A primary cDNA expression library with a titer of 5.0 × 105 PFU mL-1 was constructed from mRNA extracted from larval Haemaphysalis qinghaiensis ticks in order to identify certain genes,which would then be used as candidate molecules for development of effective vaccines to control this *** 11 positive clones,which designated as HqL01-11,were obtained by immunoscreening of the library using a polyclonal antibody generated in rabbit with larval tick protein *** of sequence analysis from BLASTN searching revealed that 6 of them had no significant homology with the adult *** ticks’ known genes,4 of them had no significant homology with all genes deposited in GenBank ***07,HqL08,HqL09,and HqL11 were deposited to GenBank database,and accession numbers were EF605263,EF605264,EF605265,and EF605266,***,HqL07 and HqL09 were expressed in vitro and the molecular weights of the corresponding expressed products were 60 and 70 kDa,*** blot analyses showed that HqL07 and HqL09 had *** study laid the foundation for future production of genetically engineered vaccines for the immunological control of ***.

Globally,most organic-rich shales are deposited with volcanic ash *** ash,a source for many sedimentary basins,can affect the sedimentary water environment,alter the primary productivity,and preserve the organic matter(OM)through physical,chemical,and biological *** an increasing number of breakthroughs in shale oil exploration in the Bohai Bay Basin in recent years,less attention has been paid to the crucial role of volcanic impact especially its influence on the OM enrichment and hydrocarbon ***,we studied the petrology,mineralogy,and geochemical characteristics of the organic-rich shale in the upper submember of the fourth member(Es_(4)^(1))and the lower submember of the third member(Es_(3)^(3))of the Shahejie Formation,aiming to better understand the volcanic impact on organic-rich shale *** results show that total organic carbon is higher in the upper shale intervals rich in volcanic ash with enriched light rare earth elements and moderate Eu *** indicates that volcanism promoted OM formation before or after the *** positive correlation between Eu/Eu*and Post-Archean Australian Shale indicates hydrothermal activity before the volcanic *** plane graph of the hydrocarbon-generating intensity(S1+S2)suggests that the heat released by volcanism promoted hydrocarbon ***,the nutrients carried by volcanic ash promoted biological blooms during Es_(4)^(1 )and Es_(3)^(3) deposition,yielding a high primary *** blooms consume large amounts of oxygen and form anoxic environments conducive to the burial and preservation of ***,this study helps to further understand the organic-inorganic interactions caused by typical geological events and provides a guide for the next step of shale oil exploration and development in other lacustrine basins in China.

实现量子中继的关键是克服量子储存器中纠缠态的退相干问题.目前,人们常用半导体量子点中的电子自旋来构建纠缠态从而实现量子中继过程.在该过程中,两个半导体量子点之间相距很远,可以认为它们之间没有相互作用.因此,量子点内电子自旋与它周围的核自旋之间的超精细相互作用被认为是导致系统退相干的最重要原因之一.在以前的相关工作中,人们通常将核自旋对电子自旋的超精细相互作用视为一个大小和方向都是随机的并且满足高斯分布的等效磁场.本文在考虑核自旋的等效磁场以及外加磁场的情况下,研究了两个量子点中继系统的退相干问题.首先利用数值方法分别计算了4组Bell基随时间的演化规律,发现当外加磁场增大到一定值时,4组Bell基被分为两类.体系不可能通过时间演化从一类Bell基跃迁到另一类Bell基,而只能在同类的两个Bell基之间相互跃迁.这有效提高了系统的保真度,并且抑制了核自旋对体系纠缠态的影响,从而抑制退相干.其次,对于给定的较大外加磁场,采用解析方法研究了核自旋涨落对纠缠态的影响,给出了初态保真度及退相干时间的解析形式.发现对于相同的核自旋涨落,4组Bell基的退相干时间相同,但是两类Bell基随时间演化的规律不同,其中一类的保真度在指数衰减的同时伴随快速周期性振荡,不便于操控.期望本文的研究能对量子中继过程中纠缠态的选择问题提供理论支持和建议.

Accurate measurement of the three-dimensional(3D)movement of discrete particles is crucial for comprehending complex granular rheology in *** this paper,the acceleration and angular velocity of particles in 3D silos are measured by using a spherical detector based on inertial technology and magnetic positioning *** acceleration of particles is the largest in the center of silos,which suggest that the resistance generated by friction and extrusion is the ***,the angular velocity distribution follows lognormal function except for particles near the *** correlation between acceleration and angular velocity is opposite in different flow *** reveals for the first time that the extent to which the resultant force on the particles affects their rotational motion is related to the flow *** results have practical significance for regulating the granular flow pattern and optimizing the structural design of silos.

In this paper, we are concerned with the Riesz transform on the direct product manifold H^(n)× M,where H^(n) is the n-dimensional real hyperbolic space, and M is a connected complete non-compact Riemannian manifold satisfying the volume doubling property and generalized Gaussian or sub-Gaussian upper estimates for the heat kernel. We establish its weak type(1, 1) property. In addition, we obtain the weak type(1, 1) of the heat maximal operator in the same setting. Our arguments also work for a large class of direct product manifolds with exponential volume growth. Particularly, we provide a simpler proof of weak type(1, 1) boundedness of some operators considered in the work of li et al.(2016).

Versatile stimuli-responsive circularly polarized luminescent(CPL)materials have potential applications in information storage,security encryption,and intelligent *** this study,the Z/E isomerization of ultraviolet(UV)-photosensitive achiralα-cyanostilbene derivative was used as an achiral dichroic dye(Switch)to drive the controllable CPL-active response in cholesteric liquid crystals(CLCs).Under irradiation by 365 nm UV light,the resulting CLCs-Z-Switch underwent a Z-to-E configuration isomerization as CLCs-E-Switch,accompanied by a decrease in its dichroic order parameter(SFvalue)from 0.15to *** the quantum yield(QY)of CLCs-E-Switch increased from 8.1%(CLCs-Z-Switch)to 16.8%,the corresponding glumvalues of CPL emission decreased from+0.55/-0.57 to+0.37/-0.39 due to a decrease in the order of helical arrangement of E-Switch in E7 *** study enables photosensitive CLCs-Switch to be applied for optical information storage devices.
