Chemical potassium(K)fertilizer is commonly used in apple(Malus domestica ***)production but K is easily fixed by soil,resulting in reduced K ferilizer utilization and wasted resources.K-solubilizing bacteria(KSB)can cost-effectively increase the soluble K content in rhizosphere ***,the objectives were to select high-efficiency KSB from apple orchards under various soil management models and evaluate their effects on apple seedling ***(Zea maysL.)straw mulching(MSM)increased the total carbon(TC),total nitrogen(TN)and available potassium(AK)in the rhizosphere and improved fruit *** number of KSB in the rhizosphere soil of MSM was 9.5×10×CFU g1 soil,which was considerably higher than that in the other mulching *** KSB strains were isolated with relative K solubilizing ability ranging from 17 to 30%,and five strains increased the dry weight per apple *** most eficient strain was identified as Paenibacillus mucilaginosus through morphological observation and sequence analysis of 16S rDNA,named *** inoculation,the colonization of JGK in soil decreased from 4.0 to 1.5×10×CFU g^-1 soil within 28 *** growth of the apple seedlings and the K accumulation in apple plants were promoted by irigation with 50 mL JGK bacterial solution(1×10^9 CFU mL^-1),but there was no significant increase in the AK content of rhizosphere ***-performance liquid phase analysis(HPLC)data showed that the JGK metabolites contained phytohormones and organic ***,the JGK strain promoted the growth of two-month-old apple seedlings by stimulating function of the produced phytohormones and enhanced K solubility by acidification for apple seedling *** study enriches the understanding of KSB and provides an effective means to increase the K utilization efficiency of apple production.

Paper media including the People’s Daily, Guangming Daily, Health News and Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine were the main media that spread the thought and policy of integrative medicine(IM) in the early stage of the integration of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and Western medicine(WM) in China. Issues including paper media and its roles for spreading IM, from "TCM learning from WM" to "WM learning from TCM", advocating integration of TCM and WM, promoting IM through multiple channels were analyzed in this article, so as to show the propagation process of IM in China and the roles of the paper media. It was shown that strengthening the propaganda of IM through mainstream media, strengthening media convergence and the role of new media are important in spreading the thought of IM.

The development of projection-based stereolithography additive manufacturing techniques and magnetic photosensitive resins has provided a powerful approach to fabricate miniaturized magnetic functional devices with complex three-dimensional spatial ***,the present magnetic photosensitive resins face great challenges in the trade-off between high ferromagnetism and excellent printing *** address these challenges,we develop a novel NdFeB-Fe_(3)O_(4) magnetic photosensitive resin comprising 20 wt.%solid loading of magnetic particles,which can be used to fabricate high-precision and ferromagnetic functional devices via micro-continuous liquid interface production *** resin combining ferromagnetic NdFeB microparticles and strongly absorbing Fe_(3)O_(4) nanoparticles is able to provide ferromagnetic capabilities and excellent printing quality simultaneously compared to both existing soft and hard magnetic photosensitive *** established penetration depth model reveals the effect of particle size,solid loading,and absorbance on the curing characteristics of magnetic photosensitive resin.A high-precision forming and ferromagnetic capability of the NdFeB-Fe_(3)O_(4) magnetic photosensitive resin are comprehensively *** is found that the photosensitive resin(NdFeB:Fe_(3)O_(4)=1:1)can print samples with sub-40μm fine features,reduced by 87%compared to existing hard magnetic photosensitive resin,and exhibits significantly enhanced coercivity and remanence in comparison with existing soft magnetic photosensitive resins,showing by an increase of 24 times and 6 times,*** reported NdFeB-Fe_(3)O_(4) magnetic photosensitive resin is anticipated to provide a new functional material for the design and manufacture of next-generation micro-robotics,electromagnetic sensor,and magneto-thermal devices.

A continuous Ordovician-Silurian boundary section from the upper Wufeng Formation through the Kuanyinchiao Formation to the lower Lungmachi Formation has been carefully measured and collected at Shuanghe of Changning, southern Sichuan Province. For the first time, the temporal changes of α- and β-diversities of the Hirnantia fauna have been discussed in great detail. The general trend of brachiopod diversity change, increasing upward, is consistent with the regional trend of the yangtze Platform, which had been controlled by both intrinsic and extrinsic factors. However, the sudden drop of diversity for a short period in the upper Kuanyinchiao Formation might have been controlled by environmental factors rather than normal faunal turnover. Synecological analysis using numerical methods recognizes two brachiopod-dominated associations of the Hirnantia fauna, the Dalmanella-Kinnella Association and the Mirorthis Association, both living in an offshore, deeper water environment corresponding to BA3-upper BA4, particularly lower BA3.

AIM: To study the chemical constituents of the fruits of Illicium henryi. METHOD: Chromatographic separations on silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 gel and MCI gel were used to isolate the compounds. The structures were elucidated based on extensive spectroscopic data analyses. RESULTS: Seven compounds were obtained and their structures were identified as 10-benzoyl-cycloparvifloralone(1), cycloparvifloralone(2), 2α-hydroxycycloparviforalone(3), henrylactone B(4), merrillianone(5), henrylactone C(6) and 7, 14-ortholactone-3-hydroxyfloridanolide(7). CONCLUSION: Compound 1 is a new sesquiterpene lactone. The tested compounds showed weak anti-HBV activities on HBV surface antigen(HBsAg) secretion and HBV e antigen(HBeAg) secretion using Hep G2.2.15 cell line.

新疆在国家发展战略中具有特殊重要地位。培养具有坚定政治立场和良好思想品德的体育专业人才,对于维护地区稳定和促进社会发展具有重要意义。文章对新疆高校体育专业课程思政的实施现状展开调查,研究发现高校体育专业课程思政建设已取得一定成效,但教师思政育人能力、课程思政元素的挖掘程度、课程思政评价体系等方面存在不足。对此,文章提出了相应的优化措施:加强课程设计,完善思政建设体系;提升教师思政认知,强化教师思政育人能力;深挖课程思政元素,拓展课程思政教育资源;完善课程评价体系,充分发挥课程评价作用。同时文章对新疆高校体育专业课程思政教学进行了设计并实践,旨在推动新疆高校体育专业课程充分发挥育人价值,不断深化育人效果,满足新时代对体育人才的培养要求。

In this work,we propose a new spin-coating method coupling with high thermal decomposition,to prepare the tin-antimony（Sn-Sb） oxide *** character of the spin-coating electrode was compared with the dip-coating electrode through X-ray diffraction（XRD）,scanning electron microscopy（SEM）,accelerated life test,cyclic voltammetry,and electrolytic degradability. The results showed that the spin-coating electrode had a better defined crystal form,a smoother and more compact surface than that of the dip-coating *** time of the spin-coating electrode was determined to be longer than 15 h,and it was less than 2 min for the dip-coating *** characterization analysis showed that the electrolytic degradability of the spin-coating electrode is better than that of the dip-coating electrode.
