基于自我价值理论的大学生学习激励策略

大学生学习激励是我国高质量教育体系人才培养的重要手段之一,也是我国创造型人才培养过程中的关键一步。当前,大学生学习动机欠缺、激励效果不足的问题已日渐突出,而由于大学生的学习动机来源、价值需求、认知观念因人而异,对其一概而论地学习激励无法达到最佳的激励效果。因此,基于形成多层次、多元化激励机制的必要性,高校需按照学生的不同类型来实施具有针对性的学习激励策略。立足于自我价值理论,从大学生自我价值维护倾向的角度分析了“高趋高避型”“高趋低避型”“低趋高避型”“低趋低避型”4种不同的大学生的学习态度特征,并结合自我决定理论与成就动机理论,针对不同类型的学生分别提出了应采取的内外部激励策略,以促进激发大学生学习动机的教育目标的实现。

The CRISPR/Cas9 technology revolutionizes targeted gene knockout in diverse organisms including ***,screening edited alleles,particularly those with multiplex editing,from herbicide-or antibiotic-resistant transgenic plants and segregating out the Cas9 transgene represent two laborious *** solutions to facilitate these processes rely on different selection ***,by taking advantage of the opposite functions of a D-amino acid oxidase(DAO)in detoxifying D-serine and in metabolizing non-toxic D-valine to a cytotoxic product,we develop a DAO-based selection system that simultaneously enables the enrichment of multigene edited alleles and elimination of Cas9-containing progeny in Arabidopsis *** five DAOs tested in Escherichia coli,the one encoded by Trigonopsis variabilis(TvDAO)could confer slightly stronger D-serine resistance than other *** expression of TvDAO in Arabidopsis allowed a clear distinction between transgenic and nontransgenic plants in both D-serine-conditioned positive selection and D-valine-conditioned negative *** a proof of concept,we combined CRISPR-induced single-strand annealing repair of a dead TvDAO with D-serine-based positive selection to help identify transgenic plants with multiplex editing,where D-serine-resistant plants exhibited considerably higher co-editing frequencies at three endogenous target genes than those selected by ***,D-valine-based negative selection successfully removed Cas9 and TvDAO transgenes from the survival offspring carrying inherited ***,this work provides a novel strategy to ease CRISPR mutant identification and Cas9 transgene elimination using a single selection marker,which promises more efficient and simplified multiplex CRISPR editing in plants.

BACKGROUND Sarcomatoid carcinoma of the pancreas(SCP) is a rare and aggressive epithelial tumor that has both epithelial and mesenchymal features. It is characterized by sarcomatous elements with evidence of epithelial differentiation. And the term"sarcomatoid carcinoma" is often confused with "carcinosarcoma".CASE SUMMARY We present a case of SCP with lymph node metastasis in a 59-year-old male patient. He had experienced darkening of the urine, scleral icterus, and fatigue for 4 weeks. Computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging revealed a mass in the pancreatic head, and laboratory tests revealed elevated serum bilirubin levels. The patient underwent pancreaticoduodenectomy after biliary decompression. Histologically, spindle cells with marked nuclear atypia and brisk mitotic activity arranged in a storiform or fascicular pattern were present in the bulk of the tumor. Immunohistochemical analysis found that the spindle cells exhibited strong diffuse positivity for epithelial markers, indicative of epithelial differentiation. Accordingly, the pathologic diagnosis of the pancreatic neoplasm was *** Although sarcomatoid carcinomas and carcinosarcomas have different pathologic features, both have epithelial origin.

The alloy-type material Sb is widely used in the anode materials of lithium-ion batteries(liBs)due to its high theoretical specific ***,its serious volume expansion problem during alloying/dealloying of li~+limits its practical *** this work,C-Sb composite was constructed as anode material of liBs by electrospinning route for the first time,Sb was introduced into the polyacrylonitrile-based hard carbon and coal tar pitch-based soft carbon composite amorphous carbon fiber with a diameter of 300-600 nm,which realized high cycling *** C-Sb-2(the mass ratio of polyacrylonitrile to Sb source is 1:2)electrode displayed charge capacities of 1098.5,930.3,841.7,753.5,643.9 and 545.8 mAh·g^(-1)at 0.1,0.2,0.3,0.5,1 and 2 A·g^(-1),*** when the current density returned to 0.1 A·g^(-1),the charge capacity was 939.3 mAh·g^(-1),revealing good stability and *** introduction of Sb into the amorphous carbon improved its conductivity and addressed the volume expansion issue of high specific capacity Sb during charge/***-situ XRD analysis confirmed the high reversibility of the C-Sb-2 during charging and *** functional theory(DFT)calculations revealed the gradual enhancement of the interface interaction between Sb_(x)li_(y) and amorphous carbon(AMC)with increasing lithium content,contributing to the anchoring of alloy nanoparticles on the AMC surface and buffering the volume change of the ***,the gradual lithiation of Sb facilitated the electron transfer from Sb_(x)li_(y) to *** findings hold promise for designing lithium storage materials with exceptional performance,highlighting the potential of C-Sb composites as anode materials for efficient next-generation lithium storage.

As an environment-friendly and low-cost petrochemical by-product, asphalt has great potential in the preparation of metal-free oxygen reduction electrocatalysts with excellent performance and outstanding stability. In this paper, we converted asphalt into porous carbon nanosheets by a simple activation method, using potassium citrate as the swelling agent.
