two and three dimensions. The critical nucleus and energy barrier to nucleation become smaller if the anisotropy strength of the interface energy is increased, which means that it is much easier to form a stable nucleus if the anisotropy of the interface energy is considered.

Aim:To investigate the effects of the agonists of proteinase activated receptor(PAR)-2,and histamine on degranulation of human mast ***:Humanmast cells were enzymatically dispersed from tonsil and skin *** dis-persed cells were then cultured with various stimuli,and tryptase and histaminelevels in cell supernatants collected from challenge tubes were ***:PAR-2 agonist peptide SliGKV provoked a dose-dependent release of histaminefrom skin mast *** also induced tryptase release from tonsil mast ***-liGRLO appeared less potent than SliGKV in induction of release of histamineand *** was able to induce a"bell"shape increase in tryptaserelease from tonsil mast *** was also able to induce a dose-dependent releaseof histamine from both tonsil and skin mast *** actions of trypsin on mastcells were inhibited by soy bean trypsin inhibitor(SBTI)or α1-antitrypsin(α1-AT).Time course study revealed that both stimulated tryptase or histamine releaseinitiated within 10 s and reached their peak release between 4 and 6 ***-ment of cells with metabolic inhibitors or pertussis toxin reduced the ability ofmast cells to release tryptase or ***:It was demonstrated thatthe in vitro tryptase release properties of human tonsil and skin mast cells sug-gested a novel type of mast cell *** activation of mast cells byPAR-2 agonists indicated a self-amplification mechanism of mast cell degranulation.
