The rapid development of industry application products has greatly influenced society. It has become essential for some telecommunication companies to focus on customer satisfaction with industrial products used by the government and enterprise customers. Following the review of a previous study of customer satisfaction and with the help of experiential level theory,this article attempts to establish a Satisfaction Factors Model for researching customer satisfaction with industry applications. We chose a product named "Mobile Monitor" and investigated the emotional satisfaction of 127 users and company leaders from different walks of life,and showed that 7 of the product's features affected the customers' overall emotional satisfaction. Lastly,this paper points out management implications of this application based on quantitative results. It presents a preliminary exploration program for customer satisfaction research in this specific field. The empirical research on a specific product based on experimental level theory may serve as a reference for other companies that desire to carry out similar surveys in future.

Wearable biomechanical energy harvesting devices have received a lot of attention recently,benefiting from the rapid advancement of theories and devices in the field of the micro electromechanical system(MEMS).They not only fulfil the requirements for powering wearable electronic devices but also provide an attractive prospect for powering self-powered flexible electronic devices when *** this article,we provide a review of the theories and devices of biomechanical energy harvesting technology for wearable *** different forms of biomechanical energy harvesting mechanisms,including the piezoelectric effect,electromagnetic effect,and electrostatic effect,are investigated in *** fundamental principle of converting other types of energy from the biomechanical environment into electrical energy,as well as the most commonly-used analytical theoretical models,are outlined for each ***,the features,properties,and applications of energy harvesting devices are *** addition,the coupled multi-effect hybrid energy harvesting devices are listed,showing the various possibilities of biomechanical energy harvesting devices for serving as sources,sensors,and ***,we present perspectives on the future trends of biomechanical energy harvesting devices for wearable electronics applications.

Owing to the complexity of the physical mechanisms of rouge waves,the theoretical study of the rogue-wavestructure interaction problems still makes little ***,for regular-shaped structures,it is possible to give a theoretical analysis,if a relatively simple model of the rogue waves is *** wave load,induced by a focusing wave which is known as an intuitive basic model of the rouge waves,upon a semi-submerged cylinder is studied *** focusing wave is approximate by the Gauss envelope wave,an ideal model which contains most features of the rogue *** diffraction velocity potential is derived through the separation of flow field,and the formulas of the horizontal force and bending moment are *** derived formulas are simplified appropriately,and validated through comparison against numerical *** addition,the influence of parameters,such as the focusing degree,the submerging depth and the wave focusing position,is thoroughly investigated.

This paper systematically investigates telecommunication industry's "internet-and-digitization" development situation. Based on existing literature and the unique characteristics of telecommunication industry, we build a comprehensive model to depict the level of "internet-and-digitization" development by five key dimensions: market size, informational investment, technological innovation, internet application, and internet penetration. We propose that this five-dimensional model can capture the key components of "internet-and-digitization" development in this digital era. By using Beijing's telecommunication data, we empirically test our conceptual model and explore the current development level of telecommunication industry's "internet-and-digitization" progress. Results show that Beijing's telecommunication industry has great potential in expanding online market size as well as activating technological innovation. We also suggest that bigger telecommunication firms should pay more attention to "internet-and-digitization" development, especially on internet application and penetration dimensions. Finally, theoretical contributions, managerial implications and future research directions are also discussed.

目的:对中文版视觉诱发运动病易感性量表(VIMSSQ)进行简化,制定中文简化版VIMSSQ,并对简化后的量表进行评价。方法:横断面研究。2023年5至7月向华北理工大学783名大学生发放中文版VIMSSQ,根据各条目的覆盖率、条目-总分相关系数、Cronbach′α系数和因子负荷对条目进行筛选,得到中文简化版VIMSSQ。在前期调查人群中招募80名受试者,完成黑白棋格虚拟现实(VR)视觉刺激试验,并填写中文简化版VIMSSQ和仿真场景眩晕问卷(SSQ),对中文简化版VIMSSQ的内部一致性、外部一致性、效标效度及区分能力进行评价。结果:共回收中文版VIMSSQ 757份,有效回收率96.68%(757/783)。757名研究对象中,男205名,女552名,年龄[M(Q_(1),Q_(3))]19(18,20)岁。VIMSSQ项目中智能手机使用覆盖率最高,为99.60%(754/757)。中文简化版VIMSSQ共包含3个条目,Cronbach′sα系数为0.909,重测信度为0.908,效标效度为0.899。中文简化版VIMSSQ视觉诱发运动病轻度易感者SSQ症状积分[M(Q_(1),Q_(3))]低于中度易感者[30(15,63)分比77(53,105)分,P=0.012],中度易感者低于重度易感者[77(53,105)分比137(94,164)分,P<0.001]。结论:中文简化版VIMSSQ在信度、效度方面均表现良好,对视觉诱发运动病易感性具有良好的区分能力。

Grove Mountain is an important nunatak region on East Antarctic Glacier that blocks the ice flow to- ward Lambert Glacier. The existence of nunataks and subglacial mountains leads to complex ice flow patterns, which are difficult to be measured by conventional ground-based methods. In this study, several JERS-1 and ERS-1/2 SAR images covering this area are used for 3-pass and 4-pass differential interferometric processing. The ice flow field of Grove Mountain and the eastern zone are derived and validated with related knowledge. The research shows that DINSAR is an effective method for meas- uring complex ice flow in Antarctic inland glacier. L-band DINSAR is more suitable for mid or fast ice flow than C-band over this region.

little information is available on the impacts of coastal reclamation on wetland loss in large-river deltas at a regional *** remote sensing data of coastal wetland and reclamation in four deltas in China from 1978 to 2014, we tracked their continuous area changes in four periods: 1978–1990, 1990–2000, 2000–2008, and 2008–2014. The areal relation between wetland loss and reclamation was quantified and used to identify coastal reclamation mode intensity coupled with another three indicators: reclamation rate,accretion rate and land-use intensity of coastal reclamation. The results showed that coastal reclamation driven by economic development reduced, or even reverse the original growth of delta which was determined by the offset between wetland acceleration rate and wetland loss rate. Generally, the area of reclamation showed a positive linear correlation with the area of wetland loss. The findings imply that human activities should control reclamation rate and intensity to alleviate total wetland loss and maintain wetland ’net gain’.Inappropriate coastal reclamation modes can magnify total wetland loss;therefore, coastal reclamation with a slow increment rate and low impervious surface percent is of great importance for sustainable development in future coastal management.

The rate satisfaction of government and corporate customers,to which telecom companies pay special attention,is an important part of the overall satisfaction of the market *** on specialline products and based on interview with experts and literature review,this article builds an effect model comprising four factors affecting the major government and corporate customers' satisfaction with the rate,including cost performance,discount degree,rate communication and bill ***,employing AMOS and other analytical tools,it reveals significant positive effects of the aforementioned four factors on the customer's rate satisfaction,and arranges them in sequence according to the path coefficient of each *** on quantified results,this article proposes management recommendations to improve the rate satisfaction,providing basis for research on the overall rate satisfaction optimization of government and corporate customers.

In recent years, the telecommunications have used the concept of NPS(Net Promoter Score) for customer relationship management, but there is neither definite theory research nor instructive instance research. However, this paper summarizes an approach with instance case analysis to improve customer loyalty via NPS data mining, which has extensive and practical significance for tele-companies. First, this paper finds some driven forces of customer loyalty, which are relative to customer consumption such as the call duration, the usage of data, ARPU, etc., by using some innovative reasoning-analysis based on IG(Information Gain) and xg-boost decision-making tree model, so the tele-companies can predict the role of individual customer and form daily monitoring on big data, which will save a lot of NPS survey cost. Second, this paper summarizes how customer group feature impacts the relationship between NPS and financial performance. Taking ARPU value as the performance goals, we divide the sample customers into 6 groups and summarize their characteristics based on k-means clustering, and give targeted suggestion of each group.
