Effects of Zishen Yutai Pills on in vitro Fertilization-Embryo Transfer Outcomes in Patients with Diminished Ovarian Reserve:A Prospective,Open-Labeled,Randomized and Controlled Study

Objective:To explore the effects of Zishen Yutai Pills(ZYPs)on the quality of oocytes and embryos,as well as pregnancy outcomes in patients with diminished ovarian reserve(DOR)receiving in vitro fertilizationembryo transfer(IVF-ET).The possible mechanisms,involving the regulation of bone morphogenetic protein 15(BMP15)and growth differentiation factor 9(GDF9),were also investigated.Methods:A total of 120 patients with DOR who underwent their IVF-ET cycle were randomly allocated to 2 groups in a 1:1 ratio.The patients in the treatment group(60 cases)received ZYPs from the mid-luteal phase of the former menstrual cycle by using gonadotropin-releasing hormone(Gn RH)antagonist protocol.The patients in the control group(60 cases)received the same protocol but without ZYPs.The primary outcomes were the number of oocytes retrieved and high-quality embryos.Secondary outcomes included other oocyte or embryo indices as well as pregnancy outcomes.Adverse events were assessed by comparison of the incidence of ectopic pregnancy,pregnancy complications,pregnancy loss,and preterm birth.Contents of BMP15 and GDF9 in the follicle fluids(FF)were also quantified with enzymelinked immunosorbent assay.Results:Compared with the control group,the numbers of oocytes retrieved and high-quality embryos were significantly increased in the ZYPs group(both Plinical pregnancy rates,live birth rates,and pregnancy loss rates(all P>0.05).The administration of ZYPs did not increase the incidence of adverse events.The expressions of BMP15 and GDF9 in the ZYPs group were significantly up-regulated compared with the control group(both P<0.05).Conclusions:ZYPs exhibited beneficial effects in DOR pa

水蓼种植下猪粪处理土壤剖面磷组分与磷酸酶活性变化

农业生产中长期施用猪粪导致土壤磷过剩,增加磷流失风险。通过连续3年定位试验,探究水蓼种植下猪粪处理土壤剖面磷组分与磷酸酶活性变化,为防治土壤过剩磷流失以及磷富集植物水蓼高效提取土壤过剩磷提供科学依据。采用野外微小区模拟试验,以水蓼为材料,设1、2和3 kg·m^(-2)猪粪处理,以不施猪粪为对照,每个处理重复3次,连续处理3年,通过每年采集植株地上部及0~10 cm、10~20 cm、20~30 cm和30~40 cm土壤,测定植株磷含量和土壤剖面磷饱和度、磷组分、pH和磷酸酶活性,分析水蓼种植下猪粪处理土壤剖面磷组分与磷酸酶活性的变化特征。结果表明:1)连续3年种植水蓼条件下,水蓼地上部生物量和磷积累量均随猪粪施用量的增加而增加,在3kg·m^(-2)猪粪处理下,随年份推进,水蓼地上部磷积累量分别可达200.31、195.97和195.24 mg·plant-1,磷提取能力稳定。2)连续3年种植水蓼条件下,0~20 cm和20~40 cm土壤磷饱和度增加速率较为缓慢,除3 kg·m^(-2)猪粪处理外,土壤磷饱和度均小于土壤磷流失临界值25%。3)随着猪粪施用量增加,0~10 cm和10~20 cm土壤各组分磷含量均增大,3年连续施用较高浓度猪粪增强了磷的移动性,0~10 cm和10~20 cm土壤pH均逐渐降低,0~10 cm和10~20 cm土壤磷酸酶活性均随猪粪施用量增大而升高,在3 kg·m^(-2)猪粪处理时最高。综上所述,连续施用猪粪增加了0~10 cm和10~20 cm土壤各组分磷含量,增强了土壤剖面磷的移动性,且在3 kg·m^(-2)处理下增幅最大。水蓼具有较强的磷提取能力,可有效提取猪粪处理土壤中过剩的磷。水蓼种植条件下,随着猪粪施用量增加,0~10 cm和10~20 cm土壤pH逐渐降低,土壤酸性磷酸单酯酶、碱性磷酸单酯酶、植酸酶和磷酸二酯酶活性升高,种植水蓼促进了土壤剖面磷从低效态组分到高效态组分的转化,有利于水蓼对磷的提取和积累,从而降低土壤磷流失风险。

【目的】选育磷高效水稻材料是利用土壤磷资源的有效方式,根系是水稻吸收磷素最重要的器官,其形态结构特征直接影响水稻的磷素吸收能力,研究水稻根系发育特征有助于揭示其磷高效吸收的机理。【方法】采用水培试验,以40份水稻材料为研究对象,设置0.003 mmol/L(低磷)和0.3 mmol/L(正常磷)两个供磷处理,于分蘖期调查水稻地上部生物量和磷积累量,采用聚类分析筛选磷高效水稻材料。针对筛选获得的磷高效水稻材料R527和磷低效水稻材料IR58025,分析其根系形态和解剖结构特征,解析水稻根系发育特征与磷吸收的关系。【结果】1)低磷条件下,40份水稻材料磷吸收能力存在显著差异,生物量和磷积累量的范围分别为0.11~0.93 g/plant和0.07~0.58 mg/plant。以磷积累量为主、生物量为辅进行聚类分析,获得磷高效水稻材料R527和磷低效水稻材料IR58025。2)低磷条件下,磷高效水稻材料R527的生物量(0.83 g/plant)和磷积累量(0.46mg/plant)显著高于磷低效水稻材料IR58025,分别为IR58025的6.38和5.75倍。3)低磷条件下,磷高效水稻材料R527的总根长、根表面积、不定根长、侧根长和侧根表面积比正常磷处理分别增加了61.79%、38.12%、60.44%、67.99%和186.67%。低磷条件下,磷高效水稻材料R527的总根长、根表面积、根体积、平均根直径、不定根长、侧根长、不定根表面积和侧根表面积分别为磷低效水稻材料IR58025的2.62、2.87、3.22、1.18、4.41、2.97、3.97和1.45倍。4)低磷条件下,磷高效水稻材料R527中柱、外皮层和皮层占比分别为磷低效水稻材料IR58025的1.11、0.67和1.05倍。5)低磷条件下,水稻的总根长、根表面积、根体积、平均根直径、不定根长、侧根长、不定根表面积、侧根表面积、皮层占比和中柱占比与生物量和磷积累量显著正相关,外皮层和内皮层占比与生物量和磷积累量显著负相关。【结论】磷高效水稻材料R527的生物量和磷积累量均显著高于磷低效水稻材料IR58025。低磷条件下,磷高效水稻材料R527更大的总根长、根表面积、根体积、不定根长、侧根长、不定根表面积、侧根表面积和皮层占比,更低的外皮层和内皮层占比是其磷高效吸收的重要原因。

银翘散治疗急性上呼吸道感染有效性的Meta分析

目的系统评价银翘散治疗急性上呼吸道感染有效性,为其临床应用提供依据。方法计算机检索中国知网学术期刊(CNKI)、万方数据库服务平台(WanfangData)、维普科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)、中文生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、Pubmed数据库、Web of Science数据库、The Cochrane library及Clinical Trials.gov数据库关于银翘散治疗急性上呼吸道感染的随机对照试验,对所纳入研究进行质量筛选、数据提取,并采用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入有效研究17项。Meta分析结果显示:银翘散试验组的临床总有效率优于对照组[相对危险度(RR)=1.19,95%置信区间(CI)(1.15,1.22),P<0.00001];退热时间短于对照组[标准化均数差(SMD)=-0.36,95%CI(-0.71,-0.01),P=0.04];治愈疗程短于对照组[SMD=-2.02,95%CI(-3.24,-0.80),P=0.001];体温恢复正常时间短于对照组[SMD=-2.67,95%CI(-4.06,-1.28),P=0.0002];痊愈率优于对照组[RR=1.54,95%CI(1.35,1.75),P<0.00001];复发率低于对照组[RR=0.06,95%CI(0.01,0.30),P=0.0008];咽喉疼痛消失时间短于[SMD=-3.93,95%CI(-7.70,-0.17),P=0.04];2组差异均具有统计学意义。结论基于目前临床证据,银翘散治疗急性上呼吸道感染具有较好的疗效和安全性;但是由于纳入研究样本较少,质量偏低,可能会影响此结论的真实性和可靠性,因此还需要更多大样本、高质量的随机对照试验来加以证实。

Oxidation behavior of 4774DD1 Ni-based single-crystal superalloy at 980℃ in air

The oxidation behavior of a novel Ni-based single-crystal 4774DD1 superalloy for industrial gas turbine applications was investigated by the isothermal oxidation at 980℃ and discontinuous oxidation weight gain methods.The phase constitution and morphology of surface oxides and the characteristics of the crosssection oxide film were analyzed by XRD,SEM and EDS.Results show that the oxidation kinetics of the 4774DD1 superalloy follows the cubic law,indicating its weak oxidation resistance at this temperature.As the oxidation time increases,the composition of the oxide film evolves as following:One layer consisting of a bottom Al_(2)O_(3)sublayer and an upper(Al_(2)O_(3)+NiO)mixture sublayer after oxidized for 25 h.Then,two layers composed of an outermost small NiO discontinuous grain layer and an internal layer for 75 h.This internal layer is consisted of the bottom Al_(2)O_(3)sublayer,an intermediate narrow CrTaO_(4)sublayer,and an upper(Al_(2)O_(3)+NiO)mixture sublayer.Also two layers comprising an outermost relative continuous NiO layer with large grain size and an internal layer as the oxidation time increases to 125 h.This internal layer is composed of the upper(Al_(2)O_(3)+NiO)mixture sublayer,an intermediate continuous(CrTaO_(4)+NiWO_(4))mixture sublayer,and a bottom Al_(2)O_(3)sublayer.Finally,three layers consisting of an outermost(NiAl2O_(4)+NiCr2O_(4))mixture layer,an intermediate(CrTaO_(4)+NiWO_(4))mixture layer,and a bottom Al_(2)O_(3)layer for 200 h.

Effect of three-volt moxibustion with helium-neon laser irradiation on quality of care in patients with lumbar radiculopathy spondylosis

BACKGROUND Lumbar radiculopathy spondylosis is a relatively common orthopedic disease with a high incidence rate.It most commonly occurs in the lumbar 4-5 and lumbar 5-sacral 1 vertebrae,which account for approximately 95%of cases.It mostly occurs in people aged 30-50 years old and greatly affects their quality of life.AIM To determine the effect of triple-voltage acupuncture combined with helium-neon laser irradiation on the quality of care and improvement of symptoms in patients with lumbar radiculopathy spondylolisthesis.METHODS In this study,we selected 120 patients with lumbar radiculopathy spondylosis who were treated at our hospital between June 2019 to June 2020.The patients were divided into control and observation groups according to the random number table method,with 60 patients in each group.Patients in the observation group were treated with three-volt moxibustion combined with helium-neon laser irradiation,and those in the control group were treated with lumbar traction.After 1 month of treatment,the lumbar pain scores,lumbar spine motor functions,clinical treatment effects,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.RESULTS The results showed that acupuncture combined with laser irradiation significantly improved the patients'clinical symptoms,i.e.,reduced their low back pain,significantly lower numerical rating scale pain scores in the observation group than in the control group,and better lumbar spine motility than in the control group,compared to lumbar traction.In addition,they were cared for.The treatment effectiveness rate of the observation group was 95.5%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(81.67%).Satisfaction with care was higher than 90 points in both groups,but the difference was not statistically significant.CONCLUSION Our study provides a clinical rationale for the future treatment of patients with lumbar spine disease.However,further extensive research is needed for validation.

Rapid analysis of metal ions and organic compounds in strong acidic solutions by nano-ESI mass spectrometry

Rapid analysis of metal ions and organic compounds in strong acidic solutions is of sustainable interest in multiple disciplines.However,complicated and time-consuming pretreatments are always required for MS analysis of the compounds in strong acidic solutions.Otherwise,it will result in a weak signal and cause serious damage to the mass spectrometer.Herein,a simple method inherited from nano-ESI MS was developed for rapid analysis of strong acidic solutions.Nanoliter(nL)strong acidic solution was first loaded in the nano-ESI emitter,followed by evaporation to remove the H+and leave the analytes on the wall of the nano-ESI emitter.The evaporation process can be completed within 1 min because of the extremely tiny volume(≤1 nL)of the loaded solution.Then,the dried analytes on the wall of the nano-ESI emitter were redissolved by loading a new solvent,followed by nano-ESI MS analysis.By using this method,metal ions and organic compounds in the strong acidic solution can be detected with low sample consumption(1 nL),high speed(limit of detection=0.2µg/L),and high accuracy(>90%).Proof-of-concept applications of the present method have been successfully achieved for the analysis of gastric juice(pH of the sample=1),monitoring reaction catalyzed by strong acid(pH of the system=0),and micro-area analysis of ores(pH of the extraction solvent=0),showing great application potential in multiple fields.

Activity regulation and applications of metal-organic framework-based nanozymes

As a new generation of artificial enzymes,nanozymes show outstanding advantages such as high stability,low cost,and facile synthesis,which endow them with promising applications in biomedical and environmental fields.Among the various reported nanozymes,metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)could mimic the active center of natural enzymes and provide a hydrophobic environment,which makes MOFs attractive alternatives to natural enzymes.Owing to the highly structural diversity and tailorability of MOFs,rational design will contribute to improve the activity of MOF-based nanozymes and promote their potential applications in both biomedical and environmental fields.Therefore,a comprehensiye suminary of activity regulatory strategies of MOF-based nanozymes is urgently needed.Firstly,we summarized the activity regulatory strategies of MOFs with intrinsic enzyme-like activities via modulation of metal nodes,ligands,structures and morphologies.Then the applications of MOF-based nanozymes in biosensing,hazardous degradation,antibacterial,and cancer therapy were also introduced.Finally,the current challenges and future perspectives were discussed in depth.It is highly expected that this review will provide a better understanding on the rational design of novel high-performance MOF-based nanozymes.
