A Hierarchical Method for Locating the Interferometric Fringes of Celestial Sources in the Visibility Data

In source detection in the Tianlai project,locating the interferometric fringe in visibility data accurately will influence downstream tasks drastically,such as physical parameter estimation and weak source *** that traditional locating methods are time-consuming and supervised methods require a great quantity of expensive labeled data,in this paper,we first investigate characteristics of interferometric fringes in the simulation and real scenario separately,and integrate an almost parameter-free unsupervised clustering method and seeding filling or eraser algorithm to propose a hierarchical plug and play method to improve location ***,we apply our method to locate single and multiple sources’interferometric fringes in simulation ***,we apply our method to real data taken from the Tianlai radio telescope ***,we compare with unsupervised methods that are state of the *** results show that our method has robustness in different scenarios and can improve location measurement accuracy effectively.

Nonlinear optical activities,especially second harmonic generation(SHG),are key phenomena in inversion-symmetrybroken two-dimensional(2.)transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDCs).On the other hand,anisotropic nonlinear optical processes are important for unique applications in nano-nonlinear photonic devices with polarization functions,having become one of focused research topics in the field of nonlinear ***,the strong nonlinearity and strong optical anisotropy do not exist simultaneously in common 2. ***,we demonstrate strong secondorder and third-order susceptibilities of 64 pm/V and 6.2.10^(-19)m^(2./V^(2.,respectively,in the even-layer PdPSe,which has not been discovered in other common TMDCs(e.g.,MoS2..Strikingly,it also simultaneously exhibited strong SHG anisotropy with an anisotropic ratio of~45,which is the largest reported among all 2. materials to date,to the best of our *** addition,the SHG anisotropy ratio can be harnessed from 0.12.to 45(375 times)by varying the excitation wavelength due to the dispersion ofχ^(2.*** an illustrative example,we further demonstrate polarized SHG imaging for potential applications in crystal orientation identification and polarization-dependent spatial *** findings in 2. PdPSe are promising for nonlinear nanophotonic and optoelectronic applications.

Background: In vitro fertilization (IVF) has emerged as a transformative solution for infertility. However, achieving favorable live-birth outcomes remains challenging. Current clinical IVF practices in IVF involve the collection of heterogeneous embryo data through diverse methods, including static images and temporal videos. However, traditional embryo selection methods, primarily reliant on visual inspection of morphology, exhibit variability and are contingent on the experience of practitioners. Therefore, an automated system that can evaluate heterogeneous embryo data to predict the final outcomes of live births is highly ***: We employed artificial intelligence (AI) for embryo morphological grading, blastocyst embryo selection, aneuploidy prediction, and final live-birth outcome prediction. We developed and validated the AI models using multitask learning for embryo morphological assessment, including pronucleus type on day 1 and the number of blastomeres, asymmetry, and fragmentation of blastomeres on day 3, using 19,2.1 embryo photographs from 82.1 patients. A neural network was trained on embryo and clinical metadata to identify good-quality embryos for implantation on day 3 or day 5, and predict live-birth outcomes. Additionally, a 3D convolutional neural network was trained on 418 time-lapse videos of preimplantation genetic testing (PGT)-based ploidy outcomes for the prediction of aneuploidy and consequent live-birth ***: These two approaches enabled us to automatically assess the implantation potential. By combining embryo and maternal metrics in an ensemble AI model, we evaluated live-birth outcomes in a prospective cohort that achieved higher accuracy than experienced embryologists (46.1%vs. 30.7% on day 3, 55.0%vs. 40.7% on day 5). 大气湍流引发的折射率在时间和空间上的随机波动,会使远程成像系统捕获的图像出现时空模糊和几何畸变,严重削弱了图像的视觉效果和应用价值。针对这一问题,许多学者尝试采用多帧幸运区的方法和基于卷积神经网络的深度学习方法来修复大气湍流引起的图像畸变。然而,在强湍流情况下,这些方法通常模型训练难度较大,湍流自适应性校正能力较为薄弱。为了解决上述问题,经研究提出了一种改进的深度学习网络来提升湍流畸变校正的性能。该网络采用Transformer端到端的网络结构,利用多头自注意力跨通道捕获局部上下文信息;对一级校正网络采用蒙特卡洛Dropout策略进行训练,通过模型不确定性来提取传统方法难以捕获的退化区域;利用提取到的不确定性映射作为引导信息,输入第二级校正网络提升校正准确性。在基于时空模糊加几何畸变的合成湍流退化图像集上进行了实验,证明了提出方法的有效性。

为提升医学图像分割模型轻量化水平及分割精准度,在TransUNet基础上通过引入具有稀疏化自注意力计算方式的Transformer、边界分割加强机制和强化细节特征提取的互补注意力机制,采用深度可分离卷积和CARAFE模块取代TransUNet原有的常规卷积和上采样,设计一种具有相对轻量化的边界精准分割模型LB-TransUNet。在Synapse多器官分割数据集上的实验结果表明,LB-TransUNet的Dice系数达到79.30,Hausdorff距离达到2..03%,相较于TransUNet、Swin-UNet等模型,LB-TransUNet可以更精准分割出各器官。

Receptor-like protein kinases （RLKs） are a large group of transmembrane proteins playing critical roles in cell-cell and cell--environment communications. Based on extracellular domain structures, RLKs were classified into more than 2. subfamilies, among which leucine-rich repeat RLKs （LRR-RLKs） belong to the largest subfamily in plants such as Arabidopsis and rice. In Arabidopsis, there are approximately 2.3 LRR-RLKs, but only about 60 of which have been functionally described to date. To systematically investigate the roles of LRR-RLKs in regulating plant growth, development, and stress adaptations, we generated promoter：：GUS transgenic plants for all 2.3 LRR-RLK genes in Arabidopsis and analyzed their detailed expression patterns at various developmental stages. The results provide valuable resources for functionally elucidating this large and essential signaling protein subfamily.

The key challenge in processing point clouds lies in the inherent lack of ordering and irregularity of the 3D *** relying on per-point multi-layer perceptions(MLPs),most existing point-based approaches only address the first issue yet ignore the second *** convolving kernels with irregular points will result in loss of shape *** paper introduces a novel point-based bidirectional learning network(BLNet)to analyze irregular 3D *** optimizes the learning of 3D points through two iterative operations:feature-guided point shifting and feature learning from shifted points,so as to minimise intra-class variances,leading to a more regular *** the other hand,explicitly modeling point positions leads to a new feature encoding with increased ***,an attention pooling unit selectively combines important *** bidirectional learning alternately regularizes the point cloud and learns its geometric features,with these two procedures iteratively promoting each other for more effective feature *** show that BLNet is able to learn deep point features robustly and efficiently,and outperforms the prior state-of-the-art on multiple challenging tasks.
