Secure hash function based on chaotic tent map with changeable parameter

A new algorithm for a novel hash function, based on chaotic tent map with changeable parameter, is proposed and analyzed. The one dimensional and piecewise tent map with changeable parameters decided by the position index of blocked messages is chosen, and blocked massages translated into ASCII code values are employed as the iteration time of the chaotic tent map. The final 128-bit hash value is generated by logical XOR operation on intermediate hash values. Theoretical analysis and computer simulation indicate that the proposed algorithm can satisfy the performance requirements of hash function.

Multifunctional core-shell nanostructures formed by integration of distinct components have received wide attention as promising biological platforms in recent years. In this work, crystalline zeolitic imidazolate framework-8 （ZIF-8）, a typical metal-organic framework （MOF）, is coated onto single gold nanorod （AuNR） core for successful realization of synergistic photothermal and chemotherapy triggered by near-infrared （NIR） light. Impressivel）~ high doxorubicin hydrochloride （DOX） loading capacity followed by pH and NIR light dual stimuli-responsive DOX release can be easily implemented through formation and breakage of coordination bonds in the system. Moreover, under NIR laser irradiation at 808 nm, these novel AuNR@MOF core-shell nanostructures exhibit effective synergistic chemo-photothermal therapy both in vitro and in vivo, confirmed by cell treatment and tumor ablation via intravenous injection.

The inhibition behavior of polyaspartic acid(PASP)as an environment-friendly corrosion inhibitor for WE43 magnesium alloy was investigated in 3.5 wt.%NaCl solution by means for EIS measurement,potentiodynamic polarization curve,and scanning electron *** results show that PASP can inhibit the corrosion of WE43 magnesium *** maximum inhibition efficiency is achieved when PASP concentration is 400 ppm in this study.

Four multi-catheterized lactating goats were used in a 4×4 Latin square experiment to investigate the responses of amino acid metabolism in portal-drained viscera(PDV),liver,and mammary glands to short-term varying supplies of methionine(Met).During the last 45 h in each experimental period,goats were fasted for 12 h and then abomasally infused with an amino acid(AA)mixture plus glucose for 33 *** consisted of graded removal of Met from an infused AA mixture to achieve Met content in the infusate of 100%(complete),60%,30%,or 0%that in *** Met removal decreased the pro-duction of milk,milk protein,lactose,and fat linearly whilst also decreasing arterial Met concentration linearly(Pliver removal of Met decreased linearly(Pliver(P0.1)was maintained as Met supply *** was achieved through increased mammary affinity(Plinearly decreased mammary uptake-to-milk output ratios of Met(Plinearly(0.05linearly decreased circulating concentration of prolactin and linearly increased insulin concentration(Plism of Met in PDV,liver,and peripheral tissue(including mammary glands)and a linear increase in mammary blood *** observed decreases in milk protein production as Met supply decreased appear to be a result of regulatory events which may have been driven by decreased circulating prolactin,rather than as a result of decreased mammary Met uptake.

A high-strength AZ80 Mg alloy was prepared through multi-direction forging,thermal extrusion,and peak-aged heat *** microstructure,crystallographic orientation and corrosion performance of extrusion-direction,transverse-direction,and normal-direction specimens were investigated using scanning electron microscopy,electron backscatter diffraction,and atomic force microscopy,*** results showed that crystallographic orientation significantly influenced the corrosion performance of AZ80 Mg *** rates largely increased with decreased(0001)crystallographic plane intensity,whereas the(10−10)and(2−1−10)crystallographic plane intensities *** study showed that the corrosion rates of alloy can be modified to some extent by controlling texture,thereby promoting the applications of high-strength AZ80 Mg alloys in the aerospace and national-defense fields.

Although the development of covID-19 vaccines has been a remarkable success,the heterogeneous individual antibody generation and decline over time are unknown and still hard to *** this study,blood samples were collected from 163 participants who next received two doses of an inactivated COvVID-19 vaccine(CoronaVac)at a 28-day *** TMT-based proteomics,we identified 1,715 serum and 7,342 peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs)*** proposed two sets of potential biomarkers(seven from serum,five from PBMCs)at baseline using machine learning,and predicted the individual seropositivity 57 days after vaccination(AUC=0.87).Based on the four PBMC's potential biomarkers,we predicted the antibody persistence until 180 days after vaccination(AUC=0.79).Our data highlighted characteristic hematological host responses,including altered lymphocyte migration regulation,neutrophil degranulation,and humoral immune *** study proposed potential blood-derived protein biomarkers before vaccination for predicting heterogeneous antibody generation and decline after coVID-19 vaccination,shedding light on immunization mechanisms and individual booster shot planning.
