Spark plasma sintering(SPS)is a highly efficient method for the preparation ofα/β-SiAlON ***,the rapid preparation of large-scaleα/β-SiAlON ceramic components with reliable mechanical properties is difficult via SPS due to their near-insulating *** this study,high-performanceα/β-SiAlON ceramic end mill rods with large aspect ratios were successfully prepared via *** different types of sintering processes(namely vertical-round-rod(VRR)and horizontal-square-rod(HSR)processes)were developed,and their effects on the phase composition,microstructure,mechanical properties,and machining performance of theα/β-SiAlON ceramic end mill rods were *** electric and temperature field distributions during sintering were studied through an electro–thermal *** simulated and experimental temperature distributions are in good *** contrast to VRR samples,HSR samples with a small axial size show a uniform temperature distribution and satisfactory microstructures within a certain range of dimensions as well as the expected phase composition;furthermore,elongatedβ-SiAlON grains are preferentially oriented in the direction perpendicular to the sintering pressure *** a result,the HSR samples exhibit better mechanical properties and machining performance than the VRR samples.

Development of the Miocene Guangle Carbonate Platform in the South China Sea:Architecture and Controlling Factors

This study investigates the evolution of the Miocene Guangle carbonate platform(or Triton Horst)of the northwestern South China Sea *** platform is located at a junction area surrounded by Yinggehai basin,Qiongdongnan basin and Zhongjiannan *** and regional geophysical data allow the identification of the morphologic and stratigraphic *** Guangle carbonate platform was initiated on a tectonic uplift during the Early *** early platform was limited at Mesozoic granitic basement,pre-Paleogene sediments localized tectonic uplift and was small extension at the beginning *** during the Middle Miocene,the carbonate buildup flourished,and grow a thrived and thick carbonate succession overlining the whole Guangle *** isolated platforms then united afterward and covered an extensive area of several tens of thousands of square ***,it terminated in the Late *** are the control factors on the initiation,growth and demise of the Guangle carbonate platform?The onset of widespread carbonate deposits largely reflected the Early Miocene transgression linked with early post-rift subsidence and the opening of the South China *** carbonate growth conditions on the Guangle carbonate platform probably resulted from increased inorganic nutrient input derived from the adjacent uplifted mainland,possibly enhanced by deteriorated climatic conditions promoting platform ***,tectonics and terrigenous input could be two main controlling factors on the development of the Guangle carbonate platforms and main evolution stages.

Octopamine（OA）,analogous to norepinephrine in vertebrates,is an essential monoamine neurotransmitter in invertebrates that plays a significant role in various biological functions,including olfactory associative ***,the spatial and temporal dynamics of OA in vivo remain poorly understood due to limitations associated with the currently available methods used to detect *** overcome these limitations,we developed a genetically encoded GPCR activation-based（GRAB） OA sensor called *** sensor is highly selective for OA and exhibits a robust and rapid increase in fluorescence in response to extracellular *** GRABOA1.0,we monitored OA release in the Drosophila mushroom body（MB）,the fly's learning center,and found that OA is released in response to both odor and shock stimuli in an aversive learning *** OA release requires acetylcholine（ACh） released from Kenyon cells,signaling via nicotinic ACh ***,we discovered that OA amplifies aversive learning behavior by augmenting dopamine-mediated punishment signals via Octβ1R in dopaminergic neurons,leading to alterations in synaptic plasticity within the ***,our new GRABOA1.0sensor can be used to monitor OA release in real time under physiological conditions,providing valuable insights into the cellular and circuit mechanisms that underlie OA signaling.

443例舒肝宁注射液的药品不良反应/事件文献分析

目的:探讨舒肝宁注射液致药品不良反应/事件(ADR/ADE)发生的规律与特征,为舒肝宁注射液临床安全应用提供参考。方法:检索舒肝宁注射液上市后至2024年3月中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献服务系统、the Cochrane library、PubMed和Web of Science等数据库中舒肝宁注射液相关ADR/ADE的文献报告,采用描述性分析方法进行研究。结果:共纳入89篇符合标准的文献,包括66篇临床研究、20篇个案报道和3篇ADR监测报告。涉及443例ADR/ADE,主要集中在>40~65岁人群(268例,占60.50%);累及9个器官/系统,共980例次,主要为胃肠道损害(328例次,占33.47%)、全身性损害(300例次,占30.61%)、皮肤及其附件损害(250例次,占25.51%)等;临床表现多样,包括恶心、呕吐、寒战、发热和皮疹等。39例患者有详细ADR/ADE发生时间描述,多为用药后30 min内(26例,占66.67%)。有16.93%的患者(75例)溶剂使用不当,10.83%(48例)超药品说明书推荐用量。122例ADR/ADE可进行严重程度分级,多数为轻中度(108例,占88.52%),症状自然缓解或对症治疗后得以缓解,未报告有严重的ADR/ADE发生。122例ADR/ADE记录了详细的处理过程及转归,转归结果多为痊愈或好转。结论:临床应用舒肝宁注射液过程中,仍需强化用药安全监测。建议临床医务人员严格遵循药品说明书合理用药,以确保患者用药安全。

Implications of International Manorial Economy for Development of Characteristic Manorial Economy in Yunnan Plateau Area

This paper firstly summarized experience of Vietnam and Taiwan in developing modern agricultural manorial economy. The manorial economy of Vietnam is characterized by intensive and specialized operation and high marketization and wide employment of labors,while the experience of Taiwan can be outlined as " government launching,agricultural association promoting,and farmers acting". Then,it analyzed existing problems of modern agricultural manorial economy in China and opportunities and challenges of characteristic modern agricultural manorial economy in Yunnan plateau area. Finally in line with these problems and combining experience of international manorial economy,it came up with systematic recommendations for healthy and sustainable development of characteristic modern agricultural manorial economy in Yunnan plateau area:(i) perfecting organization leadership,improving planning guidance,and enhancing standardized management;(ii) putting forth effort on innovation of system and mechanism for land,fund and technology,to break bottleneck of manorial economic development;(iii) increasing input and comprehensively building the service support system to promote long-term development of manorial economy.
