Two 3D multifunctional lanthanide metal-organic frameworks（MOFs）, Pr（HTCPS）（H20）·2DMF·C2H2OH·5H2O（JUC-93） and Pr3（TCPS）2（NO3）（H2O）4（DMA）2.2DMA.C2H5OH.3H2O（JUC-94）[H4TCPS=tetrakis（4-carboxyphenyl）- silane, DMF=N,N＇-dimethylformamide, DMA=N,N＇-dimethylacetamide and JUC=Jilin University China] were synthe- sized by the self-assembly of a rigid silicon-centered tetrahedral carboxylate ligand H4TCPS and Pr（III） ions in different solvothermal reactions. X-Ray crystallography revealed that they exhibited a rare CaFE topology framework, constructed from the 4-connected tetrahedral TCPS unit with the 8-connected dinuclear praseodymium cluster unit and trinuclear praseodymium cluster unit, respectively. In addition, the luminescent and magnetic properties of the two compounds were investigated.

Multifunctional lanthanide metal-organic frameworks（MOFs）, M（H4TCPS）（H20）l.5[M=Tb（JUC-95a）, Er（JUC-95b）, Dy（JUC-95c）, Tm（JUC-95d）, Y（JUC-95e） and Pr（JUC-95f）; H4TCPS=tetrakis（4-carboxyphenyl）silane] were synthesized via the reaction of the lanthanide metal ions（Ln3） with a rigid silicon-centered tetrahedral carbo- xylate ligand H4TCPS via a hydrothermal synthesis method. X-Ray diffraction（XRD） analyses reveal that they are extremely similar in structure and crystallized in a monoclinic system with space group C2/c. Two eight-coordinated metal centers and four tetrahedral H4TCPS groups constructed a paddle-wheel building block. The paddle-wheel buil- ding blocks assembled with each other via one oxygen bridge from a water molecule to lead to a 1D infinite inorganic rod-shaped chain, --Y--O--C--O--Y--, along the [001] direction. These 1D inorganic rod-shaped chains linked with the phenyl groups of the tetrahedral HaTCPS ligand to form a 3D framework. In addition, the luminescent and magnetic properties of these compounds show that they could be potential antiferromagnetic and fluorescent mate- rials.

lithium metal has been considered one of the most promising anodes for next-generation rechargeable batteries,but its practical application is largely hindered by the uncontrollable dendrite growth and infinite volume ***,inspired by superior catalytic effects of single-atom catalysts,carbon-supported single atomic Co with asymmetric N,O-coordination(Co-N/O)is developed for li metal *** results and theoretical calculations indicate that single atomic Co atoms with asymmetric N,O-coordination present enhanced binding ability toward li in comparison with N-coordinated atomic Co site and isolated O site,enabling uniform li plating/***,the asymmetric N,O-coordination around Co atoms induces co-activation effects,lowering the energy barriers toward li^(+)to li^(0)conversion and largely promoting the deposition *** used as a li deposition host,the Co-N/O achieves a high average coulombic efficiency of 98.6%at a current density of 1 mA cm^(-2)and a capacity of 2 mAh cm^(-2),long cycling life of 2000 h in symmetrical cells,and excellent rate performance(voltage hysteresis of 23 mV at 8 mA cm^(-2)).This work provides a comprehensive understanding of single atomic metals with asymmetric heteroatom coordination in the design of li metal anode.

在中温混合溶剂热条件下,分别用镉离子和锰离子与混合多羧酸和多氮配体反应合成了2个金属-有机配位聚合物[M6(TDC)6(hmt)2(DMF)6(H2O)3.(H2O)](JUC-85a,JUC-85b)(M=Cd,Mn;TDC=噻吩-2,5-二羧酸;hmt=六次甲基四胺;DMF=N,N-二甲基甲酰胺).通过单晶X射线衍射、元素分析、热重分析、粉末X射线衍射、拓扑结构分析和荧光分析对其结构、组成和性质进行了表征.单晶衍射结果表明,化合物JUC-85a和JUC-85b是同构的三维开放骨架结构,具有(3,6)连接拓扑结构loh1.同时,JUC-85a具有较好的荧光性质.

To investigate oral health status in the residents of sichuan Province, southwest China, a cross-sectional study was performed using the latest Oral Health Survey Basic Methods recommended by the World Health Organization. A multistage stratified random cluster-sampling method was used to enroll participants from the following three groups： children aged 3-5 years, adolescents aged 12 years, and people aged 65-74 years. In these three groups, the mean numbers of teeth that were affected by caries were 3.28, 0.86 and 5.13, respectively, resulting in a prevalence of 63.47%, 37.20% and 83.20%, respectively. Relative to the high rate of decayed teeth, the prevalence of fillings was very low in all age groups （0.97%, 7.24% and 5.43%, respectively）, In the 12-year-old adolescent group, only 3.61% had good pit and fissure sealing. In addition, the rate of dental fluorosis was 24.80%, and the Community Fluorosis Index value was 0.39. In the elder group, the community periodontal index was 2.92. The prevalence in the elderly of having lost at least one tooth was 75.54%. Additionally, 4.44% of these participants were edentulous. The incidence of dental prosthesis was 51.75%, the proportion with a removable partial denture, a fixed denture, full dentures, dental implants and an informal fixed bridge was 21.59%, 11.45%, 4.64%, 0 and 16.67%, respectively. In this study, 8.2% of the elderly participants were affected by different types of oral mucosal lesions. Among such lesions, recurrent aphthous ulcers were most prevalent （2.69%） and oral lichen planuses were second （1.6%）. The conclusion presented in this survey is that oral diseases, especially dental caries and periodontal disease, are frequent and common in sichuan province, China. Moreover, the treatment rate is very low, and primary prevention and treatment options are therefore urgently needed in this population.

This study explored a new model of Prostate Imaging Reporting and Data System(PIRADS)and adjusted prostate-specific antigen density of peripheral zone(aPSADPZ)for predicting the occurrence of prostate cancer(PCa)and clinically significant prostate cancer(csPCa).The demographic and clinical characteristics of 853 patients were ***-specific antigen(PSA),PSA density(PSAD),PSAD of peripheral zone(PSADPZ),aPSADPZ,and peripheral zone volume ratio(PZ-ratio)were calculated and subjected to receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve *** calibration and discrimination abilities of new nomograms were verified with the calibration curve and area under the ROC curve(AUC).The clinical benefits of these models were evaluated by decision curve analysis and clinical impact *** AUCs of PSA,PSAD,PSADPZ,aPSADPZ,and PZ-ratio were 0.669,0.762,0.659,0.812,and 0.748 for PCa diagnosis,while 0.713,0.788,0.694,0.828,and 0.735 for csPCa diagnosis,*** nomograms displayed higher net benefit and better overall calibration than the scenarios for predicting the occurrence of PCa or *** new model significantly improved the diagnostic accuracy of PCa(0.945 vs 0.830,Psis than the conventional *** aPSADPZ with PIRADS can improve PCa diagnosis and avoid unnecessary biopsies.

Objective： To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of the combination regimen of paclitaxel, cisplatin and 5-FU （PCF） as first-line or second-line therapy in patients with advanced gastric and esophagogastric junction （EGJ） adenocarcinoma in China. Methods： The patients were treated with paclitaxel 150 mg/m2 on dl; fractionated cisplatin 15 mg/m2 and continuous infusion 5-FU 600 mg/（mLd） intravenously on d 1-d5 of a 21-d cycle until disease progression or unacceptable toxicities. Results： Seventy-five patients have been enrolled, among which, 41 received PCF regimen as the first-line therapy （group A） and 34 received the regimen as the second-line therapy （group B） with the median age of 59 years old and Karnofsky performance status （KPS） score 〉80. Toxicities were analyzed in all 75 patients. Seventy-one patients were evaluable for efficacy. The median overall survival （mOS） was 12.0 months （95% CI： 7.9-16.2 months） in group A and 7.3 months （95% CI： 4.3-10.3 months） in group B, respectively. The median progression-free survival （mPFS） was 5.7 months （95% CI： 4.1-7.2 months） and 5.0 months （95% CI： 3.1-6.9 months）, respectively. The response rate （CR^PR） was 40% （16/40; 95% CI： 24.9-56.7%） in group A and 22.6% （7/31; 95% CI： 9.6-41.1%） in group B. Major grade 3 or 4 adverse events include neutropenia （41.3 %）, febrile neutropenia （9.3 %）, nausea/anorexia （10.7%）, and vomiting （5.3 %）. There was no treatment-related death. Conclusions： The combination chemotherapy with PCF is active and tolerable as first-line and second- line therapy in Chinese patients with advanced gastric and EGJ adenocarcinoma. The response and survival of PCF are same as those of DCF, but the tolerance is much better.
