The advent of chimeric antigen receptor(CAR)-T cell immunotherapies has led to breakthroughs in the treatment of hematological ***,their success in treating solid tumors has been ***-natural killer(NK)cells have several advantages over CAR-T cells because NK cells can be made from pre-existing cell lines or allogeneic NK cells with a mismatched major histocompatibility complex(MHC),which means they are more likely to become an"off-the-shelf"***,they can kill cancer cells via CAR-dependent/independent pathways and have limited *** are the most malleable immune cells in the *** cells can efficiently infiltrate into tumors and are present in large numbers in tumor microenvironments(TMEs).Importantly,CAR-macrophages(CAR-Ms)have recently yielded exciting preclinical results in several solid ***,CAR-T,CAR-NK,and CAR-M all have their own advantages and *** this review,we systematically discuss the current status,progress,and the major hurdles of CAR-T cells,CAR-NK cells,and CAR-M as they relate to five aspects:CAR structure,therapeutic mechanisms,the latest research progress,current challenges and solutions,and comparison according to the existing research in order to provide a reasonable option for treating solid tumors in the future.

The number of trichomes significantly increased in CRISPR/Cas9-edited BrrTCP4b turnip(Brassica rapa ***)***,the underlying molecular mechanism remains to be *** this study,we performed the Y2H screen using BrrTCP4b as the bait,which unveiled an interaction between BrrTCP4b and BrrTTG1,a pivotal WD40-repeat protein transcription factor in the MYB-bHLH-WD40(MBW)*** physical interaction was further validated through bimolecular luciferase complementation and ***,it was found that the interaction between BrrTCP4b and BrrTTG1 could inhibit the activity of MBW complex,resulting in decreased expression of BrrGL2,a positive regulator of trichomes *** contrast,AtTCP4 is known to regulate trichomes development by interacting with AtGL3 in Arabidopsis ***,this study revealed that BrrTCP4b is involved in trichome development by interacting with BrrTTG1 in turnip,indicating a divergence from the mechanisms observed in model plant *** findings contribute to our understanding of the regulatory mechanisms governing trichome development in the non-model plants turnip.

Modeling experiences of traditional grey-Markov show that the prediction results are not accurate when analyzed data are rare and *** it is necessary to revise or improve the original modeling procedure of the grey-Markov(GM)***,a new idea is brought forward that the Markov theory is used twice,where the first time is to extend the original data and the second to calculate and estimate the residual *** by comparing the original data sequence from a fault prediction case with the simulation sequence produced by the use of GM(1,1) and the new GM method,results are conforming to the original ***,an assumption of GM model is put forward as the future work.

Medical dialogue generation(MDG) is applied for building medical dialogue systems for intelligent consultation. Such systems can communicate with patients in real time, thereby improving the efficiency of clinical diagnosis. However, predicting correct entities and correctly generating distinct responses remain a great challenge. Inspired by actual doctors’ responses to patients, we consider MDG a two-stage task: entity prediction and dialogue generation. For entity prediction, we design an ent-mac post pre-training strategy by leveraging external medical entity knowledge to enhance the pre-trained model. For dialogue generation, we propose an entity-aware fusion MDG method in which predicted entities are integrated into the dialogue generation model through different encoding fusion mechanisms, using information from different sources. Because the diverse beam search algorithm can produce responses with entities that deviate from the predicted entities, an entity-revised diverse beam search is proposed to correct the entities entailed in the generated responses and make the generated responses more distinct. The experimental results on the China Conference on Knowledge Graph and Semantic Computing 2021(A/B tests) and the International Conference on Learning Representations 2021(online test) datasets show that the proposed method outperforms several state-of-the-art methods, which demonstrates its practicability and effectiveness.

闽农科3号是以自交系15H1024-1-1-1-1-1-1为母本,以15H2046-2-1-1-1-1-1为父本配制而成的无限生长类型番茄一代杂种。植株生长势强,半蔓生,中早熟,始花节位第9~12节;果实近圆形,大红色,鲜艳有光泽,果脐小,果面光滑无棱沟,不易产生畸形果和裂果,耐贮藏;单果质量180~240 g,可溶性固形物含量4.2%,番茄红素含量36.1 mg·kg^(-1),糖酸比0.61,田间对番茄黄化曲叶病毒病(TYLCV)的抗性明显强于对照ZX252,每667 m2产量5 000 kg左右,适宜福建省秋冬季大棚栽培。

Land dissection density(LDD)provides morphological evidence regarding prior intense soil erosion and quantifies the distribution of land dissections.A comprehensive understanding of the potential factors influencing the spatial pattern and value of the LDD is vital in geological disasters,soil erosion,and other related *** dissection phenomena in China affects large areas with different morphological,pedological,and climatic *** studies have focused on the potential factors influencing the LDD at a watershed ***,these results are insufficient to reflect the status quo of dissection development and its primary influencing factors on a national ***’s spatial patterns and the dominant factors at a regional scale in millions of square kilometers remain to be *** study used the geomorphon-based method and the geographical detector model to quantify the spatial pattern of LDD over China and identify the dominant factors affecting this pattern in China’s six first-order geomorphological regions(GR1~GR6).The results yield the following findings:(1)LDD in China ranges from 0~4.55 km/km^(2),which is larger in central and eastern regions than in other regions of China;(2)dominant factors and their dominant risk subcategories vary with each geomorphological region’s primary internal and external forces;(3)the influence of natural factors is more significant on the large regional scale in millions of square kilometers compared to anthropogenic factors;relief degree of land surface(RDLS)is dominant in GR1,GR2,and GR5;the slope is dominant in GR6,soil type is dominant in GR3 and GR4,and lithology plays a critical role in the dominant interactions of GR3,GR4,and GR6;(4)the interactions between factors on LDD’s spatial pattern have a more significant effect than individual factors.

An ocean-land-atmosphere coupled model for tropical cyclone landfall processes: The multi-layer ocean model and its verification

POM (Princeton ocean model) tentatively taken as the ocean part of an ocean-land atmosphere coupled modcl is verified for the ultimate purpose of studying the landfall process of tropical cyclone (TC) in the western North Pacific. The POM is tested with monthly mean wind stress in the summer and given lateral boundary conditions. The results indicate that the equilibrium state of the ocean is in accordance with the climate mean, with the error in sea surface temperature (salinity) less than 0.5 ℃ (0.5). The simulated occan currents are reasonable as *** numerical experiments are designed to verify the oceanic response to a stationary or moving TC. It is found that the results agree fairly well with the previous work, including both the drop magnitude and the distribution ofsca temperature. Compared with the simple two-layer ocean model used by some other studies, the response of the ocean to a TC is more logical here. The model is also verified in a real case with a TC passing the neighborhood of a buoy station. It is shown that the established ocean model can basically reproduce the sea surface temperature change as observed.

The microstructure of polyurethane foam is disordered, which influences the foam heat conduction process significantly. In this paper foam structure is described by using the local area fractal dimension in a certain small range of length scales. An equivalent element cell is constructed based on the local fractal dimensions along the directions parallel and transverse to the heat flux. By use of fractal void fraction a simpli- fied heat conduction model is proposed to calculate the effective thermal conductivity of polyurethane foam. The predicted effective thermal conductivity agrees well with the ex- perimental data.

【目的】探明不同有机肥配施对雪茄烟生长和产质量的影响,为合理施用有机肥和制定优质雪茄烟的化学成分行业标准提供参考。【方法】以雪茄烟品种云雪39为试验材料,研究常规施肥(CK)、常规施肥+豆粕200 g/株(A1)、常规施肥+棉籽粕200 g/株(A2)和常规施肥+芝麻饼200 g/株(A3)对雪茄烟农艺性状、叶片厚度、鲜叶产量和常规化学成分协调性的影响。【结果】不同有机肥处理对雪茄烟生长发育的影响存在差异。株高为86.67~136.22 cm,常规施肥+豆粕200 g/株处理较CK显著降低26.06%,常规施肥+棉籽粕200 g/株和常规施肥+芝麻饼200 g/株处理较CK显著提高16.21%和9.01%;茎围为6.83~7.42 cm,常规施肥+豆粕200 g/株处理较CK显著降低5.66%,其余处理间差异不显著;叶长为47.19~53.49 cm,常规施肥+豆粕200 g/株和常规施肥+棉籽粕200 g/株处理分别较CK显著降低11.78%和6.15%,常规施肥+芝麻饼200 g/株处理与CK无显著差异;各处理的叶宽和有效叶片数差异均不显著。不同处理烟株上部叶的叶片厚度差异均不显著;常规施肥+芝麻饼200 g/株处理烟株的中部叶和下部叶厚度分别较CK显著降低9.0%和8.7%,其余处理间显著不差异,且中部叶和下部叶的叶片厚度均为常规施肥+豆粕200 g/株>CK>常规施肥+棉籽粕200 g/株>常规施肥+芝麻饼200 g/株。鲜叶产量为1120.28~13572.10 kg/hm^(2),依次为常规施肥+棉籽粕200 g/株>常规施肥+芝麻饼200 g/株>CK>常规施肥+豆粕200 g/株。雪茄烟的农艺性状和烟叶常规化学成分协调性综合得分为常规施肥+芝麻饼200 g/株(2.80分,82.48分)>常规施肥+棉籽粕200 g/株(1.23分,81.63分)>CK(-0.75分,81.11分)>常规施肥+豆粕200 g/株(-2.42分,77.74分)。【结论】常规施肥+芝麻饼200 g/株和常规施肥+棉籽粕200 g/株有利于促进雪茄烟的生长发育,提高鲜叶产量,改善烟叶常规化学成分协调性,可在烤烟生产中推广应用。
